We found Daniel's company via Yelp and had bookmarked the account for when we needed a local plumber. Keep in mind you may need to leave a message or wait a few days to have a job seen and quoted; however, if you have time, I recommend you hold tight for Daniel and his team.

Rick was the person assigned to visit us. He arrived on time and was able to check out our plumbing challenge with new bathtub hardware. We'd been advised to have our new hardware available (great advice) so Rick was able to quote the job immediately and complete the job.

I especially appreciated Rick's attention to detail. The new tub hot/cold handles didn't quite fit to his standards and he wanted to point out a slight wobble. I walked upstairs with him, turned the handle on and off and still didn't see what his expert eye did. He assured me there wasn't a concern about leakage, only the look or feel. All good!

We paid by check which gave us a slight discount. Credit cards are accepted as well.

I had a new washer installed by one of the big box stores and after the installation I discovered one of the very old water input valves was leaking. It was dripping even in the off position. I called Daniel Brown Plumbing and they said they would have someone out the next afternoon but would try to get creative with their schedule so they could get here earlier. I received a call at 8:30 the next morning and was told a plumber could be here within the hour.

The gentleman was friendly, safe, efficient, and did an excellent job.

I've dealt with Daniel Brown Plumbing in the past when that did some work at my dad's house. Their customer service and communication skills are just as top notch as their work.

Can't recommend highly enough.  We tried two other plumbers when our macerator pump stopped working.  One couldn't find time to come out to see us, one sent a plumber who quickly declared our pump dead and gave us an exorbitant quote to replace it, with little explanation.

When I called Daniel Brown, I spoke to Daniel Brown himself, and he personally explained macerator pumps and all my options to replace it - all of which were going to be less than what I was quoted by the other guys. After I sent him pictures of the pump, he called back to say that my pump was smaller than he'd expected and it would cost me even less.  Then, when his plumber came out a couple days later, rather than just replacing it right away, he opened it up and managed to fix it in less than an hour.  So not only were the other guys trying to rip me off, but Daniel Brown's team was willing to pass up a much bigger payday to see if they could fix the problem first, even after I'd given them the greenlight to replace it.

I'll be a loyal customer as long as I own this house now.  Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I had what I thought was either a blocked plumbing vent or a clogged sewer. Spoke w Mrs Brown on Monday, she was very helpful and professional and got me scheduled for Friday. Got a call from Mr Brown, Tuesday AM asking if they could send someone right away. Rick came and did diagnosis, explained the repairs needed and fixed everything within an hour. Rick is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I am very pleased with Daniel Brown Plumbing and will use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

We needed a sump pump area repaired to close on the sale of our house.  Kelvin came out today to do the work.

Kelvin is a very nice, hardworking young man who worked all afternoon, under the house.

He did a great job, cleaned the work area. He explained what he had done and showed us a photo of his work.  The sale of our house will close spoon.

This plumbing company gets it! I would rate them 10 stars if i could! From the moment I got on the phone to explain my issue i was treated with respect and understanding. Dan listened to my issues, he even asked for pictures so he could give me his best estimate over the phone (instead of wasting time with an additional consult).

This morning Adrien called about 30 minutes out, arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. He had covers over his shoes and left my bathroom clean afterward. He took time to listen which I appreciate most of all! The estimate i was provided was exactly what I was charged, which was an amazing price!

They came to install my disposal last week. Rick wore a mask and shoe coverings, and did the job effectively. There was a slight snafu with scheduling, I didn't answer my phone when he called so he went to another job. Once I told him I was on conference calls all day and needed to respond via text, we were able to reschedule for the next day and everything went well. I was super flexible and it wasn't urgent, so no harm no foul. I would use them again.

The guys did an amazing job! They were friendly, professional and efficient, couldn't ask for better service!

Probably one of the best examples of great customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

I had a water leak and was referred to a different company to fix it. I contacted them for a quote and requested a date and time for the appointment. The other company would only quote me the day, with a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. But they would not allow me to pick the time for their arrival.

Frustrated, I turned to Yelp and this company was a top hit on my search. I immediately called and was greeted by Candace. I explained my situation to her to the best of my limited plumbing knowledge. A voice in the background joined the conversation. I later learned that this was a gentleman by the name of Josh McCoy. Josh asked me very specific questions about my situation and even offered some tips on how I could remedy the situation myself. At the time I didn't feel I would be able to use his suggestions, though greatly appreciated. I then scheduled an appointment.

After arriving home from work that day I remembered something Josh had mentioned that I thought I could try. 10 minutes later I no longer had a leak, and everything was back to normal.

When I called back to cancel my appointment the voice answering the phone was so pristine and professional, that I though I had gotten a recording. It turned out I was speaking to the owner, Daniel Brown.

I explained that I needed to cancel my appointment because Josh had essentially fixed my problem over the phone. He was delighted by this information. I explained what I had done to remedy my issue. We spoke for almost 15 minutes following. He gave me other tips and tricks that I could use in the future if the issue arose again.

He also provided other guidance for other possible plumbing issues that I hadn't even considered.

The conversation was so personable, almost like talking to an old friend. Something that is hard to find in today's fast paced world.

