Needed the Reddi Rooter service on New Year's Day. I figured no one would be working but, Sean arrived in less than an hour. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional and obviously enjoys his work. I felt the price was reasonable, especially on a holiday. Will use Mark's RR for other plumbing needs this year.

Our water heater started to leak. Many plumbing companies couldn't come replace it for several days. The Plumbing Place could replace it within about 36 hours AND their prices beat the other companies!! The tech (John) was polite and informative. He completed the job quickly and completely.

excellent service!  my toilet backed up, and it was late in the day on a weekend, but someone from roto rooter in mcfarland, wi came and fixed it.  even though there were delays and a lot of customers that day, he arrived sooner than i expected, and he was very friendly and professional and did a great job, and gave me some good tips for the future  - i am a d.y.i. person in general.  and it cost less than the original quote.  all in all they made a disgusting problem like a backed up toilet into an almost pleasant afternoon.

The invoice was about $400 higher than suggested by my friendly service person. When I inquired and asked for clarification, I was told to wait and Stan would get back to me. He did not. When a second bill arrived there was a $75 late fee. When I called to speak with Stan, he rebuffed my inquiry for clarification. He was rude. He interrupted multiple times. He said at first that he would keep the late fee, and only after I questioned his logic in that did he say that he would consider it. I'm happy to pay, just curious why asking what the high bill was for is cause for Stan to be rude and consider unethical conduct.

Messaged Rafael to do a couple small plumbing projects in my kitchen and responded within an hour. Scheduled him to come a day later. Was quick, efficient, and good value. Will use him for future projects.

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and when I closed the shut-off valves under the sink, they leaked, too. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would gladly hire him again.

Called about a leaky water heater. They were at my house in 10 minutes and I had a new hot water heater in less than an hour. Very Very happy with everything that they did for us.

Craig's painting is reliable, dependable and efficient. Craig did a great job painting my bedroom and bathroom. His prices are very fair.

Have had two different plumbers out to our house in the past few days. Both were excellent, well spoken and showed us everything we needed to know. They put in new fittings for our new shower, moved the shower head up 12 inches, helped remove dishwasher and added gas line to stove to replace electric stove. Came back right away when we called about smelling gas. Checked all their work from the gas in line to the stove itself. Resolved that the stove must be the issue, not the new line or valve. Would recommend to anyone.

After I posted my last review, I was contacted by Benjamin Plumbing to apologize for the lack of communication. The previous person who did not follow through with me was no longer working for them, and he had left them no notes or photos, so Jay came out to take another look. He was very polite and respectful and gave me hope that my project could be completed in a timely manner and with plenty of communication. His team of workers came out the following week and installed the new water hookup for my laundry room and a new washtub. My new washer and dryer arrived yesterday and everything works great. I'm happy with the work they did and the workers made sure to update me during the process. Thanks to Jay and Benjamin Plumbing for turning my bad experience into a good one.

This company is a great company to do ur plumbing work. I would highly recommend them. They are super nice and have no problems working with you. Great communication and they figure out how to fit you in to your schedule.  A+++++ all the way.

Bad business practices, they have done 2 different no call,no shows on us.. with the last being an urgent need. Was told at 8:20 a.m they will be out in the afternoon, heard nothing,saw nothing.. called at 1:45 p.m. spoke with someone, who said I'd receive a call from them, concerning our appointment, still nothing..I lost hours of pay at work and also had to receive a occurrence for leaving early for an appointment they never bothered to show up to.,and left my family of four out of water for over 24 hours...I do not recommend them, nor will use their business again...

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

Had a bad experience with Lange.  Plumber showed up late.  Installed a faucet and after an hour told me the new faucet didn't work.  Returned to the shop and came back and replaced the new faucet.  Took another hour to complete that task.  Billed me for both installations.  Called the scheduler and complained.  Called the owner and complained.  Was charged for travel time, a mileage fuel fee, two hours of plumber time and $140 for a simple faucet.  Ridiculous!
