HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

He gave us the most reasonable quote and had a lot of experience before going out on his own. They came and worked many days to complete the job. He was awesome! Definitely a good hire!!

Small company (fast growing) with impeccable quality and ethics. I have been utilizing this service since it was a two man operation plus the lovely Bonnie fielding all calls and scheduling.
Great quality
Great service
Great attitudes.
Each plumber I have met from this company represents the owner, Ian, perfectly with their friendliness and informative nature.
He has grown considerably since I found the company but the service and quality have remained the same.

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

Called with emergency at 9:00 at night. Sinks, toilets etc backing up. They spent 2 hours to get it fixed and cost over $300. Today it started backing up again-called. We were told if they came out again we would be charged again. Not fixed first time and less than 24 hrs and will be charged again-never call them !

I am lowering my rating for this company because even after multiple visits from the, they can't longer find any record of me in my system. This includes the record of my purchasing a service plan. I'm glad I have the paperwork from their last visit. They also fail to show up during their two-hour appointment window. When we called to see where the technician was, guess what, they had nothing in their system. I'm glad I kept the reminder text they sent me. I will find another company.
ETA: This company can't even cancel an appointment correctly. After failing to show up, with no notification, I told them I did not want anyone else to come out. Well, I just got a call from a technician saying he was on his way. No thank you. I also agree with another reviewer who claimed the company will try to upsell you. They will.

Hired Tony's to replace our water heater. They came and replaced left a huge mess, water and insulation everywhere. Scratched the floor and freezer. The new water heater was leaking. Another plumber Travis and coworker came to replace with a new water heater the following day. Both plumbers had masks below their nose. My 17 year old son over heard them talking about BLM c*cksuckers and they were using the N word. I'm disgusted, completely unprofessional and ignorant. Do not use Tony's plumbing.

I used Tom Drexler for a bathroom remodel. Their work is great, but the company has no sense of organization, scheduling, and checking ordered items from the manufacturer. During our remodel and installation the workers noticed the wrong bathroom vanity came in (bigger size than it needed to be) so they had to re-order. They told me this would take about 2 weeks to come in and they would call me to schedule and finish the bathroom. After multiple calls to the company after two weeks to see if the vanity came in, no one had any information for me except that the vanity was not there. Finally after a month the correct vanity came in and the workers came out to install. After showing me the bathroom, I noticed the side panel for the vanity (so it would match the front) was not there. The side was brown and the front was grey. The workers did not even notice or choose not to say anything. I had to call and get another panel ordered for the vanity and was told again it would take two weeks to come in. Two and a half months later I am still waiting to get the panel installed to my vanity in the bathroom. A remodel that was supposed to take 5 days is now at two and a half months without completion. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not use Tom Drexler for a remodel ever again.

On 7/6, I hired NCM / New Circle Mechanical to inspect problems with my AC system.
The technician, Rob, arrived on-time at 12:00.
I attempted to tell him what I had been observing that might help him diagnose the problem, but he abruptly informed me: I'm only here for 15 minutes, and you've talked through several of them. I know you are cost conscious, so I need to do what I need to do. I can't stay any longer than 15 minutes, because after 15 minutes my boss isn't making money, and if my boss isn't making money, then I'm not making money. So I let him do what he needed to do. He inspected the inside and outside units and determined that they both needed to be cleaned, and 2 parts in the outside unit needed to be replaced. He said (verbally) I would be looking at around $600. I gave him approval to move forward. While he was working outside I caught the tail end of a phone conversation between Rob and someone back at the office, discussing the job. The party on the other end of the phone said, When I talked to him, I thought it would be $1000. Lo and behold, when he finished, the bill was $976. Rob said he was sorry that I misunderstood that the $600 was just the labor estimate. For the 2 parts that were replaced, I was charged $159 and $129. Upon later research, I discovered that both parts are available online for less than $20 each. Not comparable parts. Not knockoffs. Not refurbished parts. The exact same manufacturers and part numbers, brand new. Markup is reasonable. 1000% is not. But they had pre-determined it was a $1000 job.
On 7/7, with no improvement to my system, and the knowledge of the actual parts prices, I contacted NCM and spoke to the Dispatcher, Jason, to express my disappointment. He defended the charge for the parts, stating they provide a one-year warranty on them, and they would not warranty Amazon parts, I guess not realizing they were the exact same parts. Jason said he would take all of my concerns to the Supervisor and gave me his word that he would call me back Monday (7/10) to talk about how to resolve the issue. Well, it's a good thing I didn't depend on his word, and sought immediate resolution elsewhere, because as of today, 7/21, 2 weeks later, he has yet to honor his word and call me back. To be honest, this is fine, because even if Jason would have offered to come back out and continue working to resolve the problem for no additional charge, I wouldn't have been comfortable with them back in my house. My trust in them has been irreparably breached. I - the cost-conscious guy, mind you - am happier to have paid extra for another company to actually fix the problem, than have had NCM back out for free. The other company, by the way, was willing to be patient and listened and - go figure - correctly diagnosed, then solved, the problem.
It is also worth pointing out some more minor concerns I have regarding the tech's professionalism:
1. Regarding Rob's comment quoted above. That's not exactly how I expect to be spoken to as a fellow human being, much less a paying customer. But, if I am cost-conscious, why is that a bad thing? And, of the 2 of us in that conversation, who was the one concerned about cost?
2. Listening is an important professional skill. Perhaps if Rob had listened to me, he may have been successful at diagnosing the problem, and then solving it.
3. His work was very sloppy. The coils on both units were only about 75% clean. In the outside unit, he didn't even bother cleaning the debris from the bottom. I expect much higher quality of work from a technician being paid $180/hour.
4. He spent approximately the last 20-30 minutes on the clock in his truck.
5. To Rob's credit, my cat liked him, and she doesn't typically like any other males.
Another minor concern is that NCM has a practice of charging 5% fee for paying by credit card, but they don't mention this when giving you the option of paying by check or card. Full disclosure should be made to the customer. Had it been disclosed to me, I definitely would have made a different (and $46 cheaper) decision.
But kudos to NCM. They skillfully deprived me of $1000. Let them enjoy that. You got me.

am writing this review on behalf of a POC friend in hopes youll listen to a white person. The men who entered my friends house (they are black) were calling his family n****** (yes, with the hard R) and BLM c*cksuckers (my friend is gay). To have people that represent your company say such vile things about people in their own home is disgusting. My friends and I will absolutely never give a dime of my money to this company and I hope you take responsibility for your employees. This company is absolutely disgusting.
