We just bought our new washer and dryer and opened the value to attach the hoses when all of a sudden a leak began in the wall. We had no idea how to shut the water off in the street, so we hurried to the phone and hired an emergency plumber! Precision Plumbing was the first one that popped up, and they answered on the first ring!

I told her what was going on, and we needed someone asap before it did more damage to the wall. She sent Terrance out, and he arrived in 30 minutes. He shut off the water and gave us 3 different estimates. We could choose which problems we wanted to take care of. We wanted all three problems fixed, so we were looking at $1000.

Replacement of a bathroom pipe that was leaking, installing a lever to turn off the water from the garage and replacing the 26 year old washer and dryer pipes.

Terrance was with us the whole day because he also had to shop for parts. He was great and taught us a lot as new homeowners. Definitely rescued us from a lot of damage, and we are grateful!

Had a water line problem and called Frank from Precision Plumbing. He arrived 1.5 hrs later (got lucky). Very professional, courteous and a perfectionist. Actually cleaned and swept up after completing job. Frank also fixed a natural gas stub so the stove sits closer to the wall. Great workmanship. Frank and Precision Plumbing is my go to for plumbing problems. Thanks again.

NO.. DO NOT use Precision Plumbing. We had a pipe leak in the ceiling... they wanted to make it sound it was a pipe burst so they can get the insurance money. They actually told us that. I was there metering the water inside the wall with Craig, it was wet near the ceiling... dry near the floor. SO floor was fine. We thought, great just fix the ceiling area... no... they actually cut a big hole into our wooden flooring even tho we said we didnt want our floor redone. (Our whole entire house had the same flooring.) We were in the middle of planning to move out of Vegas. Precision Plumbing then hires 2+ other cheaper pricing companies to come in and fix the pipe, then the dry wall, paint, then luckily we had just a few extra floor boards for someone to come in and cover the hole they cut. It was a NIGHTMARE!!!

They are not the cheapest but they are the best. The office staff is friendly and professional. Gilbert has installed a water heater and a two part water system for us. He is dependable, great communication, friendly and very informative. I highly recommend their services.

My water heater broke unexpectedly. I called a couple of other services and decided to go with Precision Plumbing. They were not the cheapest nor the expensive but right in the middle.  Good communications and customer service. They were able to take care of the job the same day!

Should have read the reviews on yelp.  We had a sewer smell at our business so we decided to call them.  They came down and decided to do a smoke test.  Came down to do the smoke test and found 1 tiny hole.  They changed the cap to seal the hole.  Next day smell came back so I called them. Another guy came down and decided to do some stuff on roof.  The put a few pvc pipes on one of the outlet and said it was good.  Few days later the smell came back and I called them.  The guy came down and wanted to charge $4100.  I was pissed at this time.  I just paid $1800 to find out where smell is coming from and they can t find it.  Now they wanted another $4100  to do something that will not guarantee to get smell.  I basically paid $1800 hard earned money for a few pvc pipes and they still can t find out where the problem.

My wife and I were given a window for a service tech to show up to fix our gas fireplace between 1 and 3. Shortly after 3 I inquired about the status of the technician. I was advised by Autumn that she would contact the tech to check on their status and get back to me. After no call, I called her back to ask again the status and why I was not given a return call. Autumn asked me if they could come out tomorrow because their techs would be tied up for
A couple more hours. She also lied by saying she had called me and left a voicemail which did not happen. I highly suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.

In addition, I told Autumn that usually when making an appointment as an example, at my doctors office, the doctor may be running late but I'm told that's the case and eventually I'm seen. I don't sit in the waiting room for two hours and then asked to come back tomorrow. She could not understand or grasp that analogy.

We have since contacted a professional company who is in the process of correcting our issue with the fireplace.

Our water heater broke down at night. Got in touch with Frank Rohr and scheduled a fix right the next morning. Man, he carried and installed it by himself so quick and efficient in less than 1 hour. We were very impressed by his skills and communication with us. A year later, we scheduled another project for water softener and got the job done! So neat and clean within very honest and reasonable than most do. This guy knows what he's doing.

I called at 10:30am and had a plumber at my home by 1pm. i needed for my gas line to be recessed into the wall for a wall stove. He was able to complete it same day and communicating the whole time with cost and work. I would use them again in a heartbea.

This is a general review they where a NO CALL no show they were suppose to come out on the 20th of December okay fine between 9 and 11 am they call on that date and reschedule okay fine even offer a 25 dollar discount I agreed to change the date for the 21st and supposedly I was to be the first call of the morning for 8 am so I waited NO CALL NO SHOW.
So now I am SKEPTICAL about your service tech so thanks and NO THANKS!!!

I hired Precision Plumbing  to come look at my leaky kitchen faucet, and Riley K came out for an inspection.  

Riley was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem immediately. Riley also gave me suggestions and preventative maintenance for the future. At which time I will gladly hire precision plumbing in a heartbeat.

It's conscientious and honest employees like Riley to give precision, plumbing, a wonderful name, and reputation in the Las Vegas metro area and beyond

Absolutely horrible company, I have tried to get ahold of some guy named Ryan that I was supposed to have contact me and not only is he unprofessional but an extreme flake!!! I used this company years ago because I referred by Dan Bridges but apparently he's no longer there and this company is a joke and will be out of business soon!!!

I can't recommend this company enough. I've been using them for 5 years after a recommendation from a friend. I used them to install a gas line for a new gas grill, service my hot water heater and just recently to replace a few hot water lines where I had a slow leak. Always on time, friendly and professional, reasonable priced and the quality of their work is spot on. Last night I had a problem with a main waterline that was backed up. They came at 8:30 in the evening and fixed it. David, Frank, Thomas, have all worked at my house and I would highly recommend any of them. My friend used them to go tankless when his hot water heater died. When the gas company came over after all the work was done to sign off on it, the man from the gas company said it was the best installation job he'd seen.
I get so annoyed with people who ask for recommendation for a good plumber, who's honest, does good work but doesn't cost much.  Well, you get what you pay for. Get it done right the first time, go for quality work. You can always find someone cheaper but what is their work ethic?

