Best Toilet Repair in Miami FL

I used this company to clean my septic tank and also to install  a manhole . They came  on time, and did an excellent job! They were very professional and super nice. The price is very  fair and their equipment and team is great. What i like the best is that i found them to be Very honest and that is something   which  is very important for me. I received many replies to my request for a plumber to fix an outdoor spigot that sprayed water all over when turned on. Every one of those who replied -- except Sharscottyy Plumbing -- either gave me a flat rate fee for replacing the entire hose bibb, or gave me their number to call them to set up a time to come out and look at it to then give me a quote (phew).  While they were getting the (ping-pong) ball rolling, Carlos from Sharscottyy Plumbing had asked me for a picture of the problem. He immediately saw that all I needed was a new vacuum breaker, and he also happened to have one with him. It was getting late so I preferred to wait until the next day, as this was not an emergency. Not only was his price WAY under the flat fees (who never even bothered to diagnose the problem), but Carlos gave me a discount when I talked to a neighbor with a similar problem who wanted his fixed too. Carlos was one of the first to reply, he was super fast in evaluating the problem and getting out here to fix it, he was professional and polite when he arrived, and he wore a mask and maintained social distancing the whole time he was here. Before leaving he showed us how the water ran out without spraying, ensuring we were satisfied with his service. I have now found my plumber and if I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I contracted Ramon for a remodeling job. His entire outfit was very professional. They moved sinks, toilets, pipes for a rain shower head. He also installed a natural gas water heater. I highly recommend this team, he and Eduard are very knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have come across this team.  On another ocasión during  the walk through of a home I was closing on, I had a leak. Eduardo got to my home in 30 minutes fixed the slow leak and they saved the day.  Timely, respond quick and they keep their word. Thank you Ramon and Eduardo.

Jorge was very responsive to the messages sent via Yelp...unfortunately there was zero follow through from his side.  

I reached out for a quote via Yelp and Jorge responded right away...we scheduled a time for them to come out to my house on a Saturday.  They showed up almost 2 hours late.  Once they started working they realized that they did not have the right parts.  His employee told me he was going to go to Home Depot to get the part...2 hours later I contacted Jorge to see if they were coming back and advised that they couldn't find the part and would need to order it that coming Monday.  

Almost 2 weeks later not having received any communications from Jorge i followed up with him and he told me he was still waiting for the part.

He never reached out to me to keep informed or follow up...if i hadn't written to him i would never have heard form him again.  

I have an American Standard toilet...nothing fancy - there's no reason why a part should take over 2 weeks to arrive.

I contacted another plumber who was able to get the parts and fix our toilets within the span of 2 days.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Jorge was quick to reply whenever i reached out to him via Yelp.

Denise and her team of technicians were spot on! Super professional and courteous, very competitive pricing, got the hot water heater installed with very short notice and did an excellent job! Great job!!

Patrick came very fast after we called for the service in Miami Beach. He was very nice a polite and solved the problem of no water right away. We didn't have to wait even 5 minutes!! Really great service. Super recommendable.

Hired this company to replace my water heater. This was after my insurance company said I had to replace it because it was 16 years old. I went and purchased a Rheem 50 gallon heater at Home Depot and hired Ivan to handle the installation. He did a great job. Put in new heavy duty valves.  He recommended this since we were doing the installation and said it was worth doing at this time. So I went along with it. I'm glad I did. The water heater is working perfectly and he provided a very detailed invoice with picture of installation on his invoice that I submitted to my insurance company. Thank you very much Ivan!

I used Bob's for a major job (and then a few smaller jobs) and they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, their workers very personable and knowledgable and they completed the job well and in timely fashion. Another plus for the gringos in the community is that they all spoke English! My experience with construction and repair companies in this area has been pretty dismal, so to give a 5 star rating really means something; I highly recommend them.

Ever heard of the saying Jack of All Trades..... well Alexis is a Jack of All Trades but he has mastered them all.

    I needed a dishwasher and garbage disposal retrofitted into my existing kitchen. This would be no easy task as provisions for a dishwasher weren't present. Alexis had to remove the existing cabinet, run new electrical and run new plumbing. This was a huge project and he was the only handyman to respond via Yelp.

    Alexis arrived promptly the day of install and began to work. He is well versed in electrical, and plumbing knowledge. Any question asked, he thoroughly responded to.

I highly recommend Alexis as a handyman. Will definitely be doing more business with him in the future.

My appointment window was 10-12. I took off from work. Needed a new toilet installed. They said they would call 20 minutes before they arrive. At 12 o'clock I called . The person on the phone said the plumber was running 30 minutes late. I called back at 1pm. The same lady said he should be arriving soon. At 2 pm I called she said sorry but he is not finished at his first location. Do I want to reschedule? Are you kidding me (I said) I took off work and literally waited all day. The plumber showed up at 3:15..The price quoted was $175 - $225 per item. They never gave me a final amount until he finished . Of course more then the quote $275 per toilet. Yes the plumber was good. But way to much aggravation. All the reviews are on target.
