Best Flame Sensor Repair in Los Angeles CA

Upon arriving home I immediately smelled gas near my washer dryer area off the back porch. I called SoCal Gas to report & they set an emergency appt for my problem. The Gas company arrived & determined that the odor was coming from the gas line near the dryer and was leaking not only from underneath the house but in the wall between back porch to livingroom. The gas was immediately turned off & I was referred to call a plumbing company right away. With not knowing who or what plumber to call, my first thought was to look up in yellow pages for someone who performed same day repairs.  I decided on Adeedo as when I called the Agent who answered was very willing to help with my concern & offered to have a Plumbing Tech out ASAP.  The Tech arrived within a couple of hours & was Kyle who was very professional and after reviewing the gas company referral notice he immediately approached fixing my gas leak by crawling under the house and finding the flex line connection loose leading back into the house. He re-tightened it to the dryer plate which resolved the gas odors immediately. He was also able  to correct a second issue where the water heater wasn't generating hot water.  Kyle returned the next morning and was able to order the appropriate parts, go pick it up and replace a pilot light valve same day. This thorough diagnosis & action resulted in me getting hot water again and eliminate cold showers.  Kyle is the consummate professional, very courteous and knowledgeable and I would request his services again if I encounter future plumbing & heating issues. Outstanding customer service! We recently called in another HVAC company (ACE Mechanical) to inspect and clear out our primary condensation line and they supposedly addressed the issue. However the issue was never fixed as we noticed condensation continuing to pour out of our second line. On top of that the techs were a bit arrogant and did a half ass assessment. Out of frustration we called NexGen and thankfully they were able to save the day. Eddie R. from NexGen is a class act - very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to come in to reassess and truly fix the issue. NexGen has earned our business for life.

Luigi came to my apartment building in Chinatown / Lincoln Heights just 1 hour after my A/C broke. Amazing service! He replaced the fuses in the compressor unit on the roof and I was off and running again on this 97 degree day. Thank you Luigi!

Needed a plumber and my usual guy wasn't in town, so on a friend's suggestion decided to give Stephens a try.   I was really happy with the service.  Manny resolved the issue (the water diverter valve), and then was on his way. Price was reasonable, work was quick and efficient.

Eddy P did our semi-annual service for our cooling system this past week.  He is efficient and friendly and took good care of us.  Over the weekend our cooling stopped working so Eddy came back again to check out the problem.  He checked everything out on the unit itself and found no issues.  The search for the problem continued until he had eliminated most of the possibilities.  To our surprise the culprit was our thermostat!  Eddy P installed a new one and made sure the wifi and app were working properly before he left.  Cool air again!  Thanks Eddy P.  We appreciate your diligence in giving us great service.
