Best Sink Installation in Miami FL
USA Plumbing has to be the best plumbing company in Miami! They are efficient, professional and clean. They arrived on time, wore masks, were careful with the equipment, and made sure that I saw everything was done correctly before leaving. I recommend them to everyone!

We have renovated our entire house. We did not have a very good, reliable and fair priced plumber. I've never used yelp for hiring somebody to do work at the house. I contacted a couple of different plumbers, they either couldn't come out, wanted to charge a dollar amount to give you an estimate and then apply that dollar amount to the job if you do it ( which is fair and I understand ). I contacted Amys Plumbing. I gave her a description of the problem ( as I gave all the others.) It was an issue ( a leak ) with the water softener and the water running from the city to the house going through that water softener. Amy said send me a picture because it could be an easy fix. I took the picture and sent it to Amy. She wrote back on the picture with a drawing to turn the two valves and let her know what happened. I turned the valves, The water bypassed the water softener to the house. It was a 10 second fix. There was no charge and she was happy to help. You don't find too many businesses like that especially in South Florida. I have Amys plumbing coming out next week to do quite a few other jobs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome company! We had a last minute emergency repair, one of our handyman couldn't finish the job. ADR was fast, on time, and great on price, we will use again!

I can not say enough about my experience with Just 1 Plumbing, I unreservedly would recommend Just 1 Plumbing and Guillermo Porras. For the holidays we had purchased a Toto Neorest toilet that needed installation. After communicating with three other companies about the installation (including one who did an on site estimate and then the plumber said he couldn't do the job on the day of service) I decided to search for a plumber on Yelp. Within a few hours I was contacted by Silvia who gave me an estimate that was consistent with the three earlier estimates we had received. She asked for some photographs of the job site and toilet to ensure the job was understood prior to committing to the job. We exchanged emails and Silvia asked questions that demonstrated she indeed understood the job and the requirements. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the installation for Monday, December 23rd. The plumbers arrived about 20 minutes late, we live in North Broward and I understood they were coming from South Miami and we were watching the news and there was substantial rain and flooding around South Florida. When I emailed Sylvia for an update the bell rang and the plumbers were here. The two plumbers were cheerful, and ready to work. We showed them the job and the area and we discussed what was involved, they said it would be about a 3 hour job. After agreeing to everything, they began work. From the beginning they took care to ensure our property was protected. They paused to show me every part of their installation including issues with the previous work. These plumbers obviously understood their job as well as the importance of customer relations and I was able to inspect each step of the job. Because they had to move a water line (which was understood at the outset) they had to remove the existing baseboards and cut away a portion of the drywall. It was clear they cared to do as little damage as possible, we had not planned for the plumbers to repair the trim and drywall but because they took such care to minimize damage the plumbers were able to complete the repair himself including paint (which we supplied). It was abundantly clear to me he cared about the work and ensuring it was done right and we, the client, were happy. At the end of the install the WC was clean and the toilet was installed and working as designed. I was at first nervous about hiring someone from yelp with no reviews, but from beginning to end Just 1 Plumbing was quick, efficient, affordable, and professional. The final bill including the unplanned drywall, baseboard repair, and paint was 10% over the original estimate. We are very pleased and would highly recommend using Just 1 Plumbing.

I have used plumbing diagnostics from all my plumbing needs for years. From small clogs, to running cameras, to replacing all my old cast iron pipe inside the house and out. Professional, On-time and made the entire process easy to deal with. Thank you again!

I had two clogged toilets and I was dreading calling a plumber because I know how expensive it can be. Mike came out and he was very professional. He fixed both my toilets in 45 minutes he charged by the job instead of by the hour so he worked quickly and efficiently he was very professional, cleaned up after himself I would recommend him to anyone. Two thumbs up.

From a customer perspective, I have to say that RCR Plumbing was the best choice I made. I had a leak at my location. They immediately responded and detected the leak, walked me through the process of fixing the problem and fixed the issue. They are professional, work clean and reasonably priced. I will recommend and use them again if needed.

As a business owner and condo president of many years, I am aware that having work done in your home or around your premises involves more than doing the actual labor.
After many weeks of inquiries and calls to find someone to install an outdoor tank less water heater I found Yerbilla Services through HomeAdvisor.com. I spoke with owner Mr. Jorge Yerbilla one afternoon and he punctually arrived the following morning. He assessed the work more quickly than any other company and gave me a verbal quote that he followed up with in writing, a few hours later that afternoon. This was a great change from the several people who spent much longer, would not give me a ball park figure, and never sent me an estimate despite my follow up phone calls!
In addition, he was the only representative who told me about the Teco Gas rebate, which is considerable, and he was the only company that would include the electrical work (necessary for the thermostat & ignition) in his estimate. Others told me I needed to hire an electrician in addition to their work. This could possibly require a second permit for installation depending on local codes in each municipality.
I accepted his estimate, which was reasonably priced, that afternoon. He immediately sent me the paperwork to get the permit which he did the following day on Friday. Work began the beginning of the next week. It was organized, efficient and easy.
He supplied the Rinnai unit & shut off valves, which was among the higher rated heaters and the one that was correct for my usage. The workers, which he sent to do the work, were competent, friendly and courteous of my home. They worked as if it was their company and not as if they were working for someone else. This is perhaps because they are relatives of the owner and it made a difference.
My home is 80 years old and it's normal to run into difficulties. My pipes were in need of replacement and although I had plans to change them in the near future, they froze up from sediment in the line which combined with the corrosion stopped the water from flowing.
Javier made an effort to show me, and have me look through the various pipes to see the corrosion causing the problem. Conscientiousness like this is important as I was in a situation where I could have easily been taken advantage due to a lack of alternatives. They installed new copper pipes to both my kitchen and the bathroom and the cost was very reasonable.
These and other delays were well managed and I was able to phone and reach Mr. Jorge Yerbilla during the work for any questions or concerns. I felt comfortable that he was not going to abandon me with the various small problems that come about in such a significant plumbing project. Indeed he had Javier and Raul at my home the next morning and stayed on top of my project through completion.
They removed the old hot water heater from its closet and did some extras because of my interest in turning it into a pantry: recessed the former 220 electric box into the wall and covered it. Capped the hot & cold water and added a swivel valve and connection for hooking up water to my refrigerator. These details are often neglected and can turn into a headache if one has to hire someone to complete small details like this.
I give them my highest recommendation as I felt as if they all felt as if they wanted me to be satisfied. I was!

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them. She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone. This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

So I made an appointment on their website. Proceeded to take 1/2 a day off work to meet the plumber. After 1.5 hours late please read the response se from the owner. What a joke- they don't know how to operate their own scheduling feature found in their website. Pathetic - many other more responsive companies. Maybe this is the norm for New England? This won't hold water in Miami.

Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out. After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done. After not hearing from him at the end of the day I called him and left a voice message and a text. After getting no response, I called several times the next day and sent text messages. After getting no response it occurred to me that he was avoiding me. I texted him using a different phone like a new customer and he responded right away. I told him who I was and to not bother because I was calling another plumber. I called South End Plumbing and they found the problem in 10 minutes - a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved at 1/3 what I paid Ivan. I also saw there were license issues in 2017

Caleb was quick to respond, confirmed a time on the same day as I reached out and came as expected on time. He quickly fixed the issue we had with the leaking kitchen sink. We will call him again if we run into any plumbing issues.

I wouldn't recommend using this company, everyday for over a week they told me that they where just about ready to produce an estimate for a pool heater connection but they never did...
Until I found someone else.
Just a complete waist of time.
