Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

I had a plumbing emergency and this company literally saved the day. Justin was beyond professional and courteous. They were in and out in matter of hours and most of all the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Plummer for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

Fantastic and quick service at a fair price. I was very impressed by this father and son owned business.

Yates Plumbing has done several projects for me including fixing the dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and installing new appliances for my second kitchen and second laundry room.

Let me put it this way. It's 8 PM last night with 50 degree weather and it's raining that kind of miserable pissing rain that soaks you down slowly but completely. The last thing I'd want to do is stand out in the road snaking a clogged sewer line that's spitting the vilest smelling black water I've ever encountered in my life in my face and blowing specks of human shit all over my head and shirt. This, however, is what Brian Emmel and his brother Matt from T&D Plumbing do for a living. They not only do it, but they do it graciously-- with the kind of professionalism and knowledge that makes you feel totally confident that you have just contracted honest and experienced techs who really know what they're doing. First, they come in and look over the situation like detectives on a murder scene, letting you know exactly what is the cause of the problem, and how they propose to do to correct it. Then they get to work with the best attitude I've ever seen from anyone that's about to dig elbows-deep into what we've all flushed down toilets and let flow freely down our sink and shower drains for years. They let you know the entire time what's going on and how it's progressing. Frankly, it's kind of like if Superman drove a white van and wore boots and Dickies uniforms instead of flying and wearing a mask and cape. I just felt all safe and like everything was gonna be fine standing there feeling admittedly slightly less masculine as these alpha-males dove in head first and solved my problems for me. This isn't the first time I have used T&D Plumbing, and they are my go-to service for all things water related. Their number hangs on the wall in my office and also on my refrigerator door. Their prices have always been extremely fair. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done well. What else could you ask for? Don't even call anyone else-- I am not joking when I say that there is no reason to. I remain a very satisfied customer and am truly impressed by them over and over again.

Grateful they came on short notice. Masked and professional. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

These guys know what they are doing. They figured out what was wrong quickly, they fixed it without any hassles, they showed up when they said they would, and they didn't leave any mess behind. They gave me advice about a simple fix on another issue that I could do myself that another contractor said would be hundreds of dollars. I would contact them again not just for repairs but also for an opinion.

Stay away from this company! Terrible customer service and they did not stand behind their work. I had them replace my hot water heater just under two years ago. When their technician arrived at my home I found out they brought a slightly different model HWH with them then I ordered but we'd already drained our tank so I let them install it. Big mistake! The technician was not trained properly and had to contact the HWH mfr several times in order to wire it. It took twice as long as it should have. I was nervous about this but paid the bill and hoped for the best.
I called them back the next day as my hot water didn't seem as hot as it was previously even though the new thermostats were set to the same level. They sent out a tech who bumped up the thermostats and it didn't do much. So I just lived with it.
Just over a year later (after the full warranty ran out), I went to my basement and smelled something burning. Turns out the HWH thermostat had completely melted -and I'm lucky my house didn't catch fire. When I called RE Robertson, it took most of the day to send out two young technicians who did nothing but unhook all wiring from the thermostat. I believe when they called their mgr and described the situation, he gave them that instruction. Luckily I'd already taken photos that I later sent to the mfr. when they requested them. The technicians called their mgr who said I needed to call an electrician. They offered no help at all! BTW, electricians don't touch internal HWH wiring; too much liability.
It appeared that since the wiring wasn't done correctly in the first place, over time it heated and melted the wiring and the the thermostat casing.
Long story short, it cost me $800, two days without hot water, and a ton of stress for a reputable company to come and work with the tank mfr. to replace the HWH with a brand new one. Thank goodness the mfr stood behind their product, but with the HWH regulations changed last year, I had to replace my HWH with a lower quality unit since they weren't making the same ones any longer.
My recommendation - save yourself a big headache and find someone else to do your electrical work.

My AC was making a shrieking noise. The original appointment was next day in the morning, but customer service did arrange a technician to come in the same day. Super good!
The technician was very nice and professional. He fixed the issue quickly by replacing the capacitor. But $495 price was so expensive that I felt being taken advantage of, which doesn't include dispatch fee and fuel surcharge. If they provided a branded unit, I might feel a little bit better.
Reasonable cost range to Replace an HVAC Capacitor: $120 - $400

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.
Jeff Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation. I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

This review isn't for Abbott Brothers' plumbing services, because I wasn't able to actually get a plumber to my house. I made an online appointment for Friday and immediately got a confirmation that someone would come look at a possible sewer gas leak from 12-2 PM. I waited until 3 PM before calling the company because no one arrived or contacted me. The office didn't provide me with a reason as to why no one showed up or why I wasn't contacted. Instead, they said someone would be in contact with me shortly. I received a text a few hours later asking if Sunday between 9-11 AM worked. I agreed. Unfortunately, 11 AM passed and the same thing happened -- no one showed up or called. Not sure what happened, but 2 no show/no calls is highly unprofessional. If you know you're not coming, have the decency to call so people can make other plans or use another business. Obviously, after two chances, I won't be using Abbott Brothers again.

Watson's replaced my hot water heater with a new one with a 10 year warrantee in 2006. It rusted and flooded my basement causing damage. When Watson's came out to repair they indicated the model was discontinued and needed to be replaced which was fine as the unit was under warrantee. Watson's proceeded to tell me that the unit was not under warrantee but would not return calls explaining why a 10 year warrantee had lapsed in 8.5 years. I called the manufacturer and found out that the new unit Watson's sold me in 2006 was 3 years old which is why it was out of warrantee. The manufacturer will work with me to remediate- I am still waiting for a call back from Watson's, however I went ahead and replaced the unit using another firm as I needed hot water especially with the Christmas holidays upon us.