Daniel Brown Plumbing will forever have my business and I will always direct anyone who needs those services to them first.

My rule with trades people has been If they are on TV, don't hire them. I have had more plumber problems (not to be confused with plumbing problems) than any other trade. So, who do you call when your plumber is broken? Daniel Brown Plumbing!

They were on time and they do not have hidden fees. Their fee is $155 per hour as I write this and they were gone in less than 2 hours. They unclogged 2 drains: one took 15 seconds to unclog, the other was a bigger issue in the tub. They took the time to educate me on how to prevent the clog in the future and recommended using drain cleaners that have a biological component (unlike Draino, which can harm pipes).

The two plumbers who arrived were named Joey and Adrian. Both were very professional, friendly, and they did not dilly dally. They wore masks the whole time, which I do value as I am immunocompromised. They also did not have to be asked to put on the mask and they did not 'wait and see' if I were wearing one first. After the job was finished, Joey spent 15 minutes wiping down everything with disinfecting wipes to leave everything clean.

I told both Joey and Adrian I generally hate plumbers because I have had so much trouble finding good ones. Pretty much all the TV plumbers are horrendous and a few others I tried were just terrible. But, Daniel Brown Plumbing is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I needed a toilet replaced in a condo and called Daniel Brown Plumbing. The office was extremely helpful! They found the toilet I wanted, picked it up from the supplier, scheduled me quickly, arrived to the job site on time, installed the toilet, and took away the old one. I couldn't ask for anything more. EXCELLENT customer service, great communication and workmanship. I highly recommend Daniel Brown Plumbing.

I used Daniel Brown for several small jobs in the last year and they have been absolutely fantastic.  Very respectful of my space, wore masks, and completed everything in a timely fashion.  Definitely recommend.

Update.  Had them come check out a water heater and figured it out.  Didn't need a new one!  Taylor really knows his stuff.  Use these guys!

They were very flexible in setting up the appointment time, and kept me updated.  I especially appreciated that they did not try to sell me more than what I needed.  When I had to choose which brand of faucet to buy, and I asked if some brands were easier for DIYers to take apart to fix minor problems and leaks, and they  directed me to the right brand.

This plumbing company can help over the phone and relieve stress for the homeowner.  Had a dishwasher/garbage disposal issue and I was walked through a process to relieve clog. Hooray!!!!

They are super responsive, easy to schedule and communicate with, reasonably priced, and have great customer service. They took care of what I needed and were able to explain the problem and solution so that I knew what was going on.

Unable to help me due to being so extremely busy, I do know from the past that this is an excellent plumbing service. Even though they couldn't help this time, they have me other people to call and check to see if I could get someone out quickly. A place that is willing to hand over a job to someone else and not try to be greedy and ruin a good standing due to being late or unavailable, is a great company! I'll be calling them again and maybe they'll have more time to get to me by then when I need them!

The men that were here to take care of a laundry list of chores took great care to understand what was needed and swiftly took care of getting everything in working order. They made sure to clean everything up after they were finished even in the unfinished area of the basement and outside where they installed a new water spigot. I will definitely give them another call when I have other plumbing problems.

So good, he didn't even need to visit or house to save our Christmas!  We called to request service on our water heater on  Christmas eve, and although they didn't have anyone available that day,  they called and walked me through a few diagnostics and suggestions yo address the issue.  I followed his instructions and our houseful of guests (11 in all) enjoyed hot showers through the Christmas holiday and beyond.   I'll definitely call these guys when we get ready to do our upcoming expansion projects in 2020, and you should too!

I have used Daniel Brown plumbing for two jobs over the past year or so. One for replacing a sump pump discharge line, and one for replacing some drain lines in my bathroom. They have been timely, professional, and go the extra mile to satisfy their customer, because they understand repeat business is so important in their industry. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they definitely aren't the most expensive. Would recommend to for any residential plumbing job from simple to challenging.

Daniel himself was responsive and easy to work with when setting up the appointment to install a dishwasher. The plumber was on time, efficient, and friendly. It's only been a few weeks but all signs point to the work being quality and we have no issues. I will absolutely use this company again

I was having issues with installing a toilet in my bathroom. These guys really saved the day. They continued to work until the job was done. They were honest and on time. I would definitely recommend them to others

I recently used this company because when my washer emptied the water backed up into my kitchen sink.  This happened about two years and I called that company first, but when I was quoted almost twice the amount plus told (this time) that they weren't responsible it the pipe breaks, I started to look elsewhere.  Daniel Brown had good reviews and Daniel was pleasant to speak with.  The plumbers who came out were on time and cleaned out the pipes in the cellar instead of under my kitchen sink, ran the washer also to see if it was draining properly.  I am very satisfied with this company.

My 26 year-old water heater finally gave in and started to leak two days ago and I called Daniel immediately for an appointment.  Cody and Tyler came out this morning to install the new water heater, they were on time, very polite and professional.  It took them about an hour and half to complete the installation, they did an excellent job! Again, I highly recommend choosing Daniel Plumbing!

Needed to replace water heater..... They were cheaper for a higher quality water heater than anyone ..... prompt, professional and excellent communication.  Please consider them for your next repair.
