HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

HIGHLY recommend! My water heater was leaking (flooding is more like it) so I called and got an actual person on the phone and these guys were at my house within an hour! I ended up need to replace it and I figured since it was time.. waaaaay past time clearly.. I would switch to a tankless.. Rod and Jason were AWESOME! They explained the whole process, cleaned up (yes they ACTUALLY cleaned up after the mess!) and were very polite even with all the questions I was throwing at them. I will absolutely use them again to replace a toilet and move some fixtures on my rental house!

He gave us the most reasonable quote and had a lot of experience before going out on his own. They came and worked many days to complete the job. He was awesome! Definitely a good hire!!

Probably one of the best examples of great customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
I had a water leak and was referred to a different company to fix it. I contacted them for a quote and requested a date and time for the appointment. The other company would only quote me the day, with a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. But they would not allow me to pick the time for their arrival.
Frustrated, I turned to Yelp and this company was a top hit on my search. I immediately called and was greeted by Candace. I explained my situation to her to the best of my limited plumbing knowledge. A voice in the background joined the conversation. I later learned that this was a gentleman by the name of Josh McCoy. Josh asked me very specific questions about my situation and even offered some tips on how I could remedy the situation myself. At the time I didn't feel I would be able to use his suggestions, though greatly appreciated. I then scheduled an appointment.
After arriving home from work that day I remembered something Josh had mentioned that I thought I could try. 10 minutes later I no longer had a leak, and everything was back to normal.
When I called back to cancel my appointment the voice answering the phone was so pristine and professional, that I though I had gotten a recording. It turned out I was speaking to the owner, Daniel Brown.
I explained that I needed to cancel my appointment because Josh had essentially fixed my problem over the phone. He was delighted by this information. I explained what I had done to remedy my issue. We spoke for almost 15 minutes following. He gave me other tips and tricks that I could use in the future if the issue arose again.
He also provided other guidance for other possible plumbing issues that I hadn't even considered.
The conversation was so personable, almost like talking to an old friend. Something that is hard to find in today's fast paced world.
Daniel Brown Plumbing will forever have my business and I will always direct anyone who needs those services to them first.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

Called with emergency at 9:00 at night. Sinks, toilets etc backing up. They spent 2 hours to get it fixed and cost over $300. Today it started backing up again-called. We were told if they came out again we would be charged again. Not fixed first time and less than 24 hrs and will be charged again-never call them !

Our water quit working and we needed a new one. My husband called 4 other plumbing businesses. No other business would either answer nor call him back. Jarboe's answered and provided us with great service. The two gentlemen that came were very nice and respectful. Our water heater looks nice and works. Very much enjoyed the hot water once again. Thanks!!

Called Tony's plumbing to clear a tub drain and review plumbing work done by previous plumber before moving forward with bathroom renovations. Previous plumber worked for a contractor that didn't finish the job. I wanted to be sure the plumbing was ok to proceed with renovations. Tony's plumber, Travis, looked at it and said it'd work. It DIDN'T. 2 months and a bathroom restoration later the faucet could not be installed because the water lines had not been stubbed in with enough line to attach faucet to. I was told I had to tear out everything I'd just put in to install the faucet. That included a vanity, quartz countertop, sink, wainscot and green board. I called Tony's to ask why they thought the short stub was acceptable and Eric, owner, responded their 'plumber is licensed and if he said it's ok I trust that. I don't know who you have working there' implying it was somehow my fault. After some back and forth Eric had his plumber, Travis, call me. Travis's response, in short, was he didn't know what I was 'putting there' so it's not on him. He looked at my very small bathroom that had a tub and toilet already installed. The remaining 40 square feet of bathroom space was enough to walk in and put a vanity. The wall we looked at had a mirrored medicine cabinet in the upper wall with lights above. It was plumbed for a sink and water lines from a washer (see photo). I don't know what else Travis needed to see or I needed to say for him to recognize as a 'professional licensed plumber' a sink was going there. Also, they're very expensive, $170 to clear a tub drain and get bad 'expert' opinion. Tony's would get zero stars if it were possible.

I recently bought a new home and needed to bring the electrical and plumbing up to code. As such, I called and requested a few quotes from some companies. Tom Drexler was one of them. I liked that this company provided both services, in hopes it would make it for a smoother process. I called and set up two appointments: electrical and plumbing.
The electrical appointment was scheduled a few days out from 5-7. The day before the appointment I got a call from them telling me the electrician didn't work later than 5 and we would need to reschedule for an earlier time slot. I was a bit put off but chalked it up to miscommunication and perhaps a new person. The new time slot was now 3-5 - because of this I would have to take off work early. The day of the appointment, around 11am, I got a call from someone saying they were the electrician and asking if they could come out now instead of from 3-5. I told him I wasn't home and wouldn't be there until around 2 but he could come at 2. He then requested I call the main office and reschedule my time slot when I knew when I would be home....wait, what? You're the one that called me asking to come earlier. I told him I didn't want to confuse the situation and that I would like to just keep the appt. time for 3pm. He said ok and he would still probably be there by 2. The conversation was not professional at all. Fast forward a couple hours and I got home around 1:30 to find this man sitting in my driveway! At this point I was very annoyed. I have dogs and would have liked to have that extra 30 mins to get my dogs out and make sure my home was in order before this man was there. The actual appt. wasn't bad, but wasn't great for sure. He had a hard time understanding what I was wanting to do but at the end he got it and gave me an estimate. It was higher than other company's estimates I received.
The next appointment was for plumbing. Again my time slot was 5-7 and on the day of the appt., at 4pm, the main office called to tell me she didn't have a plumber that could come out. She told me it was hard to guarantee plumbers after 5 because they get stuck on jobs - not my problem. She told me they would have to reschedule. I was close to cancelling the appt. all together because this is the second time this has happened - very unprofessional. I went ahead and rescheduled for the following night. On my way home from work I called the main office to verify exactly what time they were expecting the plumber to be over. The lady on the phone was nice - she contacted the dispatch who contacted the plumber and he said he would be at my home no later than 6pm. At 6:15 the plumber was not there. I called the main office back and spoke to a different girl - very rude. She refused to contact the plumber to ask where he was and told me the original girl I talked to should have never given me an exact time. After arguing for several minutes about how they have already cancelled on me twice, and explaining I was concerned they would cancel again, I told her to just cancel the appt. and I would take my business elsewhere. During the conversation I also asked for a manager to which she told me there were none there. I hung up the phone. About 10 minutes later I got another call. When I answered it, miraculously there was a manager ready to talk to me....expect she wasn't professional either. Her first words to me were, 'So are we sending out a plumber or not'. I said absolutely not and explained everything to her. She picked up where the other girl left off in arguing with me. Eventually I hung up the phone.
In summary, this company is not professional, was never on time, cancelled appts, and was higher than the competition. I'm not sure how they could still be in business.