Hired this company to repair a leak charged 950$ and told they gotta dig up my front yard was asked to pay while I was at work so I paid only to find the leak was never fixed and no digging in my yard called DAN and was told no warranty give 3000$ and we will take care of it very bad business im filing a complaint with better business bureau so beware when hiring this company they will rip you off

Aaron came back to reconnect our fridge to the waterline. While at the house I asked if he would repair a faucet in our patio, install a new garbage disposal, install 2 shower heads and repair a sink drain. Be careful with this company. When you call the office they will tell you they don't know anything about prices--that it's up to the tech. I, unfortunately, got a tech that took me for a ride. He charged me over $600 to change a Koehler cartridge in my shower. My fault for not being knowledgeable enough to call BS on his pricing.

Do yourself a favor and call any other plumbing company but this one.  A more honest company would have charged me closer to $200 for parts and labor.

BEWARE - Precision Plumbing came out to correct a clogged kitchen sink in my rental. Gabriel came out and used a snake to try to clear it. He told my tenant the clog was between units and it would cost $1785 to cut out part of the wall to investigate. He charged $425 for attempting to use a snake in the sink for approx 15 mins. I called another company who successfully cleared the clog for $80.
I called the manager Dan Bridges and he seemed concerned about the cost I was charged. He told me he would look at my file and speak to Gabriel to see why I was charged so much. I never received a call back which proves there is no explanation for this outrageous amount for doing virtually nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

I cintacted this company to trouble shoot a bathroom faucet. The tech came out did an inspection and determined that a new faucet was needed. Since it was Moen it was under warranty so it was ordered. A new tech came out to install. When contacted by the office to schedule the time I verified the charge of $189.00 minus 25.00 online coupon. Job was done in 20 minutes I was told the office would call to get my credit card number for payment. They did call and asked for the card info I verified the charged and they said oh no the $189.00 was the original service call it's now $330.00.  
Told them I will pay the $189.09 minus the 25.00 coupon. They can take it or nothing dropped off check as I did not trust them with credit card info. Manager Dan was going to call but never did. This same company did a price switch with my neighbor also so don't trust this company they are scammers.

We had a major leak in our main cold line on a Sunday morning. Precision was at our home within 90 mins and also immediately called the restoration company while giving us a reasonable quote. Within 72 hours our plumbing was 100% fixed and they even worked with us on the price knowing our insurance wasn't covering any of the actual plumbing just the repairs to the damage. We will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

My main water pipe in front of my house broke. I called this company to come give me an estimate. They sent this horrible person of a human being named Frank R. And I say that because when he came over looked at the problem and quoted me $1,500 i said that I need to get more estimates as he was the first person to give me one. He immediately got a bad attitude and proceeded to tell me good luck getting a plumber to come out and fix my problem. I was already stressed out as I just bought the house 4 months ago. I felt pressure to just tell him yes and I was going to say yes to the work but I had one final question which was is the company insured and bonded which really got him upset and said to me, you know what call someone else and basically hung up on my face. So rude and disrespectful. I ended up going with another company that was very patient and professional. Frank just wanted to put a bandaid on my pipe basically which would cost me more in the long run. I'm getting the whole pipe replaced at a price of $5,000. That's money and a lifetime customer they lost due to Franks rude and unprofessionalism! Go somewhere else please!

Overcharged for everything. Plumber was too incompetent to install a better quality metal faucet and had to settle for some cheaper plastic faucet (which still cost about $700 so it wasnt cheap!) because that was the best he could do....so pathetic! Overcharging and Ripping off your customers leads to negative reviews like this one. Caveat emptor

Had a leaky shower faucet which I had thought was going to be a fairly simple DIY cartridge replacement which turned into a nightmare on a weekend. Precision Plumbing was able to send David out who was definitely working overtime on an extremely hot Sunday but still found time to come to my house and fix the issue. He was extremely friendly, was able to fix the stuck cartridge, and was very honest. He also proactively put on shoe covers without me asking which I appreciated immensely. Highly recommended!

I used this company back in April, they replaced my water heater and hose bib which went great! Later this month, the hose was leaking. I called to have them re check it, knowing that it probably needs to be replaced again or it's a bigger issue. When I explained to the gentleman that came today that their company changed it in April, he called his company and they denied replacing it in April. I have the receipt, the price was scratched off but the gentleman still changed it, wether he charged me or not is not my problem. I ordered for a water heater replacement and a bib hose replacement. And that's exactly what I got, not to sit there and tell me that it wasn't done, knowing I have the receipt. The lady I spoke to was very rude and told me that I denied service for the bib, when I saw the gentleman change it myself. Save yourself the time with this company, I didn't even want a warranty exchange, I didn't even ask for one. I would of gladly paid to replace it again, but not with that attitude. What's next they are going to deny that they exchanged my water heater? Should I record y'all next time??

All he cared about was my home owner's insurance.  Immediately passed me off to a subcontractor.  The subcontractor, pushed me off to another plumbing company.  It was obvious they received kickbacks.  Horrible.  They wanted to tear out a whole wall in my bedroom.  I got a second opinion, and they never mentioned that once. Bathroom is fixed.  All is well, thanks to another company.

Best customer service of any plumbing company. Had an extreme emergency and they were the ONLY company that took me seriously and fit me in same day. A bunch of other companies state they are 24/7 but not true at all, Precision Plumbing made it happen. They were going to get me in next day then the nice lady on the phone heard my urgency and fit me in same day. Pricing wasn't too bad but they helped us out so we didn't have to go a night without water. Awesome company, awesome technician, awesome customer service. Thank you!

