Their work speaks for itself as do their honesty, dependability and the amount of care they put into the tasks at hand! They are very articulate! Ronald Wambo was not only professional, experienced and efficient - he was friendly, polite and honest. I searched my neighbor's recommendations on Nextdoor and replied to a post asking for contact information. I went to the company website at wamboswaterworks.com and easily scheduled an appointment online. I received a call back within the hour to confirm my appointment! Ronald came out on time to take a look at my issues and gave a more than fair estimate. He arrived at 7am the very next morning to begin the work. He was very diligent in his work and you can tell by my photos that his expertise in the field is like that of no other. Wambo's Waterworks is my plumber of choice! Thank you!

May 9, 2018 We knew there was problem somewhere. First we started receiving letters from MLGW about inconsistencies in the water usage and there was something possibly something leaking somewhere. The letters and quickly rising bills kept coming. We started with replacing inside things from faucets to toilets....washing machine lines. Nothing worked. So randomly picked a company. So Tankersley Plumbing was the one I went with. Because plumbing can be a hit or miss and you can be pulling for straws trying to find a good company or trying to fix it your self. (So much for that). I called them they came the first day to bring the listening tool to detect area and where it was coming from. Our shade tree plumber had dug out the entire back yard flowerbed and broke up foundation concrete. Ugh. Not it. Not even close to the real problem in the front. Never again.  Tankersley was out here in a flash. Made the appointment for repair on Wednesday at 9 and they was her and on time. You know plumbing is expensive. But you want it done correct the first time.
Fast forward to October 18, 2018. Had to call another plumbing company to re tube the entire house couldn't find the leak that started back and that was in the thousands as well...

Robert and Zach were absolutely wonderful! They were courteous and knowledgeable.  I had a water leak when they arrived and called a plumber for me! I can not say enough about this dynamic duo!   Pam is another plus to this organization.  Always pleasant and upbeat.  I will always use Above and Beyond Electric and will make sure to refer anyone I know.

We used this service on 2/15/22 to repair and replace aged pipes in our shower. This was part of a bathroom renovation so the next step was the tile install which another company completed. We spoke with Cody and he agreed he could return after the tile was installed and finished the job for an agreed upon price. Once the tile was installed ( by a separate company ) we contacted them to finish the job and Cody was no longer an employee. (First red flag ) It bears saying that after the work he never emailed the final receipt as agreed upon but we assumed maybe it was in spam. (2nd red flag) We called after the tile work was completed and scheduled a time to come out. The receptionist gave us a day and time and said she could fit us in. We were discussing trim options through text. I went to work and while I was working with my phone in my vehicle they texted asking for a picture inside the hole where the handle will be placed. I sent the pictures when I saw the message ( around 9:43 pm) and the next morning around 10am which was the day of the install I hadn't gotten a reply so I gave them a call. I was told that they cancelled the appointment that was agreed upon and the excuse was that I hadn't replied back to them quickly enough so they didn't secure my time. We believe they cancelled because of the location of our home. It is in park way village area 38118. They are not dependable and I'd say the entire business seems to be stumbling. The receptionist didn't look to reschedule, offer any apology, or even seek an alternative. We all work and are not able to answer texts 24/7 but I responded as soon as I was able to do so. This is unfortunate because if we have any issues with Cody's work we would be forced to seek legal council to get them to honor their labor based on their overall attitude about this job. I found this experience very unprofessional and the fact that they went back on their word is why I will never do business with traditional plumbing again. It seems that the structure and internal communication is disorganized. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our time led us to spend our money where our business is appreciated and welcomed. Danger, Deal with them at your own risk.

I am a long time customer of Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating and Air, and have had the club contract for just as many years.   During this great winter freeze of 2018, one of the control valves on my tankless water heater apparently had been leaking for some time, and finally
iced over on last Wednesday, causing one of the on/off levers on the hot water separation tube to ice over and knock the lever
out of its socket, which caused a perpetual leak from the hot water tube.  The technician came in record time to assess my problem and determined that the valve kit needed to be replaced.  As a precautionary measure, he suggested replacing the cold water tube valve kits as well, which was a great idea.   The tech. checked his Job price book and determined that my job would cost $600.00, but since I was a club member, I would get a discount.
    He did not have the kits and had to return to his office to make the order; thus, he came back on the next morning to complete the job.  I have to admit, the job is excellent, but the cost was something I did not expect, but I needed the repair so that I could have hot water.   I have American Home Sheild, but they do not handle the tankless water heater issues, so I did not call them for the service.  As I was in a tight situation by not having hot water, I did not have time to search for other bids for the job.  I can never complain about the workmanship of Mr. Wright's Plummers and Electricians, but the cost was a bit excessive.   On a side note; maybe the large amount included the cost of the five-year warranty on the parts.  Just my thoughts on that.

No I did not use them because their prices were too high, they did not know what a hydro jetter is, and the Customer Service Representative was not very friendly.

If negatives stars were available, I would use them!  My elderly parents called them Monday, May 2nd, for service.  Their tub was backing up with sewage and toilets wouldn't flush. The city had already come out and done what they could.  AAA Plumbing told my mom that they were 3rd on the list and would be out that afternoon.  They didn't show. Mom called Tuesday morning, the secretary told her they were out on an emergency but should be back at the office by noon and she would call back.  She didn't.  My parents finally called a different company this morning and they are promising to be there today.   My parents have been using a bucket since Sunday night and went to Wal-Mart for the serious stuff.  I begged them to come stay with me in Missouri but they wouldn't leave because they were told AAA plumbing would be there to fix their issue.  AAA Plumbing is incompetent and liars in my book. I HOPE they no one is ever this disrespectful and uncaring to their parents.

I paid John in advance the sum of$200.00 the night before he was to do work.  3 days later and he hasn't contacted me, won't return phone calls.  I truly thought he was an honest man.
