I could not be more impressed with the estimate, service and installation by Wambo's Waterworks. Ronald Wambo was not only professional, experienced and efficient - he was friendly, polite and honest. I searched my neighbor's recommendations on Nextdoor and replied to a post asking for contact information. I went to the company website at wamboswaterworks.com and easily scheduled an appointment online. I received a call back within the hour to confirm my appointment! Ronald came out on time to take a look at my issues and gave a more than fair estimate. He arrived at 7am the very next morning to begin the work. He was very diligent in his work and you can tell by my photos that his expertise in the field is like that of no other. Wambo's Waterworks is my plumber of choice! Thank you!

May 9, 2018 We knew there was problem somewhere. First we started receiving letters from MLGW about inconsistencies in the water usage and there was something possibly something leaking somewhere. The letters and quickly rising bills kept coming. We started with replacing inside things from faucets to toilets....washing machine lines. Nothing worked. So randomly picked a company. So Tankersley Plumbing was the one I went with. Because plumbing can be a hit or miss and you can be pulling for straws trying to find a good company or trying to fix it your self. (So much for that). I called them they came the first day to bring the listening tool to detect area and where it was coming from. Our shade tree plumber had dug out the entire back yard flowerbed and broke up foundation concrete. Ugh. Not it. Not even close to the real problem in the front. Never again.  Tankersley was out here in a flash. Made the appointment for repair on Wednesday at 9 and they was her and on time. You know plumbing is expensive. But you want it done correct the first time.
Fast forward to October 18, 2018. Had to call another plumbing company to re tube the entire house couldn't find the leak that started back and that was in the thousands as well...

This company should be called Above and Beyond Your  Budget Did not use this company for one reason.  They will NOT give you an estimate, not even ballpark over the phone.  Their receptionist plays dumb.  So imagine you have a light fixture you want replaced.  You have no idea how much to expect.  They come out and tell you at the beginning of your appointment time that it will be $500.  At that point, if you agree, the estimate is free.  What value, right?!  As if.  If you say, OMG that's too expensive, no thanks, you get slapped with an $89 estimate/service call fee.  So $89 later, you still have no light fixture and all you've earned is a data point that THIS company is too expensive and you're gullible.

You got deep pockets?  Sure, you might not have a problem with this.  But I expect VALUE and good service for my hard earned money and a blank check to an electrician who won't even give me an idea of how much to expect to pay ahead of time...not this homeowner.   I've flipped houses before and can say with absolute certainty after using many Electrician companies, if the estimate isn't free or they won't at least tell you a dollar range to expect...the company is purely about profit, NOT about customers and I'm guessing that the service given reflects that.

I called them up for a job and they WAY over quoted me. Another BBB A+ rated plumber did the same job for less than 20% of what they quoted me. (They were overpriced by 80%, compared to the other company.)

The guy who came out to quote the job started off confident and nice and then he ended very wishy washy and told me they try to be right there (pricing) with Hiller Plumbing and some of the other big name companies (rip offs) in town.

When I received the quote, I saw that he was right. They were Wayyyyyy overpriced.

They quoted me a two man job for two days at approx $2,200. I found another great licensed plumber who completed the job for $417 out the door and he completed the job perfectly in about 2 hours.

The Traditional plumbing guy who quoted me, also told me he had multiple bosses (like 3 or 4, I can't remember exactly) that needed to all call him back individually asking the same questions. It didn't instill much confidence and it only appeared that they either wanted to price gouge me, or... they didn't know what they needed to do so they over quoted, just in case.

Either way, no thanks. I'm into hiring quality, honest people for a fair price for both of us. I'm not into writing blank checks and paying outrageous unfair prices.

Have used Cook Plumbing three times and highly recommend them for both major and minor plumbing issues. At my old house, They repaired a large pipe leak that had been overgrown by roots and completely fixed the problem--a pretty big problem that took several days to fix. At my new house, they discovered a tricky leak where the water came into the house at the main line. It required some patient drilling into the slab to get to the leak but there was minimal damage. Most recently the came to replace a kitchen faucet. The prices seem fair for the amount of work. I was especially surprised at how reasonable it was just to have them out for the faucet replacement and a few minor issues at just a one hour rate. Eddie, Daniel, and Larry have been the three plumbers I have used from this old family-owned business. They employ skilled plumbers and try to arrive with necessary parts in advance.

They stood us up on our first appointment. Said they would put us on the schedule for the next day. They came out and said it was too wet to do anything and that they didn't have any camera or equipment to check the pipes. Said they would have to schedule another visit. But they did take $90 for coming out! They never called to schedule a follow up. Don't waste your time or money.

No I did not use them because their prices were too high, they did not know what a hydro jetter is, and the Customer Service Representative was not very friendly.

If negatives stars were available, I would use them!  My elderly parents called them Monday, May 2nd, for service.  Their tub was backing up with sewage and toilets wouldn't flush. The city had already come out and done what they could.  AAA Plumbing told my mom that they were 3rd on the list and would be out that afternoon.  They didn't show. Mom called Tuesday morning, the secretary told her they were out on an emergency but should be back at the office by noon and she would call back.  She didn't.  My parents finally called a different company this morning and they are promising to be there today.   My parents have been using a bucket since Sunday night and went to Wal-Mart for the serious stuff.  I begged them to come stay with me in Missouri but they wouldn't leave because they were told AAA plumbing would be there to fix their issue.  AAA Plumbing is incompetent and liars in my book. I HOPE they no one is ever this disrespectful and uncaring to their parents.

I paid John in advance the sum of$200.00 the night before he was to do work.  3 days later and he hasn't contacted me, won't return phone calls.  I truly thought he was an honest man.
