The guys at Bigos Plumbing, Luke and Eric, just completed my Tankless Water Heater and Gas Fireplace Installation and I could not be happier with the level of service I received.  A neighbor of mine suggested I reach out to them because she has used them over the years and always found them to be dependable and responsive which was my exact experience.
I have used other Plumbers in the past but found many of them sub-contract their work.  I prefer to work with the person I meet for the job so I can be clear of my expectations and avoid misunderstandings.  There are no cutting corners with this Company and that in and of itself meets my satisfaction.

The five star rating is for our service tech, Brad.  He was flexible with my very inflexible schedule and was able to come out at a specific time instead of within a window.  Our hot water heater needed a new thermocouple and he replaced it quickly.  He was friendly, efficient, and very professional.

For the company overall, I would adjust my rating a bit.  The cost for 45 minutes of work was $250, not counting parts.  We provided the new thermocouple.  This seemed high, and I should have verified this in advance.

As long as you are comfortable with the cost ahead of the work, you will not be disappointed with Arlan Plumbing.

Last Sunday we experienced a clogged toilet and shower drain in one of our bathrooms.  We called Calif. High-Tech Plumbing.  We explained our problem and they came out right away.  And on a Sunday.  We were quoted one price if the problem could be fixed without taking out the toilet, and a higher price if the toilet had to be removed. After about one hour, we were advised that the toilet would have to come out.  It was late into evening and they had to come back the next day.  They did so and fixed the problem perfectly.  They only charged us for taking out the toilet and not for the time they spent the day before.  Excellent.  We can recommend California High-Tech and Ilan 100%.  They saved the day.

These guys were great.  Good customer service, were able to come out quickly and assess our leak, and even recommended someone who could fix the leak when it turned out it was out of their scope.  Definitely recommend if you have a pool leak!

Called Matthews to have our water heater replaced. He was super responsive, did an awesome job and his price was very fair. Highly recommend Matthew for your plumbing needs.

John is absolutely fantastic! We were lucky to have found him. In fact, we called him on Sunday night on a holiday and he showed up Monday morning! It is an older house in Encino. He did a VERY thorough inspection - a lot more than we expected, for a reasonable price. He is reliable, courteous and sent a report within 24 hours. WE HIGHLY recommend him and will use him again.

I called Rooter Hero Plumbing as a last resort. I wanted a brand new toilet installed as my old one was giving me problems. I purchased my toilet from home depot who has their own installation team. They wanted almost $400 for installation. I called Rooter hero Plumbing after calling 4 other plumbers to get prices and quotes. They sent out a Tech for FREE which was something I couldn't find anywhere, and did the installation within the hour!. Donald came out and was very polite, friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable even though my toilet gave him a hard time. Thanks rooter hero for having a great tech like Donald come to my rescue.

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.
