I highly recommend KNC Plumbing.  Kris was quick to respond even though it was 9 pm. He came out the next day and snaked my tub. He used all Covid19 protocol. He also used shoe covers and used Clorox wipes when he was done.  He knows what he is doing and doesn't charge outrageous prices.  He has a great attitude and integrity.  About six months ago my friend called him because the pilot light went out on the water heater. He came out within 30 minutes (and it was late at night) and got it going immediately.  Not only was he quick to respond, he didn't charge for the call.  When I had my problem I gave him a call and was glad I did.  He is my new go to plumber.

My toilet was making a dreadful whining noise and I was afraid it was going to be a huge problem and expensive but they fixed it no problem.

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

Very happy with the service Alpine Plumbing and Rooter provided.  We indicated we had a problem with our water heater and knew that the thermocouple was not working properly and we had the repair parts ready to be installed prior to their visit.  Once Dominic from Alpine Plumbing arrived to assess the problem, he did not up sell for new water heater but confirmed that thermocouple would need to be replaced.  We informed him that we have the replacement parts ready and he was able to install and fix our water heater at that moment.

I was in a bind on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with my tub filling and toilets not working. I sent a early morning text for help and got a quick reply and arrival time. I was very grateful for the repair and felt the price was reasonable for the work! Thank you Seashore plumbing!!!

Tim and Ernesto were super helpful and professional. We called them to remove and replace a commercial water heater.
I also wanted to thank the lady who answered the phone. When I called them this morning, she was very responsive and would call me back within 5 min while we arranged someone to come out. We called at 10:30am, they showed up within the hour.  They were both communicative and approachable and finished the job efficiently which was great and we weren't stuck without water for too long. Definitely recommend them, and we will continue to keep them in mind if we have another problem.

Called Rob about replacing a water softener and he was really easy to work with.  I had the new unit and sent him a few photos of the setup.  He texted me back a quote and came out a couple days later and did the job.  His price seemed fair based on a couple other quotes that I got.

I called Pristine Plumbing because of the reviews.  I discovered a leak that under the kitchen sink late Sunday night.  I called first thing in the morning.  Within a 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail, Richard called back. He was very helpful and accommodating.  He sent someone over as soon as a technician was available.  

Steve came over to address the issue.  He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.  He wore little booties and covered the work area with blankets.  About 2 hours after he left, I noticed there was a tiny leak, good thing I was monitoring it.  I called Steve and he came back out after his work day to address it.  

The price was very reasonable for a business that is licensed and carries liability insurance for any work that they do.  You can go to any handyman and get lower prices but chances are that they don't carry liability insurance.

I would highly recommend them again.

I had a clogged bathroom sink that I could not reach with my snake from Home Depot.  Luis was at my house within an hour of my call.  They matched my other plumber's drain price.  Very satisfied.

I am operate a motel in Garden Grove and my water heater was acting up a few weeks ago I called them up and they came the next day and did a thorough check they said most likely need to be clean it up like to perform a routine maintenance so I gave him OK so the guy did that in the process they found out the gasket needs to be replaced and they did that did not charge me any extra and the water heater was fixed,the business is honest and I'm highly recommended them!
