Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Memphis TN
These guys are great....prompt response and came quickly to solve our problem which was a deeply clogged pipe that caused our kitchen sink to back up. We had called a couple of plumbers before who could not come out for a week but we needed to use our kitchen sink! The problem wasn't easily solved but they were tenacious and kept trying until it was. They will definitely be our go-to in the future.

I called this plumber to assist with a job on a property we are selling-and we live 3 hours away. On a tight schedule, I described the issue and Bill wasn't able to arrive immediately but committed to 2 PM. We needed to be on the road before then and he proceeded to take 10 minutes and tell me exactly how to solve my issue. Thanks to his advice we were able to resolve our problem and get on the road on time. That type of customer service speaks volumes about a person and their company. I recommend you give them a call.
Thanks again Bill!

They did a great job with my water heater installation. They were flexible to help with picking up the water heater we purchased. We recommend them.

Cordova plumbing recently did work for my mother-in-law. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. They did exceptional work, left the site very clean and provided a fair price. I will certainly use them in the future.

I had a valve leaking for my washing machine. Company was timely, communicating, and the professional who came to do the job was excellent. Very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again the next time I have an issue.

A few years ago there was a benefit to being in the Happy Hiller club... not so much any more.
Today during a Plumbing tune up the plumber failed to provide services such as a basic hot water heater flush, but offered to install a new sink fixture for $234 (which is average cost if you call a plumber to install) further evidencing no benefit of the EXTRA $$$ I'm already paying to be a Happy Hiller member.
HVAC was basic info but he didn't clean the coils as was performed in the past.
Hiller,
Please explain why this is called a tune up?
Nothing is touched.
I can get free estimates all day from strangers trying to sell me upgrades!
I called the customer service center to cancel the monthly fees. My call was escalated to a manager who was very nice, but she didn't listen to me - did not address my concerns.
She did remind me that last February during the tune up the HVAC techs didn't assemble the furnace correctly after inspection and I called back to get the guys back out to fix the crossed wires.
I didn't complain then because I felt like they did add value, cleaned coils, etc. I'm complaining today because you guys have changed and there is no added value.

Had some plumbing and HVAC issues. Technicians were available to come out within a few days of scheduling an appointment. Both technicians were knowledgeable and were a great help with solving the issues I was having.

Knowledgeable, professional employee. Friendly, efficient. The office gave me upfront costs, so I would not be surprised.

Super upset with this company.I wish I could give the less than one star.
I requested service from Conway services and I will say technician come to my home said he couldn't repair my system as it was to far gone. The condensing unit was not running at the time of the call but the air handler was running. He stated on the repair order he wrote out said,
system evap coil leaking compressor is over amping the disconnect box The disconnect box is completely melted. The heat exchanger is rusty. system is R22.
EVAP COIL $2750.00
HEAT EXCHANGER $2336.00
COMPRESSOR $4051.00
DISCONNECT BOX $545.00 for a total of $9682.00.
First how could that TECH check the charge if the system when the compressor is not running? It couldn't be running because the disconnect was melted as stated by the tech on his report.
Here is the issue I had with this entire ordeal. I came home from work to look at all this stuff he had identified before the salesman came out. I pulled the cover off the disconnect and see what the condition of the disconnect was in and the amperage of the unit. I found the breaker was not completely set on. Cycled it from off to on and the unit has ran now for over 36 hours with no issues. This company just wanted to rip my wife off as i wasn't home. I truly wonder how many people have been lied to like i was and had been charge thousands of dollars when it was just a circuit breaker trip. Consumer beware. You lost my business John Conway.

Overcharge at a criminal level.
One of our water heaters is beginning to leak. Fortunately, we have home owner's insurance that will cover a new unit and installation. Unfortunately, they use Best Care who in turn claimed that they MUST do certain things that aren't covered. These extras total $710. Oddly, a coworker of mine used Best Care two months ago to replace his, and they did not sing the same tune. He bought his out of pocket through Home Depot. I am sure that this had something to do with it. Where I was told that they could not use any of the installed plumbing (sight unseen), they made use of all of his without batting an eyelash. (Btw, my home was built in 2003, his was built in '69.)
These extra mandatory services:
Gas line mods: $150
Water line mods: $100
TP Mods, which consist of a few feet pvc: $95
Drain Pan: $100!!! ($20 at Lowe's)
Disposal: $105 (won't allow you to do)
Permit: $115. (The permit actually costs $15! When called out on the rather substantial markup, they unapologetically stated, we have to make money.)
The so-called mods are not only unnecessary, they are WAY overpriced. They would not allow me to waive any of the services, nor supply any of the parts myself.
Because you must work through the insurance company and as a result have very little leverage, they attempt to capitalize - obscenely. Instead of being abused, I opted to accept a much reduced cash payment from the insurance company and will purchase on my own. Sadly, I will still fare much, much better. Instead of getting a builder's grade unit and paying $710 for accessories, I am paying for a high-grade unit and installation for a total of $420 out-of-pocket.
I am not certain what is worse about this company, their overcharging, or how unabashed they are in doing so.
Bottom line: An unethical company.

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not make sense to me.
I have recommended RW to a couple of friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

A/C went out and I diagnosed it was the capacitor, a part you can get from Walmart.com for $17.
Called Steve Ray at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was thankful he said he could come out and replace it.
20 mins later he was here and working on it. Then he said it would be $275 to fix it!
I already had the cover off the a/c unit, turned off the power to the unit, and removed the old capacitor. All he did was hook up the 4 wires and put the cover back on!
He was literally working on it for 5 minutes!
$275 for what?!? I would have been more than happy to pay for his services, but this was ridiculous!
I'm sure this guy knows what he's doing, but it seems he's trying to buy a place in the Bahamas with his rates.
