Just had new countertops installed. Kris came afterwards and installed my sink and garbage disposal while also changing out and updating my water hookups and a new gas hook up for my stove. Very clean. Fair prices, great work, really professional and great communication. Will definitely call them again for whatever I need.

We called out Prolific Plumbing after we had we received several other quotes that seemed ridiculously outrageous for a sewer leak under our home. Kody came out, was super polite and respectful, and gave us a very reasonable quote to do the repair. Within minutes he was under the house and had the sewer repair finished by the end of the day. We liked the fact we were able to communicate via text and his responses were prompt.  Zorro arrived with his partner/asst and got the job done. Once completed, he was patient in explaining the new functions with the water heater, as well as answering some questions regarding other plumbing issues.

Our Pomona home is well over 60 years old, as am I. The house started having plumbing issues, a lot of little issues that later became much larger problems. I had already called several companies for estimates to fix the plumbing issues. I received estimates on business cards (not very professional at all) and verbal estimates, nothing specific, and nothing in writing and only vague guarantees about the completed work. I then called Alpine Plumbing for an estimate to replace the water main coming onto the property, the main drain from the house to the sewer main.  I am pleased to tell you that Vince, Herb and his crew came to our home and repaired/replaced everything as promised and contracted for, and then repaired some  other non-contracted plumbing issues that were encountered during the replacement of the plumbing, at no additional charge. It has taken me along time to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything was right. I will use these folks for everything I can relate to plumbing. They are an honest family owned company who were on time, and if they could not be on time they called or sent a text explaining the problem. They kept me informed of everything they were doing as needed. The work was completed speedily, with a minimum of disruption to my normal household activities and schedule. After their work was completed, there were no signs that they had dug up the front yard, or had done the major work they had done. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Professional, friendly, courteous, and they have come back several times since the completion of the job, just to help me out, and answer a few questions that I have had.

I had a great experience with SJ plumbing. I called them up because I needed a shower faucet fixed and had issues doing it myself. The gentleman who helped me took his time looking at photos I texted him and then gave me the name of a place I could find the part and instructed me how to do it. I felt it was really cool of him to do that and you can bet that I'll call if I need any plumbing service in the future.

Terrible service. Never showed up at the window time frame. When I called to ask what's going on, they said they don't know why the tech never showed up, apologized, and hung up on me. Terrible business.

I had a major water piping problem. My house is old so the piping is old too.
The pipe for the water going out of the house was eroded.  This caused my kitchen sink to back up constantly.  Robert ran a camera and discovered the problem.  Plus I had previous work done on the sewer which was not done properly.   Robert had to explain to me step by step the work which had to be done. Needless to say I was having a meltdown.  It was a major repair.  They had to jack hammer 75ft of concrete to place the pipe.  Then come back to pour new concrete.  It took about 4 days to complete the work.   All during that time the bathroom was up and running.  One day only was I not able to use the kitchen sink.  My experience was all good working with Robert and his staff.  I appreciate working with a company that knows what they are doing.

Be VERY AWARE Oscar will claim he is licensed but it NOT. He has a partner with a license who is unaware of ALL his jobs. He claims to works under that license yet there is no proper documentation on invoice. He maybe knowledgeable because he was a plumbing vendor. BIG DIFFERENCE. He does not inspect the work completed by his workers. Which barely know him I must add. Yet he calls the job complete WITHOUT INSPECTION.
But is in a hurry to collect payment. ONLY cash, zelle, PayPal, Venmo

I had the main line sewer replaced NO connections and 2 clean outs installed. Charges contractors prices.

What put me over the edge was one of the clean outs being held by an old brick!

Soo many red flags!!! I will pursue this more in small claims court. Thank goodness for home cameras!!!

Trying to replace my fill valve on the toilet and all of a sudden the pipe to the water shutoff broke and starting leaking.  Called the owner Richard and he said that he would send over Dwain.  Dwain came by with his tools and shoe covers and fixed the problem.  He took the time to explain what happened and cleaned up after he was done.  Everything works flawlessly now. Really cool dude and very humble.  Checked his card after he left and realized he was the president.  Didn't even tell me. They also quoted me but ended up doing more work than they planned but he didn't charge me extra. These guys are all about customer care.

Bobby was great today, tried to find the most efficient and affordable route to replace a section of my drain line. Gave me peace of mind having it fixed properly.  Appreciate coming out without a fee and will be calling again

I dreaded the day that I would ever need to call a plumber, but that's just what I had to do recently... My ceiling was leaking and I figured the leak was coming from my upstairs bathroom. I contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing since they were closeby and had numerous 5 star Yelp reviews. My interaction with Mitch Clemmons plumbing was extremely pleasant throughout the entire process. I spoke with Neil to schedule someone to come out ASAP. They were able to come out right away to diagnose the problem.

The young man who came out to check the leak was Ivan. Ivan was very personable, knowledgable, and kind. He found the source of the leak and temporarily fixed it with some epoxy until he was able to come out again since the repair required 2 people and he was working by himself that day. I had to wait a couple of more days for Ivan to come back. The best part is that I was not charged for the temporary fix or for the diagnosis. Once Ivan was able to return to permanently fix the leak, he and his helper did an excellent job testing out the repair multiple times by filling my tub with water and then draining it; all the while making sure my tub drain did not leak.

The entire transaction went smoothly. The price for the repair was also very affordable. I am very grateful for the above average service that Mitch Clemmons plumbing provided. Thanks again!

Coast Plumbing sent Kevin to attend to my plumbing re-configuration of pipes under my bathroom sink today.  I couldn't be more pleased.  He was so courteous and professional.  He was able to re-configure my plumbing so if ever there is a back up the plumbers can now remove the trap under my sink to clear the pipe.  I no longer need to go over to my neighbors to access through their bathroom (we share same main pipe in common area of condo wall).  It was an inconvenience to both myself and neighbors.  He found a solution to the problem and fixed it in no time.  Very resourceful.  Saved me the cost of new vanity and install.  Thank you Kevin!
