USA Plumbing has to be the best plumbing company in Miami! They are efficient, professional and clean. They arrived on time, wore masks, were careful with the equipment, and made sure that I saw everything was done correctly before leaving. I recommend them to everyone!

Metro-Dade Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever hired. They responded to me very quickly and came out very fast to help us with our plumbing needs. We had them install some bathroom fixtures and fix a small leak that we had. Joe and his son were so great to work with.

Spent  $390 on a leak test that yielded no results. They added a leak ball to my shower which drained within 1 hour after the plumber left. Just 1 never followed up or created a new leak test, which they were supposed to do. Waste of money.

I had to then spend $400 on another leak test with a more professional plumber who explained to me that the original test was done wrong. This one was able to find my issue and solve it.

I have used plumbing diagnostics from all my plumbing needs for years. From small clogs, to running cameras, to replacing all my old cast iron pipe inside the house and out. Professional, On-time and made the entire process easy to deal with. Thank you again!

I contracted Ramon for a remodeling job. His entire outfit was very professional. They moved sinks, toilets, pipes for a rain shower head. He also installed a natural gas water heater. I highly recommend this team, he and Eduard are very knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have come across this team.  On another ocasión during  the walk through of a home I was closing on, I had a leak. Alexis Parra from Caleb Service arrived two hours late. I asked him if he's ever mounted a large flat screen TV before and he said that he does that all the time. Since my TV is 85 diagonal and weighs 123 lbs., I told Alexis that I would help him. Sure enough, I was his assistant and had to correct him a few times when he was clearly making serious mistakes. Finally, he told me that he would not be able to mount my TV on the studs and would have to do it on the drywall instead. I pointed out to him the part of the instructions where it clearly states to *NOT* mount the TV on the drywall. He told me not to worry about it. I was hesitant but hoping he knew some tricks of the trade. That was not the case. As soon as I helped him put the TV on the bracket, I knew something was wrong. He told me to let go of the TV but I refused since it did not feel safe. Two seconds later, the TV almost came crashing down to the floor. Thankfully he was able to help me put it down gently. I told him it's because the mount is not on the studs. He told me that was not the case and he had to make an adjustment. Second try and the TV not only almost fell on the floor again but this time the mount completely ripped off the wall (see picture). That's when Alexis said it was running late and that I should pay him at least half and he would come back the next day to finish the job. I politely asked him never to come back. He demanded payment. I pointed out that not only did he not complete the job, but he actually damaged my wall. He insisted that I had to give him some money. I firmly told him to leave. He kept trying to pressure me into giving him money. I did not feel safe with Alexis in my home so I told him to come back the next day and that once he completes the project and fixes my wall, I would pay him the agreed upon amount at that time. He left, I locked the door, told the guard gates to never let him in again, and texted him to never come to my home again. DO NOT HIRE ALEXIS PARRA!

Rip off, thieves, do not call them.
Had a leak from 2 sinks in my tri sink commercial sink, called empire, they said they were busy and  would send someone the following day between 12-2. First call was on a Tuesday.
After a no show and no calls from them, I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they said a guy is on the way.
He showed up at 5, checked the leaks, said the company will contact me with an estimate.
No estimate and no calls for 2 days.
Called them again on Friday, 2 days later, they said I will receive an estimate by the end of the day.
That means no one will come to fix the leak that day and I would have to wait till monday.
Still no estimate, called again Monday, still no estimate.
Called Tuesday they said they sent it, I never got it, I told them never mind, can you please tell me what the estimate is, they gave me a quote for 1875$, I told them they're out of they're mind and it's outrageous.
I'm not a plumber but I'm not stupid and thank god I'm pretty handy, went to Home Depot, bought new pipes, strainers, sealants, washers and all tools needed for the job.
Total cost me 126$ and 1 hour of work.
126$!!!!!
Estimate for 1875$????????
Fixed both leaks, all commercial grade parts.
Unbelievable.
Will never call them again.