I just had Jose Toledo out to check my garbage disposal ....He came on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions.
After checking it out it turns out it only needed to be flushed out of all the excess garbage...He took the coupon that was on the website...did the work in a timely fashion...I would highly recommend

Finding an honest plumber is as hard as finding an honest used car salesman or lawyer.  Precision plumbing is an honest plumber.  We had a kitchen back up and called a name brand HVAC/Plumbing company in town and they wanted $2100 to hydrojet the main line. Thank goodness my wife remembered precision plumbing that we have used in the past.  Drew the technician that came out was wonderful, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly at a THIRD of the cost of the name brand.  I will be using Precision Plumbing from now on. I suggest you do as well.

I called this company when we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. The plumber, Jordan said there was water inside the wall and that we needed to open it up. He recommended WFM restoration. WFM was wonderful! Once the wall was opened up, Jordan came back and said there was no leak. My husband and I couldn't understand that since it took over a week to dry everything up with several huge fans. I asked for another plumber to come out from from Precision Plumbing and then I was informed that they wanted money up front on our credit card. I then decided that we wasted enough time dealing with this company. Called another plumbing company and this plumber found the problem right away and was able to fix it. I wasn't happy at all by the way we were treated by Precision Plumbing but I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

Precision Plumbing installed a new water heater for me in September 2020. A few months later I discovered a leak coming from above the heater. I called Precision Plumbing and within an hour David arrived and took care of the problem. The company honored their previous work and did not charge me for the repair.

Turns out Precision Plumbing, per se, is not a plumbing company.

I received a quote from Andrew H. to install a water heater; purchased with pan, and in place.  The quote was $635.96 for what Andrew figured would be a 2 hour job, which is a gross overestimate on time required.  When I ask Andrew his hourly rate as a licensed plumber, he explained that he is a licensed plumber but is not paid hourly.  He is paid on commission.  Commission for what...the sale?  Not parts, not equipment, not machinery....Andrew is getting paid a commission for selling labor.

Which leads me to conclude that Precision Plumbing has more in common with a used car company, but without the benefit of an asset...like a car.  Master plumbers make approximately $40 for each hour they work...that is how labor works....laborers work a certain number of hours and get paid for each hour they work.

I made an offer and just like at a used car lot, Andrew had to go and check the number with the boss.  Andrew came back with a counter offer of $550; I firmly declined.  Sorry, not paying a commission of $275 per hour for labor that is normally $40 per hour.

Probably should have called the Plumbers Union first.

We are giving this company one star because we strongly believe that their services are not only overpriced but their plumber Mr. P. is also dishonest. We have five faucets to change at our home. We have all the materials ready and only require labor. Mr. P gave us a quote of $1325, which is close to $300 per faucet. We thought it was a bit high. Later, we asked another plumbing company for the same service and they quoted us $275. We went with the latter. We do not trust Precision Plumbing and would suggest others to do a price comparison before hiring thrm.

Had a main water leak that needed to be fixed ASAP and on a budget. After a couple estimates Frank R. came out and didn't just give us a great estimate he was very friendly and very informative.
 Frank came today and did the job and he did such great work. He was also so informative during the process and made sure everything was all good before he left. Being a first time homeowner and having something like this happen for the first time it was nice to have someone explain what they're doing.
  I've already told all my neighbors about Precision Plumbing and made sure to ask for Frank R. because the houses on our street have all had pipe issues and he'll probably have a lot of work now.
 Very pleased with the entire process from the receptionist answering the phone to having the pipes fixed. Highly recommend them.

I hope their customer service and plumbing skills are better than the way they treat people on the road. The van in the photo, was tailgating numerous cars and even passed someone on the right using the bike lane (one of those times you WISH there was a cop around). I used these guys 8 years ago. Worst experience ever. I had a sewer line disconnect (diagnosed and fixed later by another company).

They claimed it was a belly in the line and wanted to dig up my driveway to fix it. The disconnect was like 10 feet away from where claimed the belly was and wanted like 6 grand for the job.

They claimed I needed a Hydro Jet, charged me 750 for that and the next day the worker admits he jetted the wrong line. In fact, he hydro jetted the clogged line and likely made it worse.

Despite going off on them numerous times on the phone, and using them that single time nearly a decade ago, they have been calling me like stalkers for 8 years now, attempting to get more business. It's nuts how we can't all get together and sue them into the ground.

HORRIBLE service. My grandmother had a valve repaired and they not only tore up the front yard and cut into the drywall but they all didn't clean up any of the mess they made. They cracked a huge rock in the front yard. They didn't patch the huge hole they put in the garage drywall. I can't even believe they left the house looking like this!! Wow. $3500 for incomplete work.. avoid at all costs

If we could give this company 0 stars we would. Worst plumbing company we have ever encountered. They had to come to our home 3 times to do a fairly simple job of installing faucets. Third time, the job was basically done but now noticed all the kitchen faucet /air gap washers were all placed incorrectly therefore rendering the items to the point of damage. To top it off, this company charges insane amounts of money for simple work only to damage costly hardware. We are so furious that I want to report this company to the county so their license can be pulled. Please do not hire this company, save yourself the time, money. Beyond inept is putting it lightly.

Called this place because of great reviews. Ran my garbage disposal and all of a sudden my sink and connection bathroom sink backed up and a leak began under our kitchen sink. Had Fernando come out and work on it. $412.00 later I wake up to the same issue!!! No one has returned my calls and now my sinks are about to overflow...
As of 7/5, my tech returned to fix the issue. No one notified him of our situation when he was working yesterday. So far so good. He is very friendly and informative. He also recommended a few ideas for prevention

I called this company when my water heater was leaking. My technician was Jose and he was absolutely wonderful! He noticed there was already water damage from the leak and immediately got a restoration company out to my home to start the cleanup. First- I want to begin by stating that the tech was great!  My issue was the cost of the repair. We had a 15 minute service call to simply replace a cartridge in a shower faucet. $362.50 was the total AFTER using the $25 coupon online! We feel this is way too much (almost $400!) and would hope that they chalk it up to a billing error and refund at least $120. The part itself is no more than $60 and it only took 15 minutes to complete the install. How in the world does the total reach nearly $400 (remember we used a coupon too)? Unless that part was made of 18k gold- we'd have to recommend you find another plumbing company. :( We had hoped this would be our go to company for plumbing...
Manager David is supposed to call us tomorrow. I'll update review based on how that goes. Stay tuned...

