Excellent service.  Spoke with Matt & he came out the following day to look at a leak in our yard near the water main. Very responsive and left detailed message with a call back. Was able to come early on Friday. Showed up as planned and explained everything he and his assistant would be doing.  They were both very pleasant and worked even in the rain under their tent. Gave instructions of what to watch for & to call back if needed.

If I could give more stars I would.  Price was very reasonable.

God blessed us with Degan Plumbing. Mr. Reggie is professional, proficient, knowledgeable and reasonable. Mr. Reggie was spot on with where the problem area was and confident that he could fix it. He and Nathan confirmed the source of our problem and got to work. Out with the old sewer line and in with the new sewer line. Now we can flush with ease. Thank you, for your hard work and dedication to completion.

Contacted them about installing a toilet. Exceeded expectations. Same day service; very clear on pricing and what to expect. Called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Plumber was professional and polite. They are now my go-to plumber for all things.

Installed our hot water heater in 2009 and calling him again for  new unit!  Very dependable !

Prodigy promptly answered my call regarding frozen pipesand began  work as soon as he could, which, due to a backup in work caused by a hard freeze in Feb.,  and covid, was within a few days. When pipe replacement was completed, a freeze damaged cylinder in the shower was discovered, causing a leak, overloading my septic tank. I was informed by John, that the part had been ordered and should arrive in about five days. When I heard nothing further, I began calling. After numerous calls, receiving assurance the repair would be completed, and a note to the company web page, that was not answered,  there is still no repair to the leaking shower. Other than the unfixed leak, all was  good and timely.

Ron installed a new unit at my home around Memorial Day 2019. In early August it froze up. I contacted him thinking he was reputable and would return to repair the issue. Long story short....initially he promised to come out the next day to check things out. After repeated phone calls and text messages, Ron turned his phone off. I had to get a reputable company to come out and clean up his mess at my own expense. Turned out it was low on freon. This provider will talk a good game right up until he gets your money. I do not recommend his services if you value honesty and integrity.

0 stars - thieves - this company employs workers who steal jewelry from old ladies. They stole over 5K worth of jewelry from my grandmother while she was getting them water. Do not hire this company.
