The guys were responsive, professional, and quick. I will use them again. Just know they only dig down to 2 feet. If your tank is deeper, they will have to bring out a $400 mini-x.

Called this company on the day my household goods arrived to hook up my washer and dryer.  Anticipated a few days wait.  Nope!!!  They had two technicians arrive at my house about an hour later!  Not only did they bring the items I needed to hook everything up, they also made sure the washer and dryer was working properly before they left.  It was $125 for that and while it seems steep, having same day service for your washer/dryer hookup DURING a stressful day of moving into a new home while not having to dig out a toolbox, knock your head against the wall because you can't find all the little pieces/parts you need and have to make a trip to Home Depot---priceless.  Worth every penny.   Thanks guys!!

Southern plumbing was a life saver. Jim the owner is old school and is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I had a pipe freeze and break under my foundation. This meant I had to shut the water off to the house. Jim and his plumber Colin along with the rest of his crew jumped through hoops to get me back up and running. They did whatever it took even though they had a extremely busy schedule prior to my issue. There isn't many people like this in the world. Do yourself a favor and call them first!

Chris makes you feel like family. Don't let this grade in Yelp steer you away. Idk that incident but we have used him for 3 years and is always fair & consistently thorough.

Crewpros was contracted to repair a window on my home, in 2017. They were paid by the sellers agent to replace this window. The work was never done. I ended up working with warranty, which still had a bill for a rental lift. Crewpros agreed to pay for this lift as they were not paying for the window. They never paid and after calling several times and several emails back and forth, with a promise for payment, they did not.

this company is less than professional; they had a tech at my house on Wednesday for my washing machine; the tech determined the repairs to my washer would be too costly and determined the machine needed to be replaced; they were to call my home warranty company with this information on Thursday; as of Friday they still had not called the information into my warranty company; I contacted my warranty company early afternoon on Friday and they made contact with Service Pros to obtain the information; I have been without a washer for7 days and now I am looking at probably another 7 days of not being able to do laundry; I feel Service Pros should refund the $75.paid to their tech on Wednesday  so I can use that $ to pay someone to do my laundry for me.  

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy; they don't even deserve a one star rating.

My home warranty company chose this company to replace a new hot water tank  in March of this year.  Now in September I need an entire tank replacement. I had to file another claim. This hot water tank is corroded and busted in two places and corroded on the top. I sent pictures to this company but he does not warrant his work. Beware of bad installations.

We had one toilet spring a leak on a Saturday night and another that wasn't working properly for a week.  We called Neighborhood  Plumbing on the following Monday.  They said they'd be out the next day (Tuesday).  The next day they called and said they had some emergency and couldn't come til the next day (Wednesday).  Someone did come Wednesday to check out the toilets to see what they needed.  Said he'd be back the next day (Thursday) with with necessary parts.  He called Thursday and said he had another emergency and couldn't come that day and that he'd call the next day (Friday) to set up a time to come.  Talked to him Friday... said he'd call me right back.  Never called back, never showed up!  By now, it's been 6 days without the use of our most used toilet!!  We are absolutely furious and would certainly not recommend them to anyone!!!