And we are back again!

This time water heater emergency, and this review is a month overdue (sorry all!).  Roberto (as apparently they assign people to their clients, which is cool!) showed up and worked his collective arse off to replace the old unit and get the new one into place.  

To be fair I went the full turnkey and let PP do all the work from getting the new water heater and then installing it as well as hauling it away.  They worked with my insurance company on the claim with my home warranty.

While I probably could have paid less if I bought the unit myself, I'd still be stuck with lugging it home and then trying to install it myself (which would not have gone well... let's just end that here).

I've seen a couple of negative reviews against Precision Plumbing on here... but it always pays to investigate before casting your vote if you get what I mean.

I trust them... nuff said.

I've used Precision Plumbing four times now. Three times for water and once for a gas line and everytime they were fast, polite and extremely proficient. If able they'll send the same plumber and if the others are half as good as Frank you'll be pleased.

Over priced.  I had Tony P come out for an estimate to replace my hot water heater.  He quoted me a price of $2000 to include permit and strapping.  The existing water heater is special kind that also works with the house heater during winter.

I called Einstein Pros and Luis came out.  I got the job done for $1525 to include permit and strapping.

He did a wonderful job and he was detailed about his work.  I will recommend Einstein Pros plumbing and heating to all.  Thanks a lot Einstein Pros!

Wasn't impressed. Got a quote for a simple job to solder a hose bib on the side of my house. I knew the part only costs a few dollars and the labor would take about 10 minutes but I am not the best at soldering and my torch was empty so I had Precision out for an eval...Was quoted $207.50. Immediately told him that was to high and i'll shop around. Called Proserv and had it done for less then half the price that precision offered and it took about 10 minutes.
Call Bruce or Sam at Proserv if you are looking for a quality job and honest price. Ive had them both do work in the past and it is always fairly priced.

I figured Precision might charge for 1 hour of labor even though the job would take 10 minutes which I was willing to accept but that would mean there labor charges are over $200.00 an hour!! Not exactly fair, those numbers are approaching lawyer prices. The Tech was professional and did tell me Were not the lowest and not the highest price. but he wasn't willing to budge at all. Glad I shopped around

I called around first to get a quote. But decided on precision based on time frame. The Sunny Plumber quoted me at $50 for welding or in the industry they call it sweating. I even supplied the new replacement from home depot. When precision came to my door I never received a quote or an estimate and after 20 minutes of welding my bill was $179! I even called precision to complain and they said a manager will call me back. I responded if I don't hear back I will leave a yelp review. Well guess what they haven't called and here's my review. Our water heater burst and I simply called Precision Plumbing. I really did not know what to expect, but the lady who answered the phone assured me that we will have someone within the hour and sure enough Frank showed up. Now, I am in Northern CA, and my wife is in Vegas so Frank and I were face timing. He explained the problem and obviously we needed a new water heater as well a a new pump needless to say the tank is 75 gallons. I think he arrived at 4PM and by 9:30 we had a new heater installed and running. Happy wife happy Life. Thanks Frank we really appreciate the work you did.

Note: my review is based on the service call/quote only. I did not hire precision plumbing.

I do not like giving bad reviews, but I think it's necessary to share the following.

Essentially, the service call was a waste of time because the problem I described over the phone meant that I'd need a new garage disposal.

Specifically, my garbage disposal was jammed, which I could not get unjammed by hand. As such, I requested a service call from Precision Plumbing. The Precision Plumber who quoted me explained that (1) if you could not unjammed it yourself by hand, then there is nothing additional the plumber could do to unjammed it; and, (2) no plumbers repair garage disposals because plumbers would still have to charge for the repair even if they could not get it to work. Thus, I would need a new garage disposal.

The difference between a repair and a new disposal and install is about $250.*

Repairs: $150
Garage Disposal Replacement/Install: $400.

What I ended up doing was buying a garbage disposal from Home Depot for $80 and installing it myself. (I suggest you do the same. I had no prior experience with garbage disposal replacement. I just followed the instructions and referenced YouTube videos).

In short, I suggest that you don't waste your time with a service call if you have a jammed disposal.

I noticed i had some form of  leak around the toilet and I figured I would give this company
a try. I had recently had back problems so I didn't want to risk further injury, so I called this
company. I was leaving for California the next morning, so I thought I would get this taken
care of before I leave. Everything went fine. Kurt and his partner came in and removed the
wax ring and the phalange that held the toilet in place. Everything seemed fine.

I was gone for a week and noticed the first sunday I was back that I could feel some damp
ness underneath the laminate around the toilet. I turned off the water line to the toilet and
phoned the dispatch to have them call me to set up an appointment for the next day since
I didn't feel it was an emergency.

I did get a call the following morning (0715) after working a very  hectic shift at a local hospital in the area. I asked if they could send someone right away and they said they would send Kurt
as soon as he got in (I was assuming as his first dispatch). they called me a few hours later
and told me that Kurt was unavailable because he was on another job, but they would send
someone else in his place.

As I was waiting, I thought I would sleep a bit since he would ring the bell and I could let him
in. I woke up to find the plumber sitting in front of the house and he appeared to be writing
something. I assumed he would come to the door after he was done. The next thing I knew,
the truck WAS GONE!

I phoned the dispatch to ask what happened to the plumber! She said he had knocked on
the door and no one answered. I asked her why he didn't ring the bell! She said she would
call him to see if he was at the next  job. Of course he was, so here I wait for him to come
back. This is all very frustrating and I guess I am just using this review to vent. Things happen
but I have to work tonight as well and I am very tired waiting.

