5 star experience with Ixtapa. I needed some intensive remodeling in my kitchen and these guys managed to knock down a wall, cover a door and build another one in a matter of two days. Not only they were blazing fast, but the quality of their work was top-notch, all of that for an unbeatable price. Alex and Jay, on top of being super nice guys are also extremely knowledgeable and their tips and tricks while I was doing some renovation myself in other parts of the house were more than helpful. We are already planning on having them doing some more construction work in our attic and our garage that we want to remodel into a studio. You are in expert hands with Ixtapa, I strongly recommend!

My tankless water heater was giving an error code and the hot water would go cold. I requested several quotes via Yelp and KNC Plumbing responded quickly and with the most reasonable price for the service I was looking for.

Kris came out and was very nice and professional. He looked at it for about an hour, and even had to get on the phone with the tankless water heater company. He explained things to me as best possible.

The problem ended up not being the water heater but instead the wrong size gas meter. So Kris advised me to call the gas company to install the proper gas meter for my tankless water heater (this should have been done when it was installed, but not the fault of KNC). I appreciate how patient Kris was with the problem and the instructions he gave. He didn't charge me anything since he didn't end up performing the maintenance to the water heater.

But he did give me a quote for how much it would be if the problem wasn't fixed with the gas company. I recommend using this company for any plumbing issues you have!

Patrick is so awesome! He was the only company willing to help me out with a travel trailer on my property. Although some plans changed on my end, he helped me move my trailer to a better location and offered different suggestions. Highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing! I will be calling them again.

We have used Matucci for several years now and really love their service. They are available 24/7 and don't charge more for weekend/nighttime emergencies. There are not that many plumbing companies that work 24/7, and those that do work 24/7 often are not available that same day. All of their plumbers are nice, polite, work hard, and take the time to explain the problem and proposed solution. They work quickly and leave the place clean.  I have called them countless times on a weekend, when all my plumbing problems seem to occur. And every time they have been available to come out. The office is also friendly, easy to work with, and coordinates timing with your schedule well (2 hour windows).

I highly recommend Jaime. He is smart, experienced, friendly, efficient, and does beautiful work. He explains things well and suggests good solutions. He did a huge job for us a year ago replacing pipes damaged by roots. He followed through afterwards to make sure things were working well afterwards. He has great common sense to troubleshoot problems and can smell and detect odors better than any other plumber I've met. The most recent example is when we had intermittent sewer odors coming into our bathroom. We had 5 different plumbers come out and they were unsure of the source and couldn't smell the odors. One suggested a job that cost $4500 to look for the source of the odors. We finally called Jaime, whom we trust. He immediately found the sources of the odor and fixed our toilet and also installed a trap.  He fixed the toilet and installed a trap.  He saved us $4500.

Victor is also great. He came out to fix a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the ceiling. He worked through a tiny access hatch, avoiding cutting through the ceiling, thus no drywall to repair...and did an amazing job efficiently too.  

While Mattucci's prices may not be the lowest in town, they are not the highest either. They are fair. Be reassured you pay for awesome service that is available 24/7. You pay for solid work (work that is guaranteed) with solid plumbers. You will not need to turn to someone else to get the job done correctly.

Late at night I found out my shower drain was clogged, so I sent out a bunch of quotes on Yelp to find the right team. JetLine responded within an hour and also setup an appointment for next day in the morning. Showed up and told me the technique he was going to use and he snaked the drain. Everything was cleaned up and I couldn't be happier with the work done. Price was very reasonable. Steven was excellent in and out very quickly.

Quick, prompt service! I highly recommend Jesse for your plumbing needs! I needed a drain pipe relocation for my washer and Jesse was able to fix it. He was super communicative during the process and it was easy to book an appointment with him. If I ever have future plumbing needs, Jesse will be the first person I will hit up!

We had a clogged toilet; tried plunging, tried liquids, and all sorts of weird ass home diys.  The toilet was STUCK.  So we called Harry's this morning and we were serviced by Bill this afternoon.

He detached our toilet, got to the trap, fished out a toy fire truck (we have toddlers), put the toilet back on, and resealed around the toilet; quickly and cleanly with toddlers singing Frozen to him.

Needless, to say Bill was great.  The service was professional, prompt, and reasonably priced.  Thanks again to Harry's and Bill.

Robert from Rubios plumbing came to help, very kind, honest and excellent service individual.  He has all the tools for the job. Reasonable pricing and quick response service. I recommend and will use his services again in the future.

I can't say enough amazing things about these guys. We run a small business here in Long Beach and have had more than our fair share of plumbing issues. I call, and within 30 minutes someone from their shop is there. It's like I called Batman. They are also quick and efficient. If I could give them more stars, I totally would.

We found Kody during a plumbing emergency at our apartment complex. I've managed the property for years, and have had our share of plumbers. Kody and his crew are the ONLY plumbers we've been loyal to and would professionally follow. They are reliable, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and do quality work at reasonable rates, what more could you ask for?!

Today Technician  C.F. came  back. , he came  before and installed the new motherboard for the heater furnace , today he came with solution to fix the warm air flowing out the vents  intermittently,  when the furnace system and the fan are in off position. Technician replaced a temperature sensor. Hope this will control the warm air flowing out of vents .
Customer Service and the Technicians always extends   their courtesy of service and displays professionalism. Which I appreciate.

The HB utility people informed us of a big spike in our water bill and that we should get a leak detection company in. I reached out to a number of outfits and Cory was the first to respond and he was able to come over a few hours later. He was very professional and immediately went to work. In the end it turned out to be a toilet that leaked very badly. ( who would have thought that could double your water bill??)

Cory gave us a couple of options and we went with a less expensive repair ( knowing it might need a full toilet replacement in the near-ish future), and he came back the next day to finish the job.

Even though this was a minor job for Cory (and we could have had a regular plumber do the job) he was very attentive and patient with my elderly dad in explaining what he was doing.

We would definitely call him again if we do have a more serious leak.

Gorsuch is amazing.  They are responsive and responsible.  Brian, our tech, quickly resolved our issues and did not offer a more expensive alternative.

Gorsuch Plumbing is responsive and thorough.  The knowledge of the workers is amazing.   It's always hard to determine the source of the leak when the pipes are in concrete.  The first plumber recommended putting holes in the walls and floor.  Gorsuch came to the rescue with up-to-date technology that determines the place of the leak as well where the water pipes in the house were located.
