Responsive for a quote but way too expensive. Was quoted $2700 for a replacement tank and installation. Ended up doing it myself for $500, and it took about an hour to install.

The plumber was supposed to arrive at my place between 10 am and 12 pm.  That means I made myself available from 10 am.  So I wanted 2 hrs.  He arrives at 12:07. No apology.  As I opened the door, I told him hi, you're late.  He said only 2 minutes.  I corrected him no, it's 12:07 now.  Your arrival was scheduled between 10 and 12.  I'm having a telephone meeting and can't have you around.  He left.   He could have given me a call beforehand telling me he was running late.  Or he could have said sorry I was late.  I just can't deal with people who's late and doesn't think it's a big deal.  Time is valuable. Let's respect each other's time.