I called around to different companies, and most of them could not get someone out until 2-3 days later! So, I came across Precision Plumbing. I spoke with Casandra on the phone, she was very nice and friendly. She also could get someone out to me same day, gave me a time frame of 11-1. The tech's name is Kurt. He was actually here before 11, which they did let me know about before arrival. What I liked and what stood out from other companies was that they provide a FREE estimated quote. Kurt got here before 11, gave me a quick quote, we paid for it, and all the work was done quickly! No mess was left behind at all. From start to finish, everything was great. They take care of their customers. I highly recommend and this company will be my go to from now on.

Do not trust this company they will rip you off.  Simply changed a screw for my pool and charged me $180. and made me believe it was a major job.  The invoice was not sent to me until I called and asked for it.  It was then that I found out they had scammed me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am getting $100. back.  Do not trust the reviews.

Repairs were completed without extras and within time constraints.  Two repairs at a rental property secured them the job at my own home.  A little pricey today for rodding out my shower drain but then again, I called at 8:30 Saturday morning, was promised 1-3pm and they're here and gone at 11:45am which worked with my schedule just fine! Yay!!

These price-gouging, overcharging scumbags charged my landlord $315 TO SNAKE MY CLOGGED TOLIET & replace the FLAPPER (which is, what, MAYBE a $2.00 part??). All of this took LESS than 45 mins...clean-up included.  For those not in the know, this was MAYBE a $75-$100 job... that they charged 3x that for. CHOOSE WISELY.

DON'T COME TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! So I called to see how much an inspection on my water heater would be and I was told it would be free and if something was wrong they would give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix it. When the plumber came he checked out 1 spot on my water heater and said everything was fine and then proceeded to charge me 95 dollars and didn't even check the rest of the water heater. I called the company after and they told me he should have charged me $180, for what!! He didn't even check my water heater he only looked at one spot.

If you have absolutely any plumbing needs... Frank is your man!!
I called him this past Wednesday in the early evening and told him I have a water heater leak.  Frank said he wanted to come over to the house and take a look which he did.  He said that I had to get a new water heater, as it was getting old and he actually showed me all the awful looking coercion inside.

The same night....Frank replaced the following: Water heater, regulating pump, supply line ,new shut off valve to water heater, and 3 valves to my 3 different toilets.

... Yes, Frank worked through the night!  Yes, I did say ..he worked through the night!  He said he wanted to do it as soon as possible to decrease the amount of water damage.  Yes.. the wonderful man came to save me from incurring anymore structural damage due to the water flow.  I know what a broken water heater can do to damage a family's home, as it actually happened to my mother's house!  There was damage inside the house, wasted time with dealing with the insurance company, and emotions of dealing with the problem.

In the long run, Frank saved me on the cost of replacing the water heater and halting any  further damages. Frank is a really good man!!!  Easy to communicate with!!!   Financial insight, as he is looking out for the best interest for his customers.  I have to say that I was very lucky to have met Frank!!   Please call him with any of your plumbing need, as you will be happy you did!!

Subsequent to my previous review of July 2017, I scheduled an appointment with Precision Air to have my air conditioning unit inspected because it's fifteen years old.

Hemal came to my home for the second year in a row to perform the annual maintenance and did a great job again! He arrived on time and went right to work. As part of his inspection, he performed a test which indicated that my power control unit was not working to full capacity so I purchased a new one in order to extend the life of my AC unit for another few years.

I'm sorry that others have had a bad experience with them, but I'll continue to renew my annual policy with them which includes air, plumbing, and heating maintenance.

Came out and repaired a kitchen sink disposal. He did not have one with him and he ran out and picked one up.  He was back in about 20 minutes, safe in assuming he ran to a Home Depot or Lowe's for a new one. Total $387. I asked and called a few times for a receipt for it, since I'm sure they disposal unit itself has a warranty or some kind- told me they would send it. Just kept sending a copy of the bill. That I had already, when I paid it in full at the end of the service.

When my kitchen sink backed up, I looked to Yelp to find a good plumber.  I noticed that there were many bad reviews.  It was very scary reading all the bad reviews.  Ultimately I ended up with Precision because this company had many more good reviews than bad ones.  I just had a great experience with Louis, so I want to pay it forward to the Yelp community by writing a good review.  

I called Precision after hours on a Saturday nite about 8:30pm--talked to a nice lady via dispatch, and Louis (the plumber) called me back within 2 minutes of my initial phone call.  He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a price quote as well.  The appointment was scheduled for 5pm today (on a Sunday).  Louis arrived on time and was very professional.  He went to work right away and explained to me the problems as I watched nearby.  Basically, Louis changed out my old disposal and snaked the pipes.  After about 2 hours, the pipes are draining again, and the disposal works.  Yay!!!!  Thank you Louis for doing such a great job!!!!!  You are a true professional.

I made an appointment for 7:30a-9:30a.  When no one had arrived at 9:30a I called back and the lady said she had no service call record (I reminded her that when she found out where I lived the day before she had said their office was a stone's throw away and she remembered that) and said someone would be there in half an hour.  I called back at 10:30a and she said they were still at another job but would be another hour.  I called at 11:30a and they said they were almost done with that call and I let them know I was calling back to cancel at noon.  They finally showed up around noon.  The lady on the phone said they would give me a $25 discount for the inconvenience and when I brought it up to the technician he didn't know about it but didn't question it and applied the discount (which covered $7.50 and $15 in gas and extra fees that had nothing to do with the repair).

They're competent and know what they're doing and price was what we expected to pay, but the waiting left a sour taste in my mouth.

I would like to thank prediction plumbing. They received my call, and got someone here quicker than I expected.  My plumber was William Rossbach who was very knowledgeable. He did not rush the process and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He worked very hard and was methodical. The problem ended up being a few things. He solved and fixed the problem, cleaned up. I would highly recommend William and would ask for him by name next time.

