Great service and fast response, couldn't ask for more , I had a few plumbers check out the main pipe line through the kitchen and couldn't fix the problem... i didnt know what to do so i used yelp to find emergency plumbing services and top dog came through and use a camera to camera the main line and found out the pipe is damaged and had a few cracks. thank you so much for your fast response service. I highly recommend to call Top dog drain and sewer cleaning.

Wow what a super nice guy made my wife feel super comfortable especially since I wasn't there they came out within the hour and were reasonable on price this is the company to call everything was fixed and thoroughly explained to her

Had hired them years prior with a good experience. Called them again for a leaking water heater and they were able to come even sooner than the agreed upon day since the leak had gotten worse. Were in and out quick and the job well done!

It took more then a month to get a scheduled appointment then they showed up with out a confirmation and could not do the work because the building needed to turn water off. I had sent an email to confirm and never got a reply.

Finally confirmed an appointment for 9 am today, guess what, they did not show up. I called at 9 am to ask where they we're  and she said she had been out for weeks with Covid, no one there bothered to let me know they were not coming and she would not confirm if the plumber was going to come or not. By 9:30 I had to inform the condo NOT to turn off the water because the plumber blew me off.
The person who answers the phone for Empire is super rude and speaks to you as if she does not care.
