Over the last 11 years, they have rooted our main drain, put in a water heater, replaced three different faucets, and fixed a clog we couldn't get at with our own tools.  Fast, friendly, honest plumbers doing quality work at a good price. My Parents, who are in their late 70s, water softener system had failed, and stopped working on 11/14/2022. I had gone down to check out the system. I heard a leaking hiss, and found a pinhole leak, from one of the main water lines so I turned the water supply off and did a temporary patch to the leak. I had worked on the system before, but it was at it's end of life, and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing Place, it was already late afternoon, and the receptionist said she would call their master plumber, and would give him the details, and to expect arrival time between 7-7:30 the next morning. The Tech was prompt, and was friendly. He checked over the system, and told me all that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I had agreed, and he went to get the the necessary parts, and returned. He removed the old system, and installed the new one. He also did some pipe replacement, and repairs. He was very skilled and efficient, and the new water softener system looked great! The job was completed in just a few hours, I was very pleased with the work he had done, I would contact this company again with any future repairs! I would highly recommend Plumbing Place, as a very reliable company to do business with!

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and when I closed the shut-off valves under the sink, they leaked, too. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would gladly hire him again.

They came quickly they could give me a tighter ETA in the morning and they quickly snaked my sink but it was a little bit expensive

I was in the middle of a bedroom remodel and I needed some radiant baseboard heating installed so the project could continue. I called Ben and he was able to fit me into his schedule pretty quick. He came out to review what the job would entail, and the next day he showed up and completed the task quickly and professionally. He even helped me get the heating system back up and running. He was prompt, responsive, and priced fairly. I'll definitely be calling him for any future projects or issues. I'd recommend 100%.

I had a leaking faucet and called Benjamin Plumbing to send someone out to fix it.  They sent Bryce Blakely and he was excellent to work with.  He was knowledgable and personable and very efficient.  The next time I need a plumber I will ask for him by name.

I emailed on a Sunday with a request to follow up about replacing my leaking water heater. Didn't hear from them Monday morning so called and was told that Jenny would call me back, which she did not do. No one did, actually. Ever. Now, I like to shop local, but I also like hot water, so I ended up calling Home Depot and they had a guy from Sun Prairie get it done in under 4 hours. Boom.

We had an issue with our well pump, so we called RHD. They came out and we were called and told we needed a new well pump.  I told him I would think about it and call him back after I had someone else also look at it. I called him back and he said it was fixed, just needed primed. Great! I go to see the work and see my outside valve had been cut and capped, without me knowing. 6 weeks later we get a price gouging bill and no answer on why they cut my outside hose access.

Dina the CEO emailed and said we offer great customer service! The people were nice, but the job was not.

If you want friendly fine; I want a job well done also and they failed to do that.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

Had a bad experience with Lange.  Plumber showed up late.  Installed a faucet and after an hour told me the new faucet didn't work.  Returned to the shop and came back and replaced the new faucet.  Took another hour to complete that task.  Billed me for both installations.  Called the scheduler and complained.  Called the owner and complained.  Was charged for travel time, a mileage fuel fee, two hours of plumber time and $140 for a simple faucet.  Ridiculous!
