In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. I've had several plumbing issues in my older home in recent years. Each time, Jeremy provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work professionally and quickly. I've recommended him to my family and friends, and will continue to call for all my plumbing needs.

I recently had the chance to avail the services of Faucet Doctors in Memphis, and I must say that my experience was, unfortunately, quite mediocre. While they did the job, my experience was just OK.

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze.  However, when scheduling I asked what their hourly rate was and the office did not know.  The technician threw out a number to install a water filter (filter provided by myself).   Based upon needing to get this filter installed in a timely fashion I really had no choice.

When the technician got to the house he indicated that it appeared to be much more involved since he needed to go get parts and the price of the  install doubled.  I again asked about an hourly rate and the question was avoided.  After pushing back on the price, he eventually informed me he had the part needed on the truck and the price would only be like $100 more than what was quoted.

I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to other local plumbing services. I am an experienced property manager in another area and while I expected quality service for the price, the overall execution of the job did not entirely justify the cost.    It appears this company just throws out high-ball numbers and sees what sticks.  If you look at what I paid and the number of hours (probably an hour) the hourly rate is astronomical.  I was in a bind so had to pay.

On a positive note, the water filter did get installed. However, the overall experience with Faucet Doctors Memphis left me feeling indifferent, with no real desire to recommend them enthusiastically to others.

In conclusion, while Faucet Doctors Memphis did manage to install my water filter, however, I would not use them again.

The entire management team aren't honest with following through with what they state they would do, especially after being rescheduled at the last minute a total of 4 different times!!! I've reached out to the owner twice and he hasn't cared to contact me regarding the mistreatment I received.  They damaged an item and never told me about it. How rude! Unprofessional technician came to my home and constantly stated he was tired and had been on a prior project all day, as if I was going to excuse his lazy butt from doing the very expensive job I paid the company to do the job, again, after being rescheduled 4 different times. Don't come to my home as a technician stating you are tired because that will raise serious UNCERTAINTY that the technician will do a good job on the very expensive project I paid for.  They never finished the entire project. They took my money & had an attitude about it. PLEASE DO NOT pay your very hard-earned money to these money-hungry people, only to not get the service you asked for, but to make their pockets more fat. It is based on the principle of the matter. Now that they have my money, they placed me on the back-burner. They promised they would come back today, only for me to call wondering where the technician was because he was a NO SHOW. PATHETIC COMPANY. PATHETIC.......People in the office CANNOT be trusted!!!!!

Technician arrived as scheduled and observed safe practices while at our residence. He explained all that needed to be done and was very thorough. Thanks Kevin for saving me money and suggesting the Fam Plan.

1st crew's cable wasn't long enough-Nice Guys though.
Next crew's cable got stuck-Charges increased ,of course-Nice guys again- 4 on the scene now
Cable got stuck. They have to come back out today. Charges will increase again. I hope not enormously! Prompt service- Water jet didn't work on attempt #3. The camera is attempting a go at it now.
I trust this company. They will eventually get me drainingagain.

Josh showed up when he said he would and brought a friendly and positive attitude.
Second time we've dealt with Choates and both times we've received what they advertised. Good pick.

Marcus W. is very professional, courteous, and friendly technician.  He was meticulous performing his job.
I am always very satisfied with Conway Services technicians. They are all professional and shows a lot of pride in there jobs. They always make sure that my family and I will be comfortable at our own home.

A pack of liars and thieves. They were sent to replace my water heater by First American Hime Warranty. I was told I needed $640 in modifications to install a water heater that should have been replaced at no cost by the warranty. I got two other plumbers' estimates and was told that no modifications were needed. I took delivery of the replacement water heater and paid $250 out of my pocket to a different plumber to install. Both First American and Rescue Your Air and Drain are crooks. Avoid both at any cost.

When you need good, reliable home maintenance services in a hurry, this is the outfit to call.  Our A/C went out suddenly and since ours is a rental, we wanted to get it repaired quickly so the tenants would not suffer.  We got the referral from our regular handyman service (Home Remedies Maintenance/Shane - another 5 star company!!!) so I knew right away that I could trust G & R - that is important... having people you can trust will not gouge you or sell you services or repairs that you do not need.

A service technician was at our property within 30 minutes after my call; another 30 minutes and he had diagnosed the problem and called me to discuss and get an OK to do the work.  It turned out that we needed a new fan motor so he had to come back today to complete the job which he did.  He called to say that he also needed to replace the fan/blades.  

So, from start to finish, less than 24 hours... less in the way of cost than I had expected... and, knowing that I was dealing with honest, reliable people was the bonus that keeps on giving...

I don't need the Yellow Pages - I've found my HVAC and plumbing contractor for any such jobs that I may need in the future...

Was assigned this company from our home warranty for repairs and they never showed. When we called to check on the appointment, they were incredibly hostile, rude, and inappropriate. They called us horrible names. The most awful experience ever. Reported to our home warranty company and they flagged them as a hostile vendor. DO NOT USE THESE RUDE PEOPLE!!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
