Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

Being a new family-owned company, these guys are hungry for new business and it shows. Responsive, professional, and with a price that blew the bigger guys away. The two guys (owner and his brother) were out the next day after I decided on them, timing which was critical with water all over the basement floor and carpet.

When we ripped up the carpet and found out there was an easier less costly solution, they had no problem going with the MUCH cheaper solution, which shows their honesty and honor.

Big thumbs up. I recommend them without hesitation.

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! I called Chesapeake Plumbing due to a clogging problem another company could not effectively fix. Easy to schedule and came right on time at the early end of the scheduled window. The technician discussed the problem with me before bringing in his equipment. We talked about the problem, the price, and the limits on what he could do -- he even suggested finding out if the previous company provided a warranty and might come back out for free.

The results are actually great. The drain works better than at any point since I have been in the house -- almost 13 years. I down-graded a little bit because it was expensive (more than other places I have used). But I am happy the result.

We've had them out multiple times to fix sink clogs, leaks, hot water heaters, and they even put in a new waterline for us.  Both the GM and the guys who do the work are extremely professional and make you feel like you're in good hands.  It's a relief to know that I have a plumber I can count on to provide only the service I need at a reasonable price.

I couldn't recommend them more. They are awesome, super professional and super knowledgeable. They have explained every issue to us answered all of our questions and really fixed our plumbing.

Scheduled a consultation for Tuesday, but they called a day early when they had an unexpected opening-- Already off to a great start. Rich arrived promptly and we determined that my faulty sump pump should be replaced. He went to his nearby supply house and returned with the new pump within an hour. Before I knew it, he pulled out the old unit, installed the new one and tested it. All told, I had a brand spanking new system in 3 easy hours. Rich was kind and personable but also professional. I and please with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend him for what he said was his specialty, sump repair and replacement.

Had him come to pull a permit for a gas  pressure test (inspection) and paid $350 for that.He came ,did a preliminary test and found the line was leaking,quoted me $3250 to do the repair of the gas line.I had it fixed for $500 using someone else.He then refused to pull the permit for the inspection and also refused to return my money so I disputed the charge with my cc and also placed a complaint with the MD board of plumbing.

Seems like a shabby individual to do business with ,try to avoid and use a real decent professional if you care about your money.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. Stilwell Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company for a pipe leak. I contacted them immediately since the leak is causing my water meter to continue ticking up. The receptionist said my work order wasn't in so she would call me back. Next day, no call. I called again and she again said it wasn't in and would call me back. Days went by with no call. I reached back out to my warranty company and they said she would be calling me...still no call. Finally after calling multiple times a visit was scheduled. The plumber was extremely nice, but said he would call me the next day with an estimate. Guess what!? Nobody called! So I called them again and the same receptionist said she would call me back with the estimate because that plumber was off...that was four days ago and I have still not received a call. I can't believe this place is still in business with how they treat their customers.
