I met Amy in 2009 when she was supervising a huge job at my condo complex, digging up and replacing sewer and water lines the full length of an inside hallway. She also replaced my main water-shutoff gate valve with a ball valve, which has functioned perfectly for nearly a decade. Recently Amy did some general plumbing for me, replaced shower/tub valve, tub spout, and shower head, fixed toilet, and installed new bathroom faucet. Very reasonable pricing. I plan to have her replace my water heater at some point. She does it all! Amy is friendly and courteous, and cares about the quality of her work. I strongly recommend Amy's Plumbing!

We hired Just 1 to replace a garden hose valve and install an outdoor shower.  David and Lauren were both great to work with, top quality installation, communication and service which is often challenging to find in Miami.  I would highly recommend them!

Carlos was beyond helpful. I had an emergency and he came the next day to evaluate and suggest  as fast solution.

He gave free consultation as well, unlike other plumbers that wanted a consultation fee and some even billed by the hour. He charged a reasonable flat rate, helped me to buy the parts and resolve my leaking faucet issue in a timely manner. He is also super resourceful!!!

I contracted Ramon for a remodeling job. His entire outfit was very professional. They moved sinks, toilets, pipes for a rain shower head. He also installed a natural gas water heater. I highly recommend this team, he and Eduard are very knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have come across this team.  On another ocasión during  the walk through of a home I was closing on, I had a leak. Eduardo got to my home in 30 minutes fixed the slow leak and they saved the day.  Timely, respond quick and they keep their word. Thank you Ramon and Eduardo.

Jorge (the owner) provided a verbal estimate and backed it up with a written estimate to replace a failing water heater.  Jackson was the plumber who showed up and he took the utmost care to explain everything that was needed, provided details on the requirements due to the building codes, and answered any question I had.  He even took the time to show me how to flush the water heater and how often to do it. Great work and service.  Will contact Jorge in the future for my plumbing needs.

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

I called New England plumbing after I read the reviews , I had a clogged kitchen sink for a while, Sebastian came after a short time (Friday afternoon), and unclogged the sink, he was very persistent to solve the problem. He succeeded and we are very happy with this smart, professional young man service. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ivan is responsive and true to his commitments. He is very knowledgeable with tankless water heaters and general plumbing.

Alexis came out to inspect the bathtub and as soon as learned I'll need a written estimate he ran off and vanished into thin air. Strange and rather not reputable business practice. Word of advice: if you don't want to do the job just tell me and don't hide or waste my time.

They haven't showed up for a meeting and then firstly said they are still on another appointment and after that they lied to us that they called us but nobody answered. We wasted our day just to wait on them. Very unprofessional company.
