He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

We found out about this company at a local Builders event in Kingsport. They gave us the normal we are good and get the job done speech and so we decided to give them a chance. WELL....let me tell you its not a speech. They delivered product and service over and above what was expected. We had 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill Bathroom painted caulked and carpet taken out with Vinyl flooring put in. It took 3 days, They were here on time, cleaned up, extremely polite and the job was absolutely amazing. Never before have we had a job done with no revisions no complaints no do overs. What a great feeling to have it done right the first time and the cost was reasonable. it was much less than other quotes and it took less time. A company that understands that homeowners don't want to have workers come in work for 4 hours and leave until the next day and leave the construction chaos in their home for days. They came in and got it done. That's good business. Forget about shopping around this is a one stop home improvement place!

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

Davis and Davis was hired to replace water line between meter and home, did most of job and left on 12/22. The trench dug to run the line was not completely refilled and they left my yard with huge holes and piles of dirt(pics available) Contacted Davis and Davis and said they were done. Told them about the state the yard was left in afterwards and they said that was all they do. Told them a backhoe for an hour could fix it and they refused again. One of the holes the trench left is immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and a safety hazard as well as the yard looking like a bomb went off. DO NOT use them for this type service. The workers who worked on the project were friendly and professional but the complete lack of ownership of the job not finished is dismaying. Sad that a local Company I heard good things about will not sand by/ finish their work.

Warning if you are thinking about buying from Jarboe's heating and cooling do NOT. They give the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought an air conditioner from them last year. It has since stopped working. I have called several times. The first appointment I set the people did not even show up. They finally sent someone days later and I was told they could not help me fix it. They said they would be back and that was over a month ago! I keep trying to call customer service and they wont let me speak to a manager. This is ridiculous! I highly recommend using someone else.

I have spoken to Nathan Williams and his response is they will be able to service the air conditions on June 25. This will be 2 MONTHS after I made the first call. This is unacceptable since they have told me on multiple occasions that they would be coming out to my home today. They have the nerve to tell me I agreed to the June 25th date which is not true! I have moved my work schedule around in order to be home for the service. The heat index is increasing and now it is becoming unbearable.

I have a dispute that I opened with the better business bureau I cannot wait to get this resolved. They took $500 from me for a service agreement and they have not been to my house one time. We have scheduled three different appointments and they did not show up any of those times. I've dealt with their customer service Nathan Williams and he kept telling me they always do the right thing yet never came out within three phone calls and always had excuses each time. I called Maeser Plumbing and heat and air they were out the very next night and fixed everything. If you had the same experience with them you can call the BBB at 502-583-6546
New Update: it is 9/9/2020 and I have yet to receive my $500 refund. This is ridiculous! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life.

We had Tom Drexler plumbing come out to fix a sump pump leak. The plumber gave us a bill, which we paid. In addition, without our knowledge, they enrolled us in one of their frequent plumbing plans that we found out later cost $100. When we told the company we did not want that plan on our bill, they gave us a $31 refund but increased the bill by $69 because we lost a discount by not being on their plan. I would never, ever use this outfit again. That was a sleazy move on their part. I would not trust them.

Had a sewer line backing up into house. Contact insurance company. First plumbing company set out tried to snake the line couldn't get thru. They contacted the insurance company and the insurance company sent the order to Donhauer at 2pm. It was an emergency. I was told that Donhauer would contact me to schedule their arrival. At 3pm I contacted them after not hearing from them. They said that I was on next available plumber status since it was an emergency and someone would be out asap. At 5 o'clock I contacted them again. They said I was on the list and it would be handled that night. At 6 o'clock they said the tech was on another job but he would be here by 10pm. At 8pm they said he would be here by 10pm but was on another call. At 9pm they said he would be here because it was an emergency. At 1045 pm they called and said that they just realized that they needed special approval from the insurance company to do the WORK AND IT WOULD BE THE NEXT DAY BEFORE THSY COULD COME OUT. THE ORDER CAME FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. ALL THE INFORMSTION HAD BEEN ON THE ORDER SINCE 2PM. I called the insurance company. They said that it was approved and even if it wasn't they have approval agents working 24/7. Despite this Donhauer was still not able to come out as promised on the night promised for an EMERRGENCY SITUATION. Had they just been honest and admitted they fucked up I would have been more understanding. But to lie and make excused for the fact that they waited too long to get the plumber out it ridiculous. They waited til after hours to charge the insurance company more then they ficked up because they couldn't make it happen as promised. Then they lied to try to cover their asses. Of course the scheduler didn't give a shit because she's not been without use of her water for 2r hours.
