In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. I have been calling on them for many years for all my plumbing problems.  They have installed a new outdoor faucet, unclogged lines twice, put in new water heater and today fixed a leaking drain  pipe under house.  Personnel are always friendly and competent.  The prices seem to be reasonable and the work is done on a timely way.  Office staff lady is nice and friendly.

I just want to  let  people know that  if they have a  water  leak  call  rotor  rooter  in Memphis  after the  leak  was  fixed  John and  c.j were  there  before  I knew it  they explained  what   was needed to be done  so I  didn't have  mold problems in the  future  they removed  so much water

I had a hot water pipe leak underneath my sink. Everon's plumbing came out within with a hour.  Mr Otis was very nice and friendly /knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me what was  the problem. Pricing was great I didn't have to spend a arm and leg. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

They did a great job with my water heater installation. They were flexible to help with picking up the water heater we purchased. We recommend them.

Our experience with Hiller was excellent. Pricing is fair. The customer service was great. The electrician that came to our home was professional, quick, and effective. We will definitely come back should the need arise.

So, they finished installing my ac/HVAC system. They got here at 9:30 am finished at 2:15pm. They sent an electrician about an hour later to put in a new breaker for the system AND then a plumber to add additional drainage. The  time stated also included a 20 minute familiarization of this new (to me) system. They cleaned up the area better than when they started. Put drop cloth down on all the floors, wore mask, booties and most importantly, didn't mess off! If you're in my area and your heating and cooling system start to crap out, give CHOATES a call. Called 'em on Monday, New system installed by Friday.  . .it don't get no better!
If I were to complain, it would be that they drug the outside unit across my front rain soaked yard, leaving some very deep gouges that hopefully will heal. I'd use them again.

The service was great and timely, the technician was very polite, professional and informative but for what was done it was extremely pricey.

I have a new HVAC system installed less than a year ago.  The installers were great guys, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.  On Sunday, 5-6-23 my unit started to not cool and would start to run then stop before it reached my set temp.  I called on Sunday and the very nice young lady set me up for a repair appt. for Monday, 5-8 from 8-11.  I took off work.  At about noon I get a call that it was rescheduled for the afternoon.  OK.  No one showed up, no one called.  I called on Tuesday morning, and was told that it was rescheduled for after 4 pm on Tuesday.  I leave work early (more time lost a work) only to have a no show, no call no explanation.  I finally get a vm from HOUSTON telling me that the service appt. is reset to 5-11.  Evidently, all appt.s are scheduled out of Houston,  I live in Millington TN  This is absolutely unacceptable service.  I have asked to speak to a supervisor, not call back either.  I spent 12k on this system and expected good service.  Very disappointed, to say the least.

American Home Warranty sent them out to check on a pipe leak.  Charged me $65 (service charge) and quoted me $3800 to fix leak.  I called another company and they came out and repaired the pipe for $300.  What's up with that?

I contacted RW for furnace repairs.  I had done some preliminary research and the problem seemed to be the first synchronizer.  I advised the technician that I would be building in 1-2 years and did not want to put a lot of money into this old furnace.  He claimed that so many parts were bad that it would probably be more cost efficient to replace the whole furnace.  The office came back to me with a quote for 3500.00.  Whoa!  I viewed a few hours of youtube videos, ordered a newer part that looked different (for 16.00 plus 2-day shipping) and replaced it myself.  It still didn't work - I called another heating company - and found that I had one connector wrong on this different looking synchronizer.  He corrected it - and tadaa! - it's been working fine for a month now.  RW either has incompetent technicians, or they push (scam?) to sell complete systems.  Beware.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
