Matter how long it's been since we used them. With the ice storm we lost power and I was trying to hook a generator up to my furnace. Shawn went out of his way to help me and answer questions and even called me back later to check on us. Always willing to go the extra mile and take care of his customers. Highly recommend for their quality and service!!!

Our downstairs toilet stopped being able to flush so we called the plumbers. They ended up plunging the toilet and the hamsters I just got my daughter for her birthday earlier today came up. They were dead but she believes they just went for a swim and were still alive. So she flushed them back down. The toilet began to over flow and there were more hamsters. So we took them out back and shot them. Not going to lie, it was the best food I've had. 10/10 recommend!!

Helped me with a leaking toilet that I was having trouble fixing myself. Was right on time and fixed the leak fast.  Very reasonable would use again.

I called the office and less than an hour later there was a very nice and professional fella outside my door fixing the problem.
We had an issue with some roots growing through the drainage pipes, but knowing the problem we spend the whole day with no drainage... let me tell you that is HORRIBLE!. So the city workers came because first it looked like the problem was outside the line of the house, and they left around 4 only telling us the problem wasn't theirs but we needed to fix it. Anyway, the time went by and at 6pm there was still no water or drain service in my house. I went to look someone on the pages of our friendly and most trusty online pages of YELP and I found this gem.  They do not disappoint. They are also cheaper than other places I called also (of course I needed to check prices).
Of course I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that asks me for plumbing services.

I've used this company twice, and they got the job done both times. As we got ready to relocate to Memphis, we needed work done on the 1927 home we would be moving into. I was able to schedule the work long distance, and they were good at staying in communication. The first job was installing water lines and drain for a washer on the back porch (there had never been one). The second job was installation of all new hardware and shower ring on a claw foot tub. I appreciate the good work they did on both jobs. It could not be easy working with old pipes on such an older home. Thanks guys!

First attempt at installation not possible due to wrong pan size and wrong width of heater for closet size.

Sales rep (Dustin) had duly noted all relevant measurements, but no internal confirmation by Patrick (manager) prior to sending a truck.

Big waste of time, plus no respect for neighbors who had water turned off in entire section of condo building.

Wrong technicians (not the crew originally promised) arrived today --  two weeks later and more or less as scheduled. No advance call as promised. No shoe covers as promised & wearing sewer boots.

Poor communication between Patrick and Nikita at office. No prior explanation about original crew having called in sick.

Multiple follow-up calls from Choate's -- apparently only responsive when the sale is suddenly on the line.

Too many issues with Choate's, especially during Coronavirus surge.

Last person I spoke with was advised to expect a bad Yelp! review from this highly vocal and disappointed previous customer.

Meant to update sooner...My sister contacted Foster Plumbing and received service the following day. Not only did they call and remind her, but presented on the date and time agreed upon and their quote was FAR LESS than Tacker Plumbing. She's had no issues with her new water heater.

You guys did nothing you said you would do after coming out and say I would get a call back, no call back no estimate.  Very unprofessional.  I would never call again I am now on day 37 with no water in my home. I am filing a complaint with BBB and yelp. That fact that I am an army vet widow and you guys refuse to help is beyond me and on top of that I told the young lady and the worker you sent to my home that I just had a stroke. I will be mentioning all of this on News channel 3.

Pricing method is company oriented and not customer friendly - there is no way to assess a range in costs for a specific job.  For example, a typical plumber may say they charge $X an hour and if you believe it will take less than an hour to make the repair, you are aware you will likely pay $X.  The technicians for Hiller tell you a price and you have no range guideline.  The customer is then at a crisis point on whether to pay what they say or send them away and pay a service fee and call another plumber.  That's not an easy thing to do when you have an emergency.

Although there are many television commercials stating the customer must be happy or it will be free, customer service reps do not seem to make sure a person in authority addresses those concerns.

Ultimately, that will shape the customer's decision the next time they are faced with calling Hiller or using another company.

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not  make sense to me.

I have recommended RW to a couple of friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.