Precision Plumbing was on the job site within 24 hours of being called.  They also assisted in outsourcing to WFM Restoration who also did an excellent job and in turn J&J Contracting for completing the work.  We had water damage which was taken care of before they came out to fix the cause.  The problem was diagnosed and repaired within two days.  I will not hesitate to call on Precision Plumbing for my plumbing needs and recommend this company to family and friends.

Called Precision Plumbing on 11/5/20 to find out how line for ro under sink was attached by them. Couldn't get to question because the receptionist was very short and rude with me, constantly reminding me that the 30 day warranty had expired. I feel that I was grossly overcharged in the end, but I was desperate because I couldn't stop the leak that was flowing over my kitchen. I realized that the warranty was 5 days expired but my kitchen was taped off for the restoration and cabinet replacement, I expressed this to the receptionist but she didn't seem to care, leaving me to feel that they got there payment and that's all that mattered. I wanted to know why I had a leak when the ro was reconnected. The receptionist finally told me that she would have a manager call me the next day since there were none in at  present. Here it is the next day and I haven't heard from the manager. I paid over $700.00 for the repair, I expected better customer service. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Would rate a zero on customer service if I could.

2 years ago I was pleased with Precision. I didn't know any better.
They put a water heater in for me. After only 2 years the heater is leaking and needs to
Be changed.  They came and said yes it is under warranty but I need to pay a $50.00 restocking for the heater and over 600.00 for the labor. They want half of what I paid them just 2 years ago for the same bad
brand heater that they put in. What a rip off.
I called and asked to speak to the owner. Of course he was in a meeting but they would have a
Manager call me. Long story short, no call.
I went to Home Depot who gave me a better brand heater, replaced it the next day and charged much less than what I paid Precision 2 years ago, along with a much better warranty and service plan which still came out cheaper than what I paid to Precision!
I do not understand how they have so many stars. They must have a lot of friends.
I would never use them again for anything and not recommend them to anyone.

I had used this firm for a variety of plumbing work over the years and had been pleased.  But never again.

I needed a gas line relocated about 6 inches for a new range.  The technician was on time, but the price was ridiculous.  $434.00.  The work was minimal.  Unfortunately, I was in a jam and had to get the work done.  Otherwise, I would have thanked him and said no thanks.  They got me this time, but it won't happen again.

We use Precision Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for our rental properties and our home.  They are open 24/7, super responsive and accommodating (which can be very challenging when dealing with tenants at rental properties), and their prices are fair.  Today Tony was the technician assigned to our plumbing issue at a rental property, and he was so honest to tell me that the leak that my tenant described to me wasn't really a leak.  It was just the washing machine hose that bounced out of it's drain.  Yay!  No charge!  I was so happy that I asked him to evaluate my really old water heater while he was there.  He recommended that it be replaced and he got it done right then and there!  Yay!  One less thing to worry about.  Tony, thanks for being so awesome today!!  I appreciate it and will continue to use Precision Plumbing!

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused the ceiling in a downstairs bedroom to bulge with water.  After a restoration company (WFM who is also amazing) came out to tear out the ceiling and part of the wall to expose the pipes, I called Precision Plumbing.  Chris came out within two hours.  It took a long time to detect exactly where the leak originated, but Chris was persistent.  He quoted me a price, and I told him that I wanted to have another company look and also give me a price.  When I called a second company, they told me that there was no way they could better the price.  I called Chris back (by this time it was 5:00 PM), and he came back the same evening to do the repair.  He was efficient and courteous.  My entire experience with Precision Plumbing was top-notch, and I will use them again in the future.

The reason behind the low rating is the price they charge to come and look to see what the problem is.

I called last night which was starting to get someone to come here and look to see why my tub it flooded when I took a shower she said she would have someone here within 30 minutes and I said no wait till Sunday she asked me what time i said after 10 she said ok from 11 to 12 the technician will call you 15 minutes out so you know he will be on his way. so when the technician arrived he spent around 10 minutes with the shower discovered it was nothing might just been a fluke with my shower curtain and then proceeded to tell me well since I'm going to charge you a $149 you might as well get this package for them to look over all my plumbing and to come back service my AC and heater in the appropriate months

On their website they list that they come out and do free inspections for estimates but since there was nothing to be done so I guess that's why they charged me but a hundred forty nine dollars for 10 minutes of your time that's ridiculous

I had an emergency water leak in the bathroom but couldnt locate the origin. I contacted Precision Plumbing and they were quick to respond, The tech Frank Rohr was prompt and professional. He located the leak, which was in the ceiling,and gave us a fair estimate. The work was done promptly. I would recommend Precision Plumbing highly and be sure to ask for Frank Rohr!

Really disappointed in the service provided to me. My husband and I just moved to Vegas. Our kitchen sink & dishwasher in our new home weren't working. Dave came and looked at our sink and stated that it was going to cost us $300 just to reinstall our existing system because it wasn't hooked up properly. After he looked into it further and started taking it apart, he stated that everything was messed up; bolts missing, a pipe being too short to work, the garbage disposal not being puttied in, etc. he said it would cost upwards of $600!! We decided to hold off in order to have the landlord cover the cost & found our from the realtor that the only problem was human error because the sink is a touch sensor sink and the dishwasher just needed to have the detergent slot shut. NOTHING WAS EVEN BROKEN, EVERYTHING WORKS JUST PERFECTLY. NO LEAKS, NOTHING!! I feel so lucky that I didn't go through with having Dave work on our kitchen because it was a total scam. & the worst part is, the entire time he was working he was talking about how most plumbing companies will scam you and are shady....when all along HE was the one trying to scam us! Certainly will not be calling this company from here on out!!

