I have been using Forster Plumbing for about 15 years, and they never disappoint.  Brian is the owner/operator and generally has 2 or 3 experienced plumbers working for him.  I find it so much more pleasant dealing with a small outfit rather than a mega operation.  One hundred percent of the time that I call, Brian himself promptly answers the phone.  I can't say that about very many businesses - particularly not in the trades.  Beyond that, he or his crew have appeared for their promised appointments 100% of the time.  The work is top of the line quality at very affordable prices.  I long ago stopped asking the rate because I am confident that the total charge will be reasonable, and it always is reasonable.  Indeed, rates can be deceiving anyway.  The real issues are integrity and competence.  Respecting both, Brian excels.

I had a plumbing emergency and this company literally saved the day. Justin was beyond professional and courteous. They were in and out in matter of hours and most of all the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Plummer for any and all of your plumbing needs.

I hired Empire Plumbing and Heating today to fix a plumbing issue at our PAPYRUS location located in the Towson Town Center.  Not only were they fast to respond and fix our issue (it literally was less than 30 minutes from when I called them ) they were efficient and completed the job quickly and price was amazing. I would hire them again. I highly recommend them.

Allen is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and well priced. We requested a quote online and in the same day he came out to fix our drain. I cannot recommend him enough. After many attempts with single room humidifiers not doing the job, my husband contacted Hamilton for a whole house humidifier. They did a wonderful job with the installation and explaining how the humidifier works. The one they installed is the best on the market! I have severe sinus/allergy issues and since this humidifier being installed my whole family and I sleep and breathe better. I no longer wake up with terrible headaches or a dry mouth. I also want to point out the size of our utility room is not that big and the fact they were able to work in such a small space and deliver great service showed me how dedicated they are to their customers. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were so kind to my curious toddler. We will definitely be calling them in the future for any needed plumbing, heating, a/c services.

Had to call Chesapeake Plumbing because I had an issue with a different company that had previously come out to look at my problem with toilet leaking down into basement and created mold. Chesapeake plumbing came out same day that I called, were extremely friendly, found out that there was a much bigger issue than we originally thought (and I was so glad because I would have right back in the same boat if not) and they fixed the problem and were on their way. I was so impressed by how courteous and prompt they were. Even calling me to tell me they were on the way to the house.
I would definitely use them again.

Was in process of getting estimates for plumbing work when problem started while Catons was giving estimate.  Said they could take care of problem right away.  I had to do it (main water valve).  Earlier estimates came in after work done that were SUBSTANTIALLY less.  Catons had to come back to fix leak in original repair.  My caution to others is get estimates, in my case would have saved hundreds.  Felt like I was taken advantage of during bad situation.  Left numerous voice messages with Catons general manager, never heard back.  Just be cautious.

Needed a plumber ASAP ! Have a nail salon and spa and put a hole on a water pipe 11 PM at night . Would not be able to do pedacurs in the morning if we did not get the pipe fixed . I called Perfect plumbing and within 5 min
had a technician call me back , he was here within the hour ! The technicians name was Cam , and he did such a great job that we were able to open on time with the water running ! Thanks Cam for your professional work and great attitude  !

Have known for awhile that my main sewer line was probably going to need to be replaced. I've had an insurance type policy through BGE Home to help cut the cost when the time came and had an estimate from them for the job. I decided to call around to compare and just get a few more quotes and opinions. Abbott's initially came out and said there would be a fee to video the line before they could give an estimate so I apologized for the misunderstanding and said I wasn't going to get the estimate. That was on the weekend.

First thing Monday morning, the manager from Abbott's called and said he had gone through the weekend calls and realized there had been a mistake and I was told that in error. They absolutely were not charging me to video the line to diagnose and give an estimate. He said he still wanted a chance at my business and offered to send someone out that day to give me the estimate. Right then I felt that the customer service was already top notch! I was impressed that they cared enough to pursue me as a customer and correct the miscommunication over the weekend.

Richard came out and spent a few hours videoing the line and reviewing all of the options with me. To make a long story short, I spent the next several hours calling him back with question after question. I was upfront with them about my policy with BGE Home and my inclination to use them to take advantage of that policy.

In the end, Abbott's matched the price for the trenchless replacement offered through BGE with my policy (which was an incredible match!!!!!), came out the NEXT day to complete the job, arrived on time, and warranty their work for LIFE. Even BGE Home said they understood why I had to go with Abbott's!

Richard, Vince, Pat and the rest of the crew who completed the work were all outstanding. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with this crazy lady who asked a thousand questions about the replacement. I feel confident the job was done correctly, it was inspected by the county, and it is one less thing I have to worry about now! Great customer service

Bailey Bros is the best plumbing company in all of Maryland. These guys where able to help me fix the plumbing leak I had in my rental home while I was in Florida. I would use them again.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

Dealing with Stilwell Plumbing has been a nightmare.  A technician replaced my sump pump and evidently didn't secure the pipes back.  I came home to a nothing short of a water explosion.  I immediately called my home warranty office.  They were called on a Friday...no one showed.  I was told that Stilwell would come on Saturday...no one came.  On Sunday, Stilwell was suppose to come between 2p-6p...no one came.  Stilwell called at 7:10p & stated they had bad news & wouldn't be coming.  This type if service is unacceptable & American Home Shield shouldn't use them as contractors.  It looks as if I'll have to use a work day fir something that should have been done over the weekend.  If something as simple as putting pipes together is that hard, I'd hate to really see how they would address a something more difficult.  I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
