What a disappointment. Amy stopped by to provide an estimate and a gave an available date for service that was two weeks out.  I had been provided an estimate by another plumber for about the same price and who was available the following week. I told her that I may be able to wait for her since the electrical work was delayed (I was impressed by the good reviews here). She promised to send the written estimate for the work that afternoon, and I would call if I wanted to move forward. I called the next day to confirm, spoke to someone on the phone who promised she'd be in touch (and to send the estimate). Called again some days later and was promised that I'd be put on the schedule. The following week, date of promised service, there's no Amy or estimate. I call and am told there was a delay because I haven't provided a 50% deposit (???). The next service date is two weeks further out if I want it.

Huh? This is on me? I'm the one doing all the following up. You've communicated nothing to me.

I'm willing to move forward on a verbal estimate and assurances that you will show up, but what's with the failed promises, the runaround, and the indifference?  You've generated zero revenue and a consumer who actively turned off.  (And now, see the tone of the response ...) Wow

Had a blockage at my home. Tamiami plumbing came out within the hour of calling them on a Sunday! The plumber was a true professional explained to me what was going on and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced too! Strongly recommend.

On July  7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing,  WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!  Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR       $387.00      TOTAL  - $417.78.  When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote  a price of $258.00.  
They took advance because of  -  two things I am a senior citizen and a woman.

If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

Bad customer service.  Doesn't reply to texts, voicemails, etc. Came to fix a problem but didn't, instead sold us something we didn't need and then was reluctant to help fix the problem.  Not pleased.

Alexis helped me on a Saturday evening when the main drainage pipeline got clogged.
He responded to my Yelp inquire really fast and he worked the extra mile to stop by ASAP.
He solved the problem professionally and quickly.

It took more then a month to get a scheduled appointment then they showed up with out a confirmation and could not do the work because the building needed to turn water off. I had sent an email to confirm and never got a reply.

Finally confirmed an appointment for 9 am today, guess what, they did not show up. I called at 9 am to ask where they we're  and she said she had been out for weeks with Covid, no one there bothered to let me know they were not coming and she would not confirm if the plumber was going to come or not. By 9:30 I had to inform the condo NOT to turn off the water because the plumber blew me off.
The person who answers the phone for Empire is super rude and speaks to you as if she does not care.

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
