My tankless water heater was giving an error code and the hot water would go cold. I requested several quotes via Yelp and KNC Plumbing responded quickly and with the most reasonable price for the service I was looking for.

Kris came out and was very nice and professional. He looked at it for about an hour, and even had to get on the phone with the tankless water heater company. He explained things to me as best possible.

The problem ended up not being the water heater but instead the wrong size gas meter. So Kris advised me to call the gas company to install the proper gas meter for my tankless water heater (this should have been done when it was installed, but not the fault of KNC). I appreciate how patient Kris was with the problem and the instructions he gave. He didn't charge me anything since he didn't end up performing the maintenance to the water heater.

But he did give me a quote for how much it would be if the problem wasn't fixed with the gas company. I recommend using this company for any plumbing issues you have!

I needed a waterline ran in my garage for the water and icemaker in my refrigerator i have out there. He responded right away to my message and was here in the afternoon to install the line. Super happy with his work and communication. Thank you!

Great service from Nolan and Zach. They installed a new kitchen faucet for us and did great work. Very friendly, and were in and out in no time. Highly recommended!

Ask them to show you their insurance before you start the job. They improperly installed a pipe, turned a pinhole leak into a deluge overnight. Too bad we were such good customers we paid them right away when the job was finished. If I had delayed one day, maybe we could have deducted damages. Instead, they refused to take responsibility for the hardwood floor damage ($450) which was minimal but it's the principle. A reputable company would provide insurance information so the adjuster could come and verify damage. Who knows, the adjuster could turn down the claim. But to not even provide insurance information is unprofessional not to mention unethical. Some mom and pop operations are quaint. This one is untrustworthy.

My dad and I had already spent most of the day and $117 in parts trying to stop a leaky shower faucet without success, in desperation I call Ron at Albright Plumbing in Los Alamitos and referred me to Harry's Plumbing. I called, Branson answered and said he can have someone there shortly.  Soon afterwards Jared rolled into the driveway and within 30 minutes the job was finished.  As a testament to Jared's experience he stopped by Albright Plumbing Supplies on a hunch and picked up a kit he thought would fix the problem and he was right on, no more leaks! To summarize, Harry's Plumbing gave us fast service, great pricing, honest and very courteous/professional service.

When the weather got cold, I tried turning on our old school floor heater. Nothing. I had it serviced a year ago, so I called the guy who did that work. Crickets. Not even a return call to tell me he was too busy, etc. After calling a bunch of plumbing and heating companies,, I found that very few, if any, still work on floor heaters. Luckily, I found Belmont Plumbing. I spoke to Renee, who told me they were swamped with work, but promised to put me on the list and get to me as soon as they could. Renee call me today and told me Matt was available and he was there not too long after. He checked the heater and determined  all it needed was a new thermostat, which he had with him. Within an hour, my heater was up and running again. I appreciate that  Matt observed COVID-19 precautions and did the work in a highly professional manner. I will use Belmont Plumbing for any future work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.

I found these awesome guys in Google when I needed extremely emergency service for costumer of ours. They went to the house in less than 30 minutes and did AWESOME job. Not just that,but their price for emergency service was very fair. I called 3 places which popped up in Google before them for OC area and all 3 was difficult to even talk to and unhelpful. Kody just asked for pictures, quote me 3 minutes later and was on his way, 10 minutes later. This is your guy for plumbing needs. Honest,fair price, great quality of his work and pretty cool to communicate with. Definitely recommended

This is definitely a mixed review.
As a senior citizen I should have been experienced enough to know I needed to get more bids. The  SO amiable salesman oozed charm from every pore and promised that I was getting the best deal in town and it would not be available the next day.  He also stated that it was a 2 day job (1week).
They also tried to change the scope of work, but that issue was resolved.
I have recently been getting bids for an HVAC unit that I am installing in a building at the back of my property. A FRACTION of what I paid Nexgen for the same product. I feel like the world's biggest sucker.
That said, the installation crew was punctual, polite and left the place spotless.
To sum up the situation: If you have Elon Musk's cash, go ahead and hire NexGen.

Greg with profix i highly recommend for all your plumbing needs i contacted them via yelp message & he responded very quickly and scheduled am appointment same day! He arrived on time very knowledgeable about his craft and got my drains up and flowing within an hour he cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very reasonable compared to what i have payed in the past with other companies ! Greg is my new go to plumber!!

All toilets and drains blocked (Main sewage line blockage).....Called around on a Sunday afternoon and all the other plumbers didn't seem like they wanted to work or to schedule it for Monday. I called TP Rooter and although busy they were able to get a guy out within 30-45 mins and hydrojet the mail line and blow out the root / debris blockage. Showed me the drain on camera and the removal of the blockage.......best of all these guys had the best price by FAR and came out on a Sunday........their business card is on my fridge!!!! There is a reason they have 5 stars.....quick, efficient and better competitive rates!!!!!!

Called Stephens plumbing again they beat another plumbers estimate again. Gentleman named Louis came out he was professional, proficient, and courteous. If a plumbing job can be called beautiful then, I've got a beautiful plumbing job!

Really happy with Rapid Quality! They were awesome and helped us figure out where the leak was coming from even on a weekend. Very responsive and would use again in a heartbeat -- although I hope we don't have to!!

I own a 4 plex and have used Daniel's on a few plumbing projects. They have always treated me fairly and squarely. I called them yesterday about a wall unit (heater,) I have had it looked at by two other companies and it was never fixed properly and was still not putting out the right amount of heat. They sent Jimmy, he was great!! Very knowledgable and he finally figured it out. The price was fair and now my wife will be happy with a warm house. I wish I called them first but I didn't think they serviced those, I thought I would ask and boy did they know how. Great company!!
