Matt and Kate made a special call for us on a Sunday, something they don't normally do, to replace a part in our tankless water heater. I rarely give reviews, and I give reviews when i'm either extremely satisfied or extremely disappointed.     Happy to say that  in Prolific Plumbing's case, I'm extremely satisfied.

We got an excellent service from Kody.  He did a great job fixing my broken pipe in the bathtub and they cleaned up really well after finishing the job.  He arrived ahead of the time window he gave me, and very professional in his communication and in the way he conducted himself.  His pricing was very competitive too.

I broke the pipe in my bathtub faucet when i tried replacing the faucet.   The thread on the pipe got corroded really bad, and the soft copper pipe broke off when i tried getting the faucet off the wall.

I contacted 6 plumbers ,and Kody is the only one who gave me a quote based on the picture I've shown to him.   All the others won't quote me unless they come in and see it in person.  He told me on the phone a couple of ways he can fix it, and the price for each of those 2 options.    I was impressed how knowledgeable he was.     Don't let anyone talk you into paying just to give you a quote.     There was even one plumber who came to my house and proposed to break off the tile from the front instead of cutting a hole in the drywall at the back, and gave me a ludicrous estimate for the cost.

He also cares a lot about his customers.  I bought a cheap faucet from Home Depot as a replacement, but Kody told me that what I bought is not good and advised me to return it.   He has a better one with him, for the same price as what I got at Home Depot.    He charged me the same amount as the one i got from Home Depot ($15).

I highly recommend Kody and his company, and he will now be my go-to plumber.

First contact was with Tiffany who scheduled the appointment for me. Went the extra mile to get the earliest possible appointment and called back to provide updates on arrival ETA. That's great customer care.

Louis and Adrian showed up on time. Looked professional and were very likeable. I thought their branding was cool. Awesome logo. Answered all my questions politely. No rush. Did quality repairs. Didn't try to upsell and even did some extra stuff for free. Also provided some good advice on preventative maintenance. Finally, the clean up was fantastic. My image of what a plumber is has forever changed. No more nightmares about Roto Rooter!

Was quite affordable. I made a recommendation to them to get Venmo to make transactions easier and they were open to the constructive feedback. They had great things to say about their boss (Hector?) and seemed quite happy working for him. After a  decade of cycling through bad plumbers, I have finally found my go-to plumbing guys.

I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this company. They have given us the best experience we have ever had in regards to plumbing repair. My husband called after hours on a Saturday due to our kitchen sink backing up/overflowing. A technician ( Chris) was there within the hour and successfully fixed the problem with NO mess. I did not have to clean up anything myself, Chris left my kitchen and under cabinet as clean as when he arrived. I again called Professional  Plumbing (IE) after hours due to a bathroom wall leak and Chris was out the next day to repair the problem. He was available quickly over multiple days and didn't drag out our repair over weeks and weeks as some other companies are known to do. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom is now in tip top shape with new plumbing, drainage, and a newly installed bathtub. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel like I was being gauged on the price. And again, he left everything clean. I have had experiences with other companies where I was left with a huge mess to clean up. All of the work Chris did is clean and neat as well, he is quick and efficient but definitely ensures good quality work. My husband and I plan to have Chris back to redo the rest of the plumbing in our home in the near future. I can say with certainty that I will never use another plumbing company again. We called a few plumbing companies and they either charged way too much $$$ or they couldn't come out that day. Alpine Plumbing came an hour later and charged us only $75 and it comes with a 90-day guarantee so if we have any issues they'll come back out!

A pipe sprung a leak under my kitchen sink rendering it unusable.  I contacted several people via Yelp and Matt responded very quickly.  He was able to come early the next morning before I went to work, finished the repair in an hour and it was much less$$ than I thought I would have to pay.  I appreciate his quick response and professionalism.    Hopefully I will not have to use him again (fingers crossed there are no more plumbing issues at my house) but if I need someone, he will be my first phone call.  Thanks, Matt!

Five Stars is not enough... I'd give SJ Plumbing 10 Stars if possible. Had a Slab leak in a newly remodeled Home... Went to Yelp, did some research and Found John Shim Owner of SJ Plumbing... This Kid is a super Ninja... He had to break one wall, locate the leak, caped it and got us back in hot water in under 4 hours, he showed up at 8:30 was done at 10:30...More than far prices, fast, very knowledgeable.. Had a leaky toilet. Called Rubio's plumbing and they were the only plumber out of four that I called that responded. Robert was easy to work with. We bought the equipment and he installed everything for us. He came at the time he said he was going to come and was very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. What was supposed to be an easy kitchen installation turned into a bigger problem due to old plumbing and shutoff valves that would not turn off.  Oscar took care of it all. Richard and Fernando are the best! We recently had a slab leak and Richard immediately made time in his schedule to come check things out (within an hour) and get the leak stopped. He was knowledgeable and explained things in detail so I understood my options and what to do next. He quickly referred me to a restoration company and even called the owner himself to get someone out to our house before any more damage could be done. Once we had a plan in place, Fernando took over and did a stellar job completing the work, communicating and making sure we understood what was going on. He also helped make sure to be on the same page as our insurance adjustor so we wouldn't have any problems. Best of all, when my refrigerator started to leak (nothing to do with the slab leak) after Fernando was already in his truck ready to leave, he came back in and stopped the leak and provided a temporary fix. Since he was off the next day he called into the office to get someone scheduled out the next morning. I called Mitch Plumbing last night and they were here this morning at 8:00. He fixed the problem, I couldn't ask for better service. He's the man to call.

About 9 years ago the hot water heater that came with the house blew up and leaked all over our garage. It was difficult to find someone to replace and install it because it was during Thanksgiving weekend. Coast plumbing was there to help us through it.

Fast forward to the present. The replacement GE water heater decides to take a dump. And we know that it is still under warranty through GE/Home depot. There was a little trouble at first trying to get GE/Home depot to agree since I had inadvertently shredded the original receipt but still had the service warranty paperwork.

We called the conveniently placed sticker on the tank and Coast plumbing was able to help us get the tank replaced based on the tank's serial number.

Jerry came out, took a look and said a technician would be right over the next morning. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to us, he was busy getting approval from GE so that we could get credit for the tank even though we did not have the original receipt. So that when we went in to Home Depot we waited only 20 minutes to get the credit approved and a new tank selected.

Our technician (plumber), Shane was very courteous and patient and explained everything that he would be doing. He and Alfonso helped return the bad tank and brought the new tank back for installation. Also he checked the water pressure from the main and made sure everything was running before he left.

The fittings provided were much heftier than the originals and were placed better than the first time.

Great job guys. Will consider you again when I'm ready to switch to a tankless heater.
