Best System Maintenance in Long Beach CA

Love them! Reliable, always on time, and do a fantastic job.
They take care of all my plants without me asking including my rose bushes and take care of the front lawn and back yard. If you're looking for a reliable gardener, give these guys a try, you won't regret it.

Our house went on the market on Saturday and plumbing went sideways on Sunday. I called Stephens on Monday and was lucky enough to get Art. There was major problems under the house and he went right to work for 2 days. Art was fantastic and such a hard worker. Explained every step and got the job done without a mess. As a plumbers daughter, I have had a hard time finding plumbers that don't talk down to me or try to rip us off. This is a great company and Art is fantastic. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I'm just sorry I found them just as I am moving out of state. Maybe they will open a branch in Tennessee!

Requested an appointment on Sunday afternoon to fix a leaky bathtub faucet, and they had a technician out the next day!  Fernando N. was the tech that came out, and he sized up the issue pretty quickly.  Repair took less than an hour, and came with a three-year warranty on parts and labor.  It was a tad expensive, but I imagine most plumbing jobs are generally costly.  If anything else plumbing-related comes up, I hope Fernando's available to help us out!

And after posting my review, I just noticed the $100 for $50 deal on Yelp!  Bah, if I'd have noticed it earlier, I would have taken advantage of it... Oh well.  =\

Found them on Yelp, of course. They were one of the few plumbers that offered to come out and give a FREE estimate. I had a previous plumber give me a quote so I had a range in mind. Eliel came out that same night within an hr. We had a leaky faucet and wanted it replaced. He gave me a quote that was much cheaper than I expected. Score! We scheduled for him to come back the same weekend. Once the new faucet was installed he helped us check the water pressure and informed us that it was above average. We would have to fix/adjust our valves. He said that he would normally give his work a year warranty but since he knew the faucet would be a problem if we didn't eventually adjust the pressure, he could only do a 30 day warranty. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest so we decided to go with them again for the valve. We waited til after the holidays for the fix but he came as soon as he could and it took about an hr. With the new adjustments we now have a year warranty. Before he left he told us to let him know if the water pressure needed any adjustments in the next 3 days and he'd come back anytime. I'd def recommend them! Fast, reliable and friendly service.

This company blames the customer if they can not figure out the problem.  Even when you give them a lot of repeat business with apartment buildings.  They are not interested in giving an opinion of what went wrong on a job and how to avoid future mishaps & to educate tenants ~they simply want to show up and fix the problem and bill the customer (Landlord) without any further discussion about how a problem may have started, what caused it, and how to avoid it in the future~ even though they specialize in apartment business.  It would help if the plumber would call and advise to these things up front, but they don't contact the Landlord~simply show up and fix the problem and send a bill leaving one to wonder what happened?  After they do the job, they are irritated if you should call to ask what the problem was as if you have no right to know~you are only a service call to bill with no right to discuss their plumbing job.  They simply declare you a problem and state that they no longer want to do busines w/you.  There are too many other pleasant plumbing businesses to deal with that appreciate loyal customers that care about their plumbing in their properties.  DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS!  They will treat you like a number and not a person (particularly Matt who is responding to these postings) and drop you like a hot potato if they feel that you are not complying with their point-of-view on things!  They don't like to be questioned!  Your are simply supposed to shut your mouth and pay the bill!  It's as if the plumbers themselves make a commission off the job as they do tend to overcharge for their services. Beware as the other postings are correct~they do tend to overcharge for reasonable and customary jobs and don't take it well if you say so!  If you are a novice or have no idea how to deal with basic plumbing and/or code your lack of knowledge will cost you dearly w/these guys!!  The owner and the management running the business are not nice people.  Since they treat their customers so badly, one wonders how they treat their employees..   A good plumbing company is hard to find and this company doesn't fit the bill!  I'm sure that they will respond to this posting looking for ways on how to minimize my troublesome experience with them, label me as difficult and re-write history to make themselves look good.  Don't fall for it.  That is what they do best.

Kody fixed my leaky faucet quickly and with no diagnostic fee. He knew what the problem was from my description.

Let me just say that Shane (owner) goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent a solid hour and a half going through our house while I voiced my concerns and he was extremely thorough to say the least.

Shane is extremely patient with you, as long as you're not a total knob of course haha, and he works with you in every which way. I want to emphasize the patience portion, because I've had some timing conflicts on my part that have disrupted his schedule and he's handled them with grace and I very much appreciate that because I have a lot going on right now.

