Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. 5 star experience with Ixtapa. I needed some intensive remodeling in my kitchen and these guys managed to knock down a wall, cover a door and build another one in a matter of two days. Not only they were blazing fast, but the quality of their work was top-notch, all of that for an unbeatable price. Alex and Jay, on top of being super nice guys are also extremely knowledgeable and their tips and tricks while I was doing some renovation myself in other parts of the house were more than helpful. We are already planning on having them doing some more construction work in our attic and our garage that we want to remodel into a studio. You are in expert hands with Ixtapa, I strongly recommend!

I've been in my house 32 years and had my share of experiences with plumbing issues. Every plumber I've used has been just, just OK. Kris is the exception! He is very professional and most importantly efficient with loads of knowledge when it comes to plumbing. Luis is not only a plumber but a complete LIFESAVER! Im blown away by his sense of urgency and efficiency. I had a mainline stoppage and he came to the rescue. I was looking for someone to come immediately and it was late evening. He rushed over after finishing another job without hesitation. First, the plummber Donald  showned up as schedule. Donald had on mask,  gloves, etc.. Very pleasant, and got right to business. He even help me to remove my junk to gain access to the crawl space to get under the house.  Today whew!! No leak. I've  had two experiences with this  company and in both cases was satified with their work. I  also have a house  that in the past  has been plagued by bad plumbing work. It s nice to finally have finally found someone who can get the work done right  and be honest about the problem.

Jesse helped to repair a faucet that was leaking. He really went above and beyond to go buy a new faucet and get it repaired. It has been working great ever since! He is communicative and has always been on time. Highly recommend!

We had a blockage between the kitchen sink and the laundry room sink. Graham  responded right away, came when they said they would, and fixed the blockage. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Since moving into my new rental back in January, I've had to use Harry's twice. Both times, it was quick to get service, and I was completely happy with the results. Them having to come back was nothing they did or did not do, it's my old 1924 houses' plumbing that's the problem.

Last time they were here to snake my main line, they even snaked the bathtub again for no charge, as it was under warranty.

There is no service call charge unless they fix the problem. Great service and as far as I know, fair prices.

Will definitely use them again.

Woke up to water gushing out of my water heater, luckily it's outside. Called and they came over and fixed my issue that same morning. Luckily it was nothing overly complicated but the fact that they showed up so quickly was awesome.

Top notch service!  Why can't everyone run a business this way?!  Belmont Pluming is professional, timely, and congenial.  I am totally comfortable with their employees and complete services are performed expediently and in good form!  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Renee in the office and Chandler in the field.  Not that I want to need plumbing services anytime, soon, but making their acquaintance again will be a pleasure!

I found these awesome guys in Google when I needed extremely emergency service for costumer of ours. They went to the house in less than 30 minutes and did AWESOME job. Not just that,but their price for emergency service was very fair. I called 3 places which popped up in Google before them for OC area and all 3 was difficult to even talk to and unhelpful. Kody just asked for pictures, quote me 3 minutes later and was on his way, 10 minutes later. This is your guy for plumbing needs. Honest,fair price, great quality of his work and pretty cool to communicate with. Definitely recommended

Cory responded quickly with a great price to unclog a couple of my drains. He stayed in contact regarding what time he would be there and completed the job quicky for the exact price he quoted! Eddy and his coworker came out to my home to fix my garbage disposal. Unfortunately they didn't fix it, but that was because the garbage disposal itself was defected. He even recommended me to another place to take a look at my garbage disposal. There was no charge for it and they were really nice throughout the whole process. If I ever have an issue with my plumbling system I am going to use their service.

The crew showed up on time and fixed my leaky tank really fast. They replaced the wax ring in no time. They also used their cameras to check my pipes and showed me on their screen that I had a issue with roots in the pipes. They explained all the issues with that problem and told me about my options.  

They are very well informed and do good work. I would recommend them for any big or small problem.

Our garbage disposal started leaking only when water was flowing into it late Friday night. Since it wasn't continuously leaking, I waited until 8am Saturday to save my management company money. I called the after hours number Saturday. Gave me an excuse to clean under the sink!

Eric at Stephen's Plumbing was professional, courteous, understanding and had Williams come out under 30 minutes. Williams was knowledgeable, professional, personable and communicated with me the need to wait for approval for a new disposal. It was approved, Williams replaced the disposal quickly and showed me the results. He also left me a new wrench.

Eric called me to follow up on the replacement and told me how to use the wrench when the disposal makes a buzzing sound when turned on. I never knew how to use the wrench! The entire process took about an hour and a half. I'm very satisfied with Stephen's Plumbing, keep up the awesome job and customer service!

Fast, professional, and courteous.  Corey was very personable.  He took time to ask questions before he started.  He let us know what he was doing.  And took care of the blockage in our tub in no time at all for the price he said up front.   He even left our tub smelling clean and fresh.

Had a few leaking hose bibs and slow running drains in the bathrooms.  Marco and his associate came by quickly and resolved the issues with a friendly attitude and great price.

Christian and his team provide great service at a reasonable cost. ASAP Rooter is my go-to for hydro-jetting the plumbing in my historic (real OLD) rental properties. Christian is quick to respond to quote requests and is typically much less expensive than larger rooter companies who are only looking for the up-sell to more expensive repairs. Recently I hired ASAP to hydro-jet a sewer drain for a two-unit property. Unfortunately, the the jetting could not fix the problem and more extensive repairs were needed. Christian  got his team out the next morning to replace a section of the main line and used a newer lining technology to repair the remaining section to the city sewer. All of the work was done expertly and completed within two days.

I used to call these guys for my business all the time. They are very friendly, and their prices for repairing are very affordable. however, I don't know if they hired a new person or what? Their technician has not been showing up that I had to called another plumbing company. Last time, I had a plumbing emergency, and the man never showed up again. This was my final straw after being a dedicated customer with them. Whoever this new technician is?  They're ruining their business and reputation