Precision Plumbing did what no other shop could do; give us a time in which we could expect service. That is where our 5 star experience started. We were scheduled with another Large & Popular Las Vegas Plumbing Company; after 5 hours and several calls, we were no closer to getting our water leak between floors fixed. Found Precision Plumbing online and contacted them. Within One Hour they were assessing the project.
Chris and his colleague were very professional. With the limited logistical information we could provide, they found the leak, developed a strategy to bypass the existing line, reroute a new line, cap off the old line and do all of this working with a concrete slab and concrete wall separating the floors and there is to be NO pipe showing upon competition.
The price they quoted us after an extensive amount of diagnosis time was very fair. The repair took a couple days and is complete.

Our faith in Precision Plumbing was well placed. We are not grateful for this Burst-Pipe event, however; the good from it is we know who to call when we have plumbing problems.

I read some of the other reviews on yelp before contacting this plumber and so based on that I called about my washing machine valve that was leaking. The plumber showed up on time as promised and was knowledgeable and professional. However he quoted me $695 to do this job!! I told him sorry I don't have money growing on trees so I'll get other estimates. He left; and came back 10 min later and said he spoke with his office and they would come down to $560. I know it's my own fault but I let him do the job. I contacted another plumber Catania and texted pics of what I needed done and they said it would cost $245!!! That's less than 1/2 of what this rip off place charged me
Then to put icing on the cake they offer you a home inspection so they can make even more $$ from you and also offer you their $175yr AC/heat tune up. Naturally I kindly declined. Please don't do the same mistakes I did shop around this plumber charges MORE than what other plumbers do.

I called to set up a visit for a free estimate. I gave them my address over the phone. When the tech arrived, he gave me a price I truly couldn't afford. I kindly told him I didn't have the funds to have the service done right at the moment and he got upset complaining how far I lived and that I wasted his time. He kept complaining, even as he was walking out of my house.  A big grown plumber-man being emotional and throwing a tantrum is not a good look. Here's an idea, how about you Google map an address before agreeing to come by. Maybe you'll save yourself some grief.

Look no further! Extremely impressed with this company. The customer service representative, Cassandra, was informative and kept me up to date on the ETA of my technician. Even sent me an email with both of their pictures to help me recognize the technician, Chris R, upon arrival. Showed up to my home within 1 hour and 42 minutes of my after hours SOS call. He was professional, thorough, and patient in diagnosing the problem. Even ran a pressure check to verify my water pressure regulator  was still functioning properly. Prices were fair and reasonable. Will absolutely, without a doubt call him 1st next time I need a plumber.

Our 7 year old water heater gave up on us and left a large puddle in the garage on a Tuesday afternoon. Louis, and his helper Joe, were dispatched to rescue us and were on the scene in just a couple of hours. He did a beautiful, quick, professional job installing what must be, for the price, the best water heater known to exist. We paid more than top dollar but got what we paid for. I'll be taking better care of this one, following the tips they provide on their web site, because if I don't get at least twice the life expectancy I won't be getting my monies worth. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price, but I also know I could not have gotten better service or better quality work. We have a 1953 home and the mainline broke under the city sidewalk on our side of the meter, under the stucco and iron wall of our yard. We had multiple estimates given ranging from $2,000-$4,500, trying to tell us they needed to replace the whole mainline. We could see where the leak was and a PVC elbow linking into the mainline to the house.  Shawn from Precision said a simple bypass and new meter nipple would do the trick and charged us only $800. The water is back up and running with no problems. He even fixed another link next to the PVC T he found after the connection was made with no additional charge. He was super courteous and quick, given that this all happened on a weekend and he had to get the part Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. to hook us up before noon. Very grateful for the savings and the service!

Provided a quote of over $500 to replace an ice maker valve behind my refrigerator. Had it been anything under $300, I would have gone for it; however the amount quoted was so excessive that I decided to tackle the project myself. After a quick trip to  Home Depot, $20 and 20 minutes later I had replaced the valve myself. THANK YOU Precision Plumbing. You're greedy quote saved me a ton of money.

I go back and forth w this company. Even though they are usually pretty fast with setting our appointments, they are never able to fix our toilets on the first round.  And every time they come it cost me 200 dollars or more.

Excellent organization to work with and really happy to with work. Background: problem - live in older home on half acre where there was no exposed loop to get a water softner installed nor could we find the main water line anywhere. Solution - james and Ron figured out how to get a softener installed and the job was booked within a day and completed within a day. James who was on the job was very honest, quick and took pride in his work. I am already discussing a 2nd project with this company. Highly recommend.

Our main water line to our irrigation system was leaking.  We called Sunday morning and they had someone out within an hour to look assess the problem and give us a quote.  To be honest, the quote was a little high for my liking.  Hansel gave me two quotes, one to replace just the problem and the other to replace everything from the irrigation shut off to the street shut off.  Both prices were very high so I reluctantly told him the cheaper of the two is all I could afford.  In small talking he found out that my wife and I are both CCSD teachers and he took off a significant amount (like 20%) to help make it easier to replace the entire water line (which was 40 years old).  So I went with the entire line.
As far as the install, everything went very smooth and super quick.  We have a newer desert landscape and Hansel (the technician) apologized ahead of time stating that he and his crew are not landscapers but they will do their best to make sure everything is returned back to its original conditions.  I'm not a jerk about things like this but it was a nice gesture.  Within 30 minutes, he had two more guys, Chris and Daniel I believe, out and working.  They started around 10am and finished at 4:30pm.  The guys worked hard and did a solid job.  Everything was put back and they kept working beyond expectation.  I kept telling them to just stop because I can do the finishing touches with the landscaping but they kept insisting on doing a little bit more.
Overall, i know the price was a little higher than if I went through a smaller company but I can't complain with the quality and warranty (20years) for the job.  I'm glad Hansel worked with me to help make sure I could afford to cure the problem rather than just put a band-aid on it.  Otherwise, their prices would have been out of my reach for this project.
I should give 4 stars because of the price but the quality of the workers (work ethics and professionalism) was 6 stars.