He got us our quote the same day and was available to start work the following week, almost immediately. I will update as he's able to finish our home within the next couple of weeks, but alas we're going to be experiencing some horrible weather so it looks like all of the projects I have for him will be postponed for a sunnier day.

Fingers crossed that I found the plumber of my dreams, because lord knows we can all use an honest and reliable long-term plumber in our lives! Happy yelping and stay dry!

Jerry's Plumbing came highly recommended by my physician, and I'm so glad we found them!!

We had some major work done to fix what a contractor did (Cal and Milka Costello, who have worked under several names, R&R roofing, NorCal Construction... 562-712-7144. BEWARE!) Everyone at Jerry's Plumbing was wonderful and professional.  They fixed the problem (water leaking thru walls) quickly, even though they had to break into the slab foundation, and professionally.  They protected against debris floating around and left the house very clean.  The price was reasonable too!  Since then, I have only used them and would recommend them to anyone!!  They are great people!!

Mike was great to work with. I sent him a picture of what was going on and he was able to identify what was needed. He even informed me of how to get the part cheaper. I really appreciated the honest up front attitude. He did a great job. Left everything clean. Scheduling the appointment was nice and easy with Lala the scheduler.

The worst experience with this company.  We had pipe leak at front yard.  Since it is under palm trees the service guy suggest to by pass around the trees.  After the work is done our whole front yard sprinkler doesn't work anymore.  Now, the service guy doesn't even know if the leak is from the pipe or sprinkler.  We were so upset and want to talk to their boss.  But he refused to talk to us over the phone and his excuse was he wasn't the one doing the job site so he doesn't know anything.  I am not sure what to say to that.  They also add more hours that they didn't even work for.  So we negotiated the amount that we owed since they mess up our the sprinkler system that will cost us more to fix it.  They agree to accept the amount and took the check.  Now they tried to sue us for the rest of the mounts left.  We are very disappointed with this company.

Wow great service!   Technician showed up on time.   Found the issue with our heater, explained what was wrong and needed to get parts.  Came back and presto all is good now.  Very happy and would recommend to others.

Amazing! I called Petar early this morning at about 8am and he answered what may have been his cell phone RIGHT away! He already had 3 jobs lined up today but he said he can squeeze in and stop by to check out our water heater leak. Our water heater is located upstairs in a small closet and it already had leaked and maybe did some damage (not much) on our downstairs ceiling. He came over within the exact time he said he would arrive, he even called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way.
He knew exactly what to do once he saw the water heater and he went out an bought us a new water heater with all the upgrades. His service was clean, quick, professional and he was very knowledgeable.

I am happy to write this review, I always appreciate a good deal if I do, but I would have written one anyway.
I just want to say thank you for saving our ceiling and getting the job done right the first time around and for being so kind to us.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

Victor got back to me very quickly once I requested a quote on Yelp.  I emailed about an appointment in the evening time and had an email reply in the morning for someone to come out in two days.  That was great because I know they were busy during the summer months.

Brian showed up during my appointment time and was great.  Very polite and respectful.  Explained everything he was going to do and went over pricing and options.  He was very diligent with his work.  

He explained some different scenario's when it came to why my three year old AC Unit was acting up.  I greatly appreciated his insight.

All in all great service.

I had been having issues with my toilet and drains clogging and after multiple visits from our property management's maintenance guy, they finally called the professionals at Jack Stephan's. Jimmie L. came out and was very friendly - loves dogs too! He went right to work on all my toilet/clogged drain issues in both my bathrooms and kitchen. He worked quickly, thoroughly AND he took care to pick up and clean up as he went. He even went above and beyond to reroute some pipes for my garbage disposal that weren't properly installed by the maintenance guy just a couple of months earlier. I wasn't paying this bill since I am a renter, but did notice the bill when I signed off, and it was very reasonable. I will be recommending my property manager use Jimmie L. at Jack's for all their future plumbing/drain/heating needs.

This was the first time were have used Tony's Plumbing and were very satisfied. Called in the AM and got an appointment that afternoon. Mark was very efficient and thorough in replacing a line that caused a dishwasher backup. Before he left, he ran the dishwasher to make sure the problem was solved. Totally professional company from the customer service woman to the plumber Mark.

Sewage line backed up. They came out within 15 minutes. Problem fixed. That was fast service. This was at 7pm on a Monday night.
