I have been using Mark's for over 18 years now in my professional career and his is the only company I call for my personal needs as well. His employees are friendly and have a positive attitude about their work. They try to keep the mess to a minimum and are available in emergency situations as well. Mark really wants to work with his customers to help them understand what is causing the problems in the first place and work towards a long-term solution or at least come up with a preventive maintenance program to keep emergency situations to a minimum.

I would highly recommend Mark and his crew to help you out at home or in your commercial buildings.

Super impressed. I called this company after being referred to them by a plumber who said they'd be better equipped.  The technician was professional and worked quickly. The issue was explained to me clearly and the total was less than I anticipated. He was polite and chatted briefly after the bill was paid. Will use them again if I ever have issues.

Great experience with these guys. Big thing for me is they showed up on time. Its rare that any types of services show up right when they say and don't give you like a 5 hr window. I believe his name was Aaron, he showed up a few minutes early. Super polite and friendly. Explained exactly what he was going to be doing. Price was very fair. I would highly recommend to anyone who asked me if I knew of a good plumbing service.

Our water heater started to leak. Many plumbing companies couldn't come replace it for several days. The Plumbing Place could replace it within about 36 hours AND their prices beat the other companies!! The tech (John) was polite and informative. He completed the job quickly and completely.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

Great service.  Had a new water softener and water heater installed.  Had a full days work re-structuring the piping.  Very satisfied!

Stopped in to Cardinal heating to get a furnace problem dealt with ,the ladies in the office were smiley and pleasant. The issue was taken care of quickly by an easy to talk to technican and all  at a fair price.

Terrible experience with this company and the plumber. He was very rude and condescending to my wife and they overcharged us so much money. Then, when we tried to talk to somebody at the company about our issues, they would never call us back! I do not recommend this company. Plus the thing they were supposed to fix is not even fixed so they are incompetent as well.

Water heater stopped working. They provided prompt and courteous service. Kevin did a great job and finished in a timely manner. Hot water for a shower - yay!! Very pleased!

Really happy with Avid Plumbing service.  Have used them to replace a toilet and now a water heater.  Communication and scheduling is excellent as is billing.  Service people have been patient in listening to and answering all of my questions.  Really happy with the work that has been done and appreciate the high level of customer service.  Absolutely recommend.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.
