Best Sewer Line Repair in Las Vegas NV

Tried contacting this business by phone, and they texted me back an apology for missing my call. But once I let them know that I needed a small job done, all I heard were crickets. They have a bunch of great reviews which is why I contacted them, but I guess they don't have the time to deal with small jobs. I moved on.

Scope of work was too small or they did not do roof repair.I had wind damage to some tiles and they only deal in commercial jobs. However, Quality roofing stepped up and is coming thru for me!! They happened to be in my neighborhood. i stopped  and spoke to one if their reps- Zach, he gave me a contact number and Robbie came out to take a look and provide an estimate. He was super nice, great customer service and was awesome. They are sending me an estimate and I am positive I am going  to have them do the work!!!l It It pays  to be nice and reasonable!!! The other estimate I received was s at least  a 1000.00 more. That company ( i wont mention)  sent a sales rep to give me ab estimate??? Hence the 1000.00 difference!

Everyone has drain problems sometimes in their life. Mine was this week with the kitchen sink.

I talked to Lilly and she set me up with a appointment with Dan. Received a nice courtesy call prior to Dan's on time arrival. Dan did his thing with his Rooter and problem solved in less then 30 min. Bonus: Only charged me $49 to come out unclog my kitchen drain.

Will be using LV Rooter Dan for all my future plumbing problems!

Frustrated by escalating water bills, I contacted several leak detection companies, but one stood out by far. I spoke to Luis at Leak Detection, and he spent several days with me via text and phone advising me how to do tests for home and pool water leaks before employing his services. The test results showed that I likely did not have a leak. Luis could have come to my home and charged me all kinds of fees to do the test tests, and the result would have been the same - just a lot more expensive. His honesty and integrity are truly appreciated. Should I ever have a real leak, I will definitely use Leak Detection & Repair Pros.

James and Jesse couldn't have been better. They know their stuff, are pleasant people, and make repairs efficiently! I will be using them again and will refer them out to friends and colleagues.

Called them for an estimate 2x, Just got their voice mail, left a message. No return call for 2 days. Finally emailed them and just called again today for good measure. Can not get a hold of a live person. Their job skills might be astounding but their business and customer skills leave much to be desired. At least, have the courtesy to return calls even if it means they can not do it because they are swamped. Maybe BBB needs to rate them again.

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

We have had several interactions with them lately, and have used them often this year. They have done a great job on all occasions. They answer promptly and show up timely once you get on their schedule. Typically they work you into the schedule in 24-48 hours if not an emergency (same day if emergency). Their plumbers are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Joey was amazing! He really took care of us and made sure we felt confident and secure with the process before he left. We had a water leak in the wall and I was stressing out over it and he reassured me throughout that everything would be done in a timely, professional manner. Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know's what he's doing, he's friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.

Fast, honest and good price!! My water heater took a dump and they replaced it quickly.

I had a dishwasher installation scheduled in the morning, they came and weren't able to install it (corroded valve needed replacement.) So I went on yelp and looked for a plumber. I got a few responses but they were all next day. Until I got a message to call plumbing upgrade. I called and the gentleman told me they can have a plumber come out within 2-3 hours if not he will personally do the valve repair. I thought wow amazing customer service. Shortly after Julian shows up tells me he's going to replace the valves, but needs a part so he goes to Lowe's to get the part. Comes back and gets the valve replaced. I was shocked and amazed how fast they were able to fix the valve and even go and get the missing part of didn't tell them about (sorry).

Overall amazing customer service, quick installation. Extremely satisfied with plumbing upgrade highly recommend and will use in the future for any plumbing issues. Thank you again.

We have used this company twice and both times the plumber left saying that our problems were fixed. They were not and had to be called back both times. Both problems were easy fixes and should have been done right the first times.

My girlfriend called them Sunday morning for a broken water heater, they came out immediately, gave a price and installed the water heater in a matter of a couple of hours. Made it to the NASCAR race that same day.

Left for work yesterday morning to find my water softener leaking all over my garage and the downstairs toilet overflowing. (side note: we've lived in the house for 2 weeks) I called Service Plus and the nice lady on the phone was able to schedule a tech to come to the house during my lunch break. Matt was on time and was super friendly. He fixed the simple water softener problem in a matter of seconds and took the time to explain upkeep and future replacement options with our thousand questions. He was also able to diagnose a faulty toilet quickly and schedule for the replacement according to our schedule today. Matt also took the time to look at our other toilets to make sure they were in working order in addition to answering all of our questions. Matt came back today to install the toilet and was on time once again and removed the old toilet, fixed an issue underneath, and installed the new toilet in less than an hour. I would absolutely call this company in a heartbeat for any other plumbing need and plan to use them (and hopefully Matt!) again to update and replace our other toilets in the near future. Every single person I've spoken to from this company has been super friendly, helpful, and patient and I am extremely happy! :)
