Very honest and professional and really worked to solve my problem the cheapest way. Provided fast service and I am happy with the solution and the service from this company!  Thank you both!!!  Well electric heater was turned of and today Brandon came by to relit it since Cody forgot so thank you all for booking me back up!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called and made the initial appointment they provided me a time slot. I took time off of work during that time slot to allow myself to be available when they arrived. Close to the end of that timeslot nobody had called me or texted me to let me know when they would be here so I called the main office. They told me that they had pushed my timeslot to later. I informed them this was bad customer service as nobody had called to update me regarding the change in timeslot and that I had only taken off during the time slot they initially gave me. While I was trying to explain all of this to the customer service representative I was speaking to she completely continue to interrupt me would not allow me to finish saying even one sentence. And basically called me a liar saying that the initial timeslot was never given to me. I kept trying to explain to her the inconvenience that they had caused me but she would not let me finish my sentences even when I asked her specifically to let me finish talking. I would never recommend them to anyone as not only did I lose hours from work because I trusted what the initial person had told me but then I was treated with such disrespect and bad customer service when I called to discuss the issue with someone.

Needed a simple fix for a leaking shower faucet.  Convinced me that they were the Nordstrom of plumbing and also that the parts I needed were expensive and very difficult to get.  I believed them and paid $500 for the work that took longer than necessary and still was a problem after they were done.  Had someone else come in and fix it for $90 the right way and they showed me where they got the difficult parts to find readily available locally and far cheaper than Gundlach charged me.  When I asked them for my money back they wouldn't refund me and refused to admit their fault.  Terrible company.
