I had a leaking faucet and called Benjamin Plumbing to send someone out to fix it.  They sent Bryce Blakely and he was excellent to work with.  He was knowledgable and personable and very efficient.  The next time I need a plumber I will ask for him by name.

I was in the middle of a bedroom remodel and I needed some radiant baseboard heating installed so the project could continue. I called Ben and he was able to fit me into his schedule pretty quick. He came out to review what the job would entail, and the next day he showed up and completed the task quickly and professionally. He even helped me get the heating system back up and running. He was prompt, responsive, and priced fairly. I'll definitely be calling him for any future projects or issues. I'd recommend 100%.

This business has an incredible reputation on the commercial side, but I'm still waiting for a callback. They service my condo building as a whole, but not my apartment specifically unless I ask.

They did callback. They knew I had contacted them and had a system to track my request. On their recommendation I used a residential plumber first due to the schedule.

Fantastic! Quick response and scheduling. Accurate quote. Installed a water line for ice maker. Was in and out in a half an hour. Very friendly - will definitely use again.

They wanted to charge me $456 to unclog a bathtub and sink.  The guy warned me they might brake a pipe and they would not be responsible.  This made me uneasy so I went online while the guy was still there and read the reviews.  Sure enough it looks like they are a bad news.  I had to give the guy $85 to leave.  So please do not even call them.  There are 9 other reviews hidden with a one star rating that you can't easily see.
