Best Water Heater Repair in Madison WI

Needed the Reddi Rooter service on New Year's Day. I figured no one would be working but, Sean arrived in less than an hour. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional and obviously enjoys his work. I felt the price was reasonable, especially on a holiday. Will use Mark's RR for other plumbing needs this year.

Must give another shout out to these folks...three years later and same great and reliable service at a fair price.  So the proof is in the potty...I mean pudding.  

Their professionalism and reliability on prior service were not one-offs.  The mark of true pros?  Consistent and sustained quality. Awesome company!  Came on a Saturday before Christmas to fix my water heater. They were honest, very reasonable, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

My Parents, who are in their late 70s, water softener system had failed, and stopped working on 11/14/2022. I had gone down to check out the system. I heard a leaking hiss, and found a pinhole leak, from one of the main water lines so I turned the water supply off and did a temporary patch to the leak. I had worked on the system before, but it was at it's end of life, and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing Place, it was already late afternoon, and the receptionist said she would call their master plumber, and would give him the details, and to expect arrival time between 7-7:30 the next morning. The Tech was prompt, and was friendly. He checked over the system, and told me all that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I had agreed, and he went to get the the necessary parts, and returned. He removed the old system, and installed the new one. He also did some pipe replacement, and repairs. He was very skilled and efficient, and the new water softener system looked great! The job was completed in just a few hours, I was very pleased with the work he had done, I would contact this company again with any future repairs! I would highly recommend Plumbing Place, as a very reliable company to do business with!

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and when I closed the shut-off valves under the sink, they leaked, too. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would gladly hire him again.

Everyone was great!  Friendly, efficient staff!  If I ever have trouble with my furnace again I will definitely be calling them.  I don't have a typical work schedule and they were nice enough to work around it for me.

Have had two different plumbers out to our house in the past few days. Both were excellent, well spoken and showed us everything we needed to know. They put in new fittings for our new shower, moved the shower head up 12 inches, helped remove dishwasher and added gas line to stove to replace electric stove. Came back right away when we called about smelling gas. Checked all their work from the gas in line to the stove itself. Resolved that the stove must be the issue, not the new line or valve. Would recommend to anyone.

I have some plumbing to do in my new house (install new bathroom and run 4 gas lines). Had the account manager out 8 days ago, was told at the end of the meeting I would get an estimate the next day. 3 voicemails and 2 emails later nothing. They must have plenty of business to be so careless with other people's time. I imagine the negative review will get a response when all other forms of communication didn't.

Come out to the house 3 times in the past year for various things, 1 of which was emergency. They are quick to respond and quick to get out to the house. Honest, super knowledgeable in working with UHP home warranties . Just can't say enough good things .

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.
