We need an estimate for outdoor grill gas leak, the plummer stopped by for about 10 minutes, telling us the grill need to be replaced, he charged $123, we said it's too expensive, he threatened us the longer he stay, the more he charge. Very bad experience, better to stay away.

I contacted them for an estimate for what appears to be a wax ring leak from my toilet upstairs. The estimate came back at $250 to $350. If you have a basic understanding of plumbing that is ridiculous.

We had a plumbing emergency and I called a few local places to see if I could have someone come immediately - Arthur took my call at 11:30am and was at my home by 1pm. The issue was diagnosed by 1:15pm and a solution was produced, executed and completed by 3:30pm. I cannot say enough how quick and efficient this process was and we are so relieved! Pricing was very fair, considering the emergency we were experiencing. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone!

My heating system broke during the coldest days of winter.   Frank Klein and Sons got someone here as soon as possible, and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.    I am very grateful for the service !!!

.Dave is very nice and a man of his word - The price he quoted us for a gas line install back in October was still good in February when we were finally ready to do the work.  Even with some complications with the job Dave and his crew did everything they could with a smile and on time as promised. We had to do some extra things which were out of the scope of DJ&E's responsibility and they helped us find good people to help AND helped those people to get he job done - James, Dave's employee, spent several extra hours making sure things got done correctly and that we were happy - all at no extra charge.  I would recommend Dave, James and their referral contractors to anyone needing work done.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and contacted Wallace plumbing.  Derrick responded very quickly and scheduled a time to visit.   He diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak.  He also installed a new garbage disposal.  His rates were very fair, he was professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process.   I recommend Wallace plumbing and Derrick and will use them for my future home needs!

In my enthusiasm to remove a stuck hose splitter, I incredible hulked our outdoor hose spigot and sprung a leak behind the valve. Ben quickly responded on a Saturday and came sooner than estimated after completing another job. Work was done within 45 mins of starting (before the wife got home!) with very minimal drywall cutting for access. Place left as clean as it started. Price was fair for same day, weekend repair.  Overall, excellent job!

Best mechanical lives up to their name; they really are the best.  After years of dumping money into my house and dealing with terrible contractors and plumbers, Best Mechanical has been the answer to my prayers. Here's why:

1.  This is a small, local, family owned business, which I always prefer to support.

2.  Service is FAST.  Even with the heat wave I was warned they were slammed and might have to wait a week for someone to come out, but someone made time to come in a day later.

3.  Customer service is key.  Brenda and Josh were a joy to speak with, always kept me updated on what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about what was going on at my house. Being in the military and trying to manage this property from the other side of the country is stressful, but they gave me piece of mind and I felt like they were worthy of my trust.

4.  The price.  I'm all about weighing cost vs worth.  For me, what I paid to have my AC replaced was worth every penny.  I trust best mechanical to advise me properly on the state of the unit and didn't feel they were trying to convince to buy a bunch if things I didn't need. I have gone back to them every time I needed something, from duct work to AC services and I have been 150% satisfied every time.

If you are desperate to have a plumbing emergency fixed please DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. We called this company hoping they could come out quickly to inspect a clogged bathroom drain on (8/19/20). The technician never even told us his name. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a clogged sewer line without even inspecting our toilet or pipes. He told us it would be $579 to snake our line and that he would have no problem clearing the line, again without even visually evaluating the plumbing. The technician proceeded to set up all his equipment in my residence without the use of protective gear or tarps, he even joked to my husband how dirty and covered in sewaged the equipment was. My 5 year old son had also had a surgical procedure done the same day so we were obviously concerned about the germs and bacteria being brought into our home and sat on the floor without a tarp or covering, the technician said they follow a rigorous clean up procedure once they are finished. After sending the snake down 45ft the technician told us out main line was broken outside the house and that he had to call his manager. We later found out from another professional plumber that 45ft wouldn't have even been enough snake to reach the outside line. The technician came back in and advised us that his Manager could send another crew to our house the next day to run a camera and evaluate our broken line from another $400. I advised the technician that we weren't comfortable with that considering that we were not having any other signs of a broke pipe. I also asked for the technicians supervisor's phone number so we could speak to him about the price to partially snake our line since the technician guarunteed he would be able to unclog it and did not. The technician told us he would give us the number once he packed up. He proceeded to pack up his gear, performed no cleaning, left our bathroom and hallway completely covered in sewage. He put our toilet back on but left a piece of the toilet in our bathtub, completely foregoing to install it under the toilet. The technician advised us that he would be back with his supervisors phone number. He NEVER RETURNED, got in his truck and left. No formal bill was given to us, no  statement of what services were performed. We don't even know his name. I have photo evidence of all the damages including damaged to our floor and woodwork. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered with a professional company. I felt completely taken a advantage of, it felt as if the technician knew we were desperate with a sick child and he saw a opportunity to exploit the situation. We are assuming the company will try to bill us for this botched experience. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.

My shower had a leak on a 3rd floor bathroom floor in a federal hill townhouse.  The shower drain had a access panel on the second floor.  Catons came out and failed to diagnose the issue.  Did not bother to check the diverter and unnecessarily damaged my ceiling in the process.  They gave me an estimate for$1,100 to replace the drain without doing the necessary steps to confirm it was actually the drain.  I had a second opinion and the plumber quickly found the issue.  I would have.

Buyer beware of this company!  I had a clogged kitchen sink that was that required a snake job to unclog it.  Roto-Rooter sent a plumber by who assessed the issue and asked for a flat rate of 620$ !  I told him that is way to much and he immediately said he could give a discount and the price instantly changed to 350$.  I said no and he left.  He then came back 5 minutes later saying he could do the job for 250$.  I was just put off at this point and went with much cheaper options.   Buyer beware of the ever changing price!

Very knowledgeable and great price. Would recommend and use again. Had a small leak coming from my cold water line and had it fixed without a problem.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
