Needed the Reddi Rooter service on New Year's Day. I figured no one would be working but, Sean arrived in less than an hour. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional and obviously enjoys his work. I felt the price was reasonable, especially on a holiday. Will use Mark's RR for other plumbing needs this year.

Had a clogged main sewer line running out of my elderly mother's home and had to find a plumber over the phone, from afar. Gary was able to get to the problem quickly on a holiday and fix it for a fair price (no holiday gouging!).

I was fortunate to receive the services of Roto Rooter Sewer and Drain of McFarland. I had a complex drain delemma which was difficult to solve. Called this morning after I noticed my outside spigot was leaking and frozen.  Stan was very friendly and sent a team within 30 minutes.  The two guys who arrived were great and finished the repair quickly.  The talked to me in advance of doing any work and even provided cost estimates. Discussed options were and helped me decide the best course.  The cost was reasonable and I will definitely call again if I need plumbing work.

Messaged Rafael to do a couple small plumbing projects in my kitchen and responded within an hour. Scheduled him to come a day later. Was quick, efficient, and good value. Will use him for future projects.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

Cardinal replaced the entire HVAC system at our house, including installing a new furnace and air conditioner, and replacing all of the ducts. Rick is easy to get ahold of, and was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. When I called a few weeks later for some minor additional work, he got someone to our house the same day. I highly recommend Cardinal.

I got numerous bids to have our front guest bathroom repainted from dark red to a fresh light blue. Craig came in with the most reasonable price and knocked out the project in 2 days, 2 hours each day. He is honest, reliable, and great to work with. I have already shared his information with numerous friends and am working with him to start another home painting project.

I called on a Wed they said We will call you tomorrow and see what we can work out to come out and look at our problem. Monday rolls around and she finally calls.  I couldn't be home that day so I said can we do it tomorrow?  She says Sure, we will call you in the morning It is Friday now and no one called, that is over a week since I called for assistance.  And we were a repeat customer!  Not anymore, not anymore.

Had to have a toilet reinstalled after a flooring project. A pretty small and simple task, but Avid responded to my initial inquiry quickly and got someone out to take care of it as quick as possible. Service call was right In the scheduled window and the text updates on timing are helpful. The project was done in a short time and the cost was very reasonable. Recommend highly

I had a leaking faucet and called Benjamin Plumbing to send someone out to fix it.  They sent Bryce Blakely and he was excellent to work with.  He was knowledgable and personable and very efficient.  The next time I need a plumber I will ask for him by name.

They were fast and gave great service.

This one star is only for the receptionist who answers the phone, she is very friendly. As for, Tom. He never gives a call back or once, he didn't even show up on the day he agreed and was scheduled to show. I recently decided give them a call for a water heater, I had to call twice and it's been 4 days and no callback. I fixed it myself after figuring it out.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.
