When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! Chesapeake Plumbing came to.my house today to snake the drain in my kitchen.  The plumber busted my pipes. He had to bring in another plumber to help him fix the pipes. Then charged me labor for 2 plumbers for the tune of over $600. Totally unacceptable. Would give zero stars if I can.

So I don't usually leave reviews but I need to put this out there, first I was told it would be $39 if he had to pull any tools of the truck which he didn't but charged me anyway. Second I felt rushed when I was told what the problem was because he was trying to go skydiving. If you had plans you didn't have to come especially after giving me a window for 11-1pm so I had to stay in the house all morning waiting not cool.

Hands down best service I have ever had.  I have owned a townhouse for 13 years and discovered almost everything behind the walls was originally from 1977 when the home was built. Vernon and his brother have been life savers. I have called them on 3 occasions in which Vernon showed up the same day to check out the problem. He fixed most problems same day other than us discovering my water heater was leaking and my ac unit was over 25 years old.  He explained everything he did to a point that was completely understandable to me and extremely logical. He never tried to sell me something I did not need and has been so flexible. I am in and out of state and scheduling repairs while gone, so it is nice to have a company I trust in my home and can guarantee the best quality of work. I have also had tons of questions and they never make me feel like a bother and always respond promptly. This is the first time I have had a plumber come to my home and actually fix all of my problems in an extremely timely and very cost effective manner. I will never call another plumber.

Abbott Plumbing came to diagnose and then repair our new Noritz Tankless waterheater.  We have been struggling with this for more than a year, first installing a larger gas line to satisfy the Noritz expectations (took 9 months with BGE). We now have a direct gas line from the meter (now new and high pressure) to the Tankless.  The Noritz was installed correctly with our Geothermal by a top geothermal installer, but when this lemon acted up, they admitted it was too advanced for them to fix.  Noritz ikes to put callers on hold for a really long time.  This cost us an extraordinary amount of money (which should have been covered by the Noritz warranty).

Anyway, Chris diagnosed the problem(s) and two key parts were sent to us next day by Noritz.  Tankless works now.

Thanks very much.  Now I hope Noritz honors the fact that we started with this issue long before the first year labor warranty was expired.

Had him come to pull a permit for a gas  pressure test (inspection) and paid $350 for that.He came ,did a preliminary test and found the line was leaking,quoted me $3250 to do the repair of the gas line.I had it fixed for $500 using someone else.He then refused to pull the permit for the inspection and also refused to return my money so I disputed the charge with my cc and also placed a complaint with the MD board of plumbing.

Seems like a shabby individual to do business with ,try to avoid and use a real decent professional if you care about your money.

They will not give you a price on the phone. You pay $29 for them to come out which they keep if you don't let them do the job. Their price was $141 more then another plumber for a small job.

My shower had a leak on a 3rd floor bathroom floor in a federal hill townhouse.  The shower drain had a access panel on the second floor.  Catons came out and failed to diagnose the issue.  Did not bother to check the diverter and unnecessarily damaged my ceiling in the process.  They gave me an estimate for$1,100 to replace the drain without doing the necessary steps to confirm it was actually the drain.  I had a second opinion and the plumber quickly found the issue.  I would have.

I'm not happy to give this review as I truly care about the original owners I owe my immortality to them. However the new partial owner a guy named phil of all service plumbing has ruined this once christian company. They are no longer a christian company. The cussing and disgusting lewd sex talk that's rudely present in the ranks of this company is awful. I was baptized and will reach heaven thanks to the stilwells. To see such behavior mostly behind the owners back is awful. my ceiling collapse from a leak and after it was opened up I called perfect plumber to find the leak....you could see where there was wet marks around the pipes to bathroom above but he said no that's not it....charged me 175 and said watch the ceiling.
3 weeks later a worker carpenter looked up at same spot and said it was the vanity on floor above based on same water stains I pointed out...guess what it was a slow leak under the vanity...not recommending perfect plumber again.  now I may not be able to get my home all repaired by Turkey day.  although polite I am upset.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
