Mark's Reddi Rooter

I have been working in property management for over 23 years in the Greater Madison area market and have always been impressed with the quality of service from  Mark's.  I always call them first for both business and personal services.  Local, family owned, honest and reliable.  Highly recommend!  What more can I say?

So impressed with these guys. Casey who answers the phones couldn't be nicer. I had a potential disaster at a rental property and these guys where out there in an hour and had the problem fixed in no time. The cost was super reasonable and they are nice people on top of it all. Thank you so much!!!

I have been using Mark's for over 18 years now in my professional career and his is the only company I call for my personal needs as well. His employees are friendly and have a positive attitude about their work. They try to keep the mess to a minimum and are available in emergency situations as well. Mark really wants to work with his customers to help them understand what is causing the problems in the first place and work towards a long-term solution or at least come up with a preventive maintenance program to keep emergency situations to a minimum.

I would highly recommend Mark and his crew to help you out at home or in your commercial buildings.

This company is AWESOME. We had a blocked sewer drain, so I called a couple other places and had to leave messages. I called Mark's, got voicemail and decided to NOT leave one more message. I got a call back ANYWAY! She listened to my explanation Mark out in less than an hour.

Mark did a great job. He wore his mask the entire time, he told me what he was doing and why,  and then went on to explain what I could do to keep all drains in the house running smoothly.

And then I got the bill. Don't tell them, but it was about HALF of what I expected it to be! Great company, amazing price, if I need this sort of work done again, I know who I'm calling.

I'm not a person who does reviews unless it's bad (typically), but when someone shines, I think I owe them a positive review. This is a good group. Fair and reasonable...most importantly, honest and customer service orientated. Highly recommended.

Tree roots were stopping up our sewer, Mark's were reliable and fairly priced.
They showed up on time and did the work.

Have used these guys twice now, for basic stuff, most recently a toilet that kept clogging.  Two thumbs up for everything from scheduling, to timeliness, to friendliness of techs.  Will not hesitate to use them again.

My floor drain wasn't running and Mark's came over and fixed it and the rooted out the drain to the street all within an hours. Excellent service and very respectful.

I have used marks a couple times and had great professional service every single time! I've recommended them to my neighbors and friends. They are great for clearing clogs and any plumbing need I've had! Highly suggested!

Having to call the rooter serving pros is always a harrowing and frightening endeavor.
Well perhaps that's not exactly the right wording, but knowing that the bill will likely be not accepted by my insurance provider, makes me sort of wish I could call the proctologist instead.
Everyone knows (or should recall being told when still in high school by counselors advising about career possibilities) that doctors and plumbers were professions who could demand serious hourly rates and get them.

In 10 years now, in my current home I've needed several plumber/rooter services to perform some task I'm either unskilled or don't care to purchase a proper rooting tool for that DIY ethic I otherwise resort to when I have a job needing attention.

Mark's service was the one I've called on a return customer basis. Highest attention to the customer satisfaction of the three local companies I've hired in this area.

One company (franchised well known brand) sent a man (solo) that dragged an extremely heavy Rooter machine down my hardwood stairs and every scratch and gouge that guy left was something that assured me I'd call ANYONE else in the future. My phone call and walk-in visit with before and after photos was met with the 'sh_t happens' attitude. I had before photos because as few weeks prior, all my hardwood floors had been restored, so I was extremely conscious of every blemish.

Another sent a man without the required machine to perform the complete job and was only fully realized when a couple months later, I called MARK'S to redo the same root removal job and I was shown via the video image that what was left undone previously.

I still don't want to ever see these guys again, but they are now the only number in my phone list for any in house plumbing work I'll ever rely on going forwards. An annual service fee is cheaper than an emergency call every other year I feel should be mentioned, which reminds me, I suspect Mark's will be returning shortly.

Speedy, excellent, and thorough service! After I called, a rooter was at my house within the hour. My technician did a great job taking care of my clogged system, was personable, and just an all around good guy. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area who needs rooter services!

My property management company hired them not fix a leak in my apartment and the technician left my kitchen a mess / he piled everything on my counter into the sink and broke a teacup - he left dust and bits of ceiling everywhere. Took me an hour to clean - very disappointing.

Needed the Reddi Rooter service on New Year's Day. I figured no one would be working but, Sean arrived in less than an hour. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional and obviously enjoys his work. I felt the price was reasonable, especially on a holiday. Will use Mark's RR for other plumbing needs this year.

This company was great when we hired them to do some emergency service to our rental property last winter.  I recommend them highly.  Their rates are reasonable, and their quality of service is outstanding.

They serviced our water heater in a snowstorm (February 4th, 2021).  They came quickly.  They installed a dryer vent on our dryer (so we didn't have to hire someone else to do that job).  They took the initiative to contact the manufacturer to get the part that we needed sent via overnight shipping, when they found that it wasn't available from local distributors (& pointed out to us that the water heater was just barely under warranty, so the part was free).  This was all done on a third floor condominium unit, that needed to be serviced on snowy winter days while up on a ladder.

Had Kevin (a technician with Mark's) roto-root our lateral line which was clogged, causing water to back up and over the floor drain in the basement. He appeared to know what he was doing--and (so far, so good) it appears to be fixed.  Kevin was nice, efficient and the bill was around $170 for an hour and a half's work and a new plug for the clean-out opening in the basement. Too soon to say, but if this work holds, I would give Mark's Reddi-Rooter a five star rating... (This is an older home with hard-to get- at clean-outs and a hard-to-locate street clean-out location, so the job was not a particularly easy one!)

Able to come deal with a complicated condo complex situation very quickly and fully resolve thing properly. Would definitely recommend.

Super nice and professional guys! Came out the same day I called and got the drain cleared in a little over an hour (it was way down the line).

A few weeks back I called upon Mark's Redi Rooter for some drain issues I was experiencing. The technician, Jack, was prompt,  courteous, professional and very informative.  I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. The price was competitive as well.

Excellent service and transparent pricing! A few weeks ago I had a pipe burst during one of the coldest days of the winter. It was getting late into the evening and I called around to a few places seeking emergency services. Scott answered the call and arrived at my door within an hour or so. He was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable about what was going on. He also gave me tips on some other issues that he thought could use some attention, but not right away. I received an invoice for the services a few weeks later and it was detailed and transparent--no hidden fees or sketchy charges for driving time (which some other local plumbing companies do). I will definitely be using these guys again and I highly recommend them. Scott was awesome! These are the guys you want for plumping!
