Speedy, excellent, and thorough service! After I called, a rooter was at my house within the hour. My technician did a great job taking care of my clogged system, was personable, and just an all around good guy. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area who needs rooter services!

Over the last 11 years, they have rooted our main drain, put in a water heater, replaced three different faucets, and fixed a clog we couldn't get at with our own tools.  Fast, friendly, honest plumbers doing quality work at a good price. Stopped in to Cardinal heating to get a furnace problem dealt with ,the ladies in the office were smiley and pleasant. The issue was taken care of quickly by an easy to talk to technican and all  at a fair price.

My Parents, who are in their late 70s, water softener system had failed, and stopped working on 11/14/2022. I had gone down to check out the system. I heard a leaking hiss, and found a pinhole leak, from one of the main water lines so I turned the water supply off and did a temporary patch to the leak. I had worked on the system before, but it was at it's end of life, and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing Place, it was already late afternoon, and the receptionist said she would call their master plumber, and would give him the details, and to expect arrival time between 7-7:30 the next morning. The Tech was prompt, and was friendly. He checked over the system, and told me all that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I had agreed, and he went to get the the necessary parts, and returned. He removed the old system, and installed the new one. He also did some pipe replacement, and repairs. He was very skilled and efficient, and the new water softener system looked great! The job was completed in just a few hours, I was very pleased with the work he had done, I would contact this company again with any future repairs! I would highly recommend Plumbing Place, as a very reliable company to do business with!

I've used these guys a few times and have never had a negative issue with them. I had a major freeze up this winter in an old pumphouse and even though busy, they got out here that day. Was a major job and the price was totally reasonable for the amount of work it took, thankfully.

Jeff from Judd Pumps & Plumbing showed up within 2 hours of our call. We had no water and we really needed someone to come! The receptionist who answered my call understood that we needed help and she assured me someone would come the same day. Jeff was super friendly and efficient and he fixed the problem quickly. He went above and beyond by taking a quick look at our a/c which wasn't working on a hot day. He determined that one of the two a/c units wasn't working which was helpful.
CONFESSION:
*I didn't even know we had a well until the water stopped working (I know that's kind of pathetic).
*I didn't know where our outside a/c units were located.
*I couldn't answer any of the basic questions one might ask about our water system.
I appreciate that Jeff wasn't phased by my lack of knowledge, nor was he condescending in any way. He was cheerful and polite, and he clearly wanted to help us solve the problem.  Having worked with many service companies over the years, particularly during the last 12 months as we renovated, Judd Pumps & Plumbing stands out as exceptionally reliable.

Honestly, I can't write enough good things about S&S!  We had our whole water main from the house to the lateral break. It was lead, leaking badly, and had to be replaced quickly.  Lygia in the office was awesome to talk to and helped us get going right away.  Rick came out and gave us an estimate in under a day.  We received an incentive from the city with the pipe being lead and S&S worked directly with them and handled everything from start to finish.  On time, honest, super fair pricing, great work, and all around nice people.  If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I've used all comfort a few times in the past and had mostly good experiences. There was one bad experience, but my latest was excellent.

I had siding work done on my house and the box connecting my AC to the house was damaged. The siders claimed they replaced it and it was fine. When I flipped the breaker to turn the AC back on a month later all my electricity went off and I couldn't get the main breaker to flip back over.

I had to leave for work in 30 minutes and called All Comfort. They walked me through getting my main breaker back on in time for me to go to work. I scheduled a maintenance call for a few days later. Tom C then came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I had an 8 to noon appointment window and he was at my house right at 8. He was friendly and explained what had happened to me which I really appreciate. I will be using them in the future.

I can't believe we called them for an estimate and had to leave a message and day later they still never even responded!
I guess they don't need business so find someone else.

HORRIBLE!  Ben, owner, had me in tears on the phone. I felt unsafe having him come to my house. Used vulgar and threatening language.   Does the minimum job required and results in issues. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your worker, Jimmy Bob went to my house to fix a toilet, but when he left, he stole my sink. he made my toilet shoot up water when I flush it also the water is brown now

Have used Triggs dozens of times over 40 years both at my house and doing sub work for my heating company.professional and reliable always.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

Had a bad experience with Lange.  Plumber showed up late.  Installed a faucet and after an hour told me the new faucet didn't work.  Returned to the shop and came back and replaced the new faucet.  Took another hour to complete that task.  Billed me for both installations.  Called the scheduler and complained.  Called the owner and complained.  Was charged for travel time, a mileage fuel fee, two hours of plumber time and $140 for a simple faucet.  Ridiculous!

I used Eckmayer to do an inspection on my system at time of my home sale since I had used them previously for the pump and inspect procedure that is required every couple of years.  Lo and behold they came back to me with a report that claimed I now needed to repair multiple issues that had no bearing on system function and issues that had been present for several years earlier that they had not mentioned before.  Said it would cost me several thousand dollars.  Evidently this is tactic they have been using for some time knowing that homeowners will be highly inclined to pay for whatever, to not risk losing the sale of their home.  Since then, I have spoken with someone else who they did the same thing to.  Beware.

I feel the same way as other complaints.  First I took his name out of the church bulletin also, I agree with others he must know people fall for if they are in the church bulletin they must be okay BOLOGNA.  I will print all these complaints and ask our Pastor not to let him advertise in our bulletin. I needed to have my cartridge changed in my Moen shower faucet.  The plumber comes in and begins with all the large jargon.  We need to rebuild this  at the cost of 475.00.  I told him pack his tools and get out of my house the entire faucet only cost 150.00.  I called Ed immediately, this faucet is only 3-4 years old.  Ed says well if the other guys were so good why is bad already.  Here you go Mr. Plumber of 50 years because the cartridge does not last FOREVER.  So glad I did not give him 1 more penny than the 85.00 trip charge.  CONSUMER BEWARE OF TRIP CHARGES they are a way to suck you in, if I already spent 85 .....  There are way to many plumbers that will provide free estimates Shame on me.  The plumber at my house says he subscribes to a company that sets rates.  Well I called out Simon Plumbing in OF and got the job done for 155.00 and 45 minutes later the shower was function just fine,  and I still saved 235. from the estimate from Ed's plumber.  I don't who in the heck he thinks he is that he should be charging anyone 475.00 an hour.  He claims to be in business for 50 years well he should not be in business for another 50 minutes.
