Ed came out to our house to fix a leaky toilet, found the problem and fixed it. He later asked if he can check the other toilet for leaks. Ask to look at the trash compactor and gave me some tips on that. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future if we have any new problems.

Excellent professional work. Very fair prices. Had a problem at my Mom's house with a DIY. I tried to install a tankless water heater and couldn't get it to work. Used the app on his website to schedule him Sunday night for Monday Ed got right back to me. Came over the next day. Great attitude excellent work. Really cares to make the client happy. When I decided to remodel my apartment I did what everyone suggested and got 3 different estimates. Here are the reasons why Liriano Construction/Plumbing should be your choice for ANY kind of remodeling/plumbing:

PROFESSIONALISM- Osmel Liriano was the ONLY ONE of the 3 contractors that didn't complain about the association or about having to take equipment and/or supplies to and from the second floor. He took all the measurements needed on our first meet and within 3 days I had an itemized estimate. FYI- FULLY LICENSED!

CLEANLINESS: One of my main concerns was finding a contractor that I trusted enough to leave to work and not concern myself with what was happening at home. The hallway outside my apartment showed no signs that the apartment itself had been stripped down to the bones. I had no complaints from my neighbors, on the contrary, all I heard was how great they all were.

METICULOUS/STRONG WORK ETHIC: If it doesn't look right, they'll be the first ones to say it. There's no need to check their work, they're extremely picky and takes pride in what they do.

WHAT WAS DONE:

- They removed my existing tile and installed the new wood look tile.

- Gutted the kitchen and opened it up.

- Removed my extremely large mirrored wall.

- Replaced my tank water heater for an electric wall unit and did the necessary rewiring.

- Installed recess lighting in the bathrooms, hall and kitchen area.

- Gutted and remodeled both bathrooms. Master bath had water damage at one point and the previous owners fixed the leak but left the damaged drywall and tried to match the hideous tile.

- Installed barn door.

- Brought my plumbing up to code, including toilets which were not properly set up for an apartment.

- One of my favorite things... they recommended that I remove my slide door because it was damaged and if I changed it down the road, it would leave a gap in my tile. WOW!!! What a difference that made! My balcony was already sealed off with impact windows so now I have more square footage indoors!  

There are no words to express how incredibly grateful I am with Liriano Plumbing and Liriano Construction. Don't think twice about giving them a call, you won't regret it.

There are few things worse than being 2 days before New Years with a main drain clog, especially when it is a Sunday.  No toilets, no showers, no laundry.  Reading through the other reviews, I contacted Ed at Liriano Plumbing.  He was very accommodating.  The reviews are correct.  Ed is an honest, knowledgeable, and efficient professional.  He also spent extra time to make sure everything was clean and working, not just the part of the drain that caused my issue.  I definitely am glad I made the decision to call Ed.  Everything works great!

I truly enjoy working with a family business, Liriano Plumbing is truly that.  I called this father & son team due to a clog in our cast iron lines.  I actually found them through yelp. He came the same day and took care of it.  What I enjoy from this company is that they are professional, efficient and technically savy. They text you the quote and service, send another message to inform you they are on the way and then also send the invoice and payment receipt.  Their fees were reasonable.  Afterwards I had them come back to reset my toilet and change the valve of a leaky shower. They left my bathroom clean after the work.  I recommend them and will continue using them.

Great customer service and very timely service! We called several plumbers and no one was able to give us an appropriate ETA. All were like a 5 hour window, but with Liriano we spoke directly to the plumber versus a customer service agent and he gave us an exact timeframe. Sent us our estimate right away and arrived on time. Was able to fix our kitchen sink almost immediately and even warned us we were going to have to replace our outdoor water valve soon since it was leaking.

We needed work performed at my mother-in-law's home for a number of plumbing issues. Text communication with firm and arrived for the estimate Appointment, as scheduled.  Communicated an estimate in writing within 24 hours and scheduled the job time for the following week. Text communication of pending arrival and arrived on time. Work was done quickly and Ed was easy to talk to as he explained what he performed and the kitchen drain problem and dripping outside spigot work and looks great!  Even cleared a water pressure issue at kitchen sink which was not part of the job! Have already talked to him about another project.  No hesitation in recommending Liriano plumbing!!

I had called a plumber from a different company to come to check out my house for leaks because I was getting overcharged on my water bill. His job was to simply walk around the house and check all water sources to see if they're leaking. He found a leak in both my outside wall hoses and he was just supposed to replace the nozzles/faucets/taps. He drilled into my wall and cut the pipes so badly that the meter to the city line broke. The plumber was 19 years old btw. He then lied that he had to go because his rude boss called him over for an emergency, then overcharged me and disappeared and left my water supply broken. I had no water! It was getting dark.

I called Liriano plumbing 15 mins before they were closing and prayed they would be able to somehow help me because they were the only plumber in the district that was open. They decided they would help me and were already on their way. I had hope. Ed Liriano showed up with his Partner Osmel and saw the problem and they just looked shocked. They said The other guy who was here almost cost you your house because he disconnected your pipeline and that could've caused your meter and pipes to overheat and burst, which could be lethal They immediately started working and they even gave a discount before they started just because hey knew how bad it was. They ran to two different home depots to get an important part. All while closed. They completed the job perfectly, and replaced all my rusted parts with shiny new parts and then they fixed my meter somehow.  It was cold and dark and they had nothing but a flashlight. They worked together so well and just had great teamwork. Their​ service was extremely Professional and I've never been compensated and properly treated as a customer until they came to help. Excellent team. Very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very honest. They will review the job with you and text you the quote. They are on-time and will send a reminder to alert you that they are on their way. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had a toilet incorrectly installed by a handyman and it started to leak to the first floor. They examined the problem and resolved it by sealing the toilet correctly. There are no more leaks. I also had a clogged drain which they instantly resolved. I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful team of plumbers. I will call them again plus refer as well. Thank you !!!
