I have used this company twice in the last several months. Mike was great to deal with and always followed up. Kenny has done the work both times for me. Very professional, courteous and leaves clean work area.  Arrived at designated time and did a fantastic job. Up front pricing. Would recommend !!!

Extremely high labor cost. Had them caulk one bath tub and labor of $160 was charged. Ridiculous... Will not use them again. Recommend you price compare first. There have got to be less expensive plumbers out there.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

I had a plumbing company come out to investigate a leak coming through a light in my kitchen.  We determined it was linked to a shower on the floor above. The company quoted me to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to diagnose the issue. I checked pricing with a few company including AAB, who came in more competitive. Allen from AAB came out to cut the hole, but before doing so figured out the leak was due to a small crack in the shower tile grout. I was able to patch up the crack myself saving me money and a huge mess. Definitely would recommend AAB!

We had problems with the faucet on our bathtub over the weekend. I posted on our neighborhood Facebook page and half a dozen people posted for Hamilton Plumbing. So we called them this morning and they were here in less than two hours. The problem was fixed quickly and we have already made another appointment with them to have some other work done. We are very happy with their work.

Did an excellent job.  They were running late and still came after 5 o'clock .  Repair of toilet valve.

My shower had a leak on a 3rd floor bathroom floor in a federal hill townhouse.  The shower drain had a access panel on the second floor.  Catons came out and failed to diagnose the issue.  Did not bother to check the diverter and unnecessarily damaged my ceiling in the process.  They gave me an estimate for$1,100 to replace the drain without doing the necessary steps to confirm it was actually the drain.  I had a second opinion and the plumber quickly found the issue.  I would have.

Made two attempts to contact this company for work and have been ignored both times. Left a message with the company via an employee and answering machine. Never heard anything back.

We highly recommend this company. We had an accidental issue arise after installation of the sump pump but they were very responsive and fixed the issue immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and even provided discounts due to the accidental issue. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and  kind. Will be using them again (We actually just did for another project!)

Very knowledgeable and great price. Would recommend and use again. Had a small leak coming from my cold water line and had it fixed without a problem.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

I'm not happy to give this review as I truly care about the original owners I owe my immortality to them. However the new partial owner a guy named phil of all service plumbing has ruined this once christian company. They are no longer a christian company. The cussing and disgusting lewd sex talk that's rudely present in the ranks of this company is awful. I was baptized and will reach heaven thanks to the stilwells. To see such behavior mostly behind the owners back is awful.