I noticed a leak under my sink this morning. Not knowing anything about plumbing..I looked on yelp and instantly noticed the great reviews about precision plumbing. Gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised when I asked what the service charge and estimate would be and they said its a free no obligation estimate
They are very accurate on the time frame on which they will arrive at your home as well.

Paul M. was my plumber and he was the best! So nice and very professional. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing issues. Ask for him!

This company is the a nightmare! I had a leak into the wall behind the shower and I called them out to fix it. They gouged me on the price  ($650 for a carriage and new handle).1 week later it is still leaking a lot, I have buckets collecting the water dripping from the faucet and I have no handle to turn on my shower. I can not get them to fix my leak correctly.  I wish I was never referred to this company. I've lost wages from missing work, been unable to sleep and I regret ever calling them out.  Thare totally unprofessional. The  plumber did not have a business card and he had someone follow him it without a uniform. Please do not use this company.  Now the office ladies hang up when I call, the supervisor will not return my money nor will anyone come out to fix their mistake! Worst service ever, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Horrible company there Plumber recommends restoration companies and they get kickbacks. I had to have someone come in and fix everything their company did. Do not use them.  They are partners with horrible water loss companies

I have had what I consider the best service from John V. at Precision Plumbing. We had a soft water filter that had a canister burst overnight. We called Precision to have them remove the filter/water softener and John came out not even a 1/2 hour after calling. He was extremely knowable, and was able to bypass and remove the water filter in very good time.

Not only were we impressed with his work and how timely he was about every step of it, we were equally impressed by his friendly personality, patience and willingness to talk to us about every step of what he was doing. I am absolutely blown away by how professional, hard working and kind John V. and Precision Plumbing were. We highly recommend them.

Just be honest. Stop trying to take advantage of people who are out of state and need service on their homes. They never arrive anywhere near when they say they will. One day they didn't even arrive at all. And the insane prices are laughable. When I complain, they tried to change the price........what??? And I still found cheaper prices compared to their ballooned quotes. Stay away from this one.

Our shutoff valve malfunctioned and couldn't turn the water supply back on to the house.. plus our valves under the sinks were corroded and green.. we just bought the house recently so it was upsetting.. We called Precision Plumbing and they said they would send a man out and would call us within 30 minutes when he was en route..They called back in 10 minutes and Jose arrived shortly thereafter... He had all the jobs done very quickly and sure knew his job well... All in all I give 5 stars out of 5 and signed up for their warranty for Air Conditioner, Heater and all plumbing jobs with 15% off all parts and labor for a year... 5 Stars

Integrity. A possession not many people or companies seem to have these days. This is something Precision Plumbing does have. My appointment phone call was answerd by a very pleasant lady and she schedule the technican for less than 24hrs after my call. The tech Eric Jenkins was on time and very courteous. What I thought was a problem was actually nothing at all. He could have charged me for a service I thought I needed. He said all was good and then he thanked me for calling and offered me a business card should I ever need plumbing repair.

Free estimate, turned into $320 diagnostic fee. I said no and he didn't even put the blanket back on my water heater. Just left it open. Lol! I particularly wont use these people again. Frank was the technician.

They offered a free estimate online. I called because I my food processor had stop working. The plumber arrived and told me that I had to buy a package that would include other services and inspections. I just wanted to fix the problem anyway he did not give me the free estimate. I decided to pay for the package then he just flipped a switch to get the food processor working again. They made a quick buck but I am never using them again.

Made an appointment today to have my water line serviced. I was given a 2 hour window (12-2). 6 hours later they were still nowhere near my home. Eventually I became frustrated enough to cancel the appointment entirely. The worst part was that there was no apology given for my inconvenience. Ill never call this company again. Had an issue with the outflow from my house into the city's sewer; causing major headaches & preventing the use of washer, shower, etc.

Outstanding service from scheduling the appointment; to the technician's prompt arrival 3 hours later, to the honest communication throughout the service.

John clearly communicated the issue, time needed to repair, and quoted a fair price for service rendered.  As he put it, I've been doing this too long to play any games; I appreciated getting this taken care of & moving on with my day.

Highly recommend John w/ Precision Plumbing, and will continue utilizing them in the future.

Yes, Precision Plumbing did call my mother, Sharon, 15 hours later, not 15 minutes like the receptionist said they would!  If we had waited for a return call and their offer to come back, a leaky pipe would have been the least of our worries.  The tech may not have intentionally made our problem worse but it was worse when he was done assessing the problem,  his attitude was a bigger issue and his unwillingness to come back and fix the problem then or at least within a reasonable amount of time, at that point we would have had to have it repaired and not wait for the lawyers.  So yes you did miss the opportunity to provide at the very least good customer service and will not be given another chance to earn my business.

This plumber, John Villa, was  a life saver!  Because of sewer back ups, we had other plumbers tell us we had to replace our sewer pipes to the tune of about $10,000.  They said that they could not snake the pipe, and even showed us pictures.  We called Precision because of their high rating on Yelp, and told them we would like to try jetting out the pipes.  One other company gave us a price of $1,700 for that procedure.  Precision said it would be about $400 to $500.  When John came out, he asked if he could check it out first, and then said it would be less mess if he snaked it.  He did, and the pipes work GREAT now!  No problems and the cost was only around $300.  I cannot recommend them enough!

It doesn't get more professional than this! Frank was in and out of my house quickly because he knows what he's doing. He replaced a garbage disposal and a faucet in my kitchen sink. Even cleaned up after himself, it look like he was never there. I called them pretty early in the morning somewhere between 6 and 7 a.m., and everything was done by 10:45!

This company is awesome! Called them at 10pm and made an appointment for the next morning. They called me when the plumber was en-route to give me a heads up. Pretty cool.

When he arrived he installed it quicker than I have ever seen anyone install a water heater. He was very knowledgeable.

This is a revised review from 8/9/16.  David called from company wanting to make us happy as a customer.  We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost.  

My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased.  Also each time they came they were on time.  They provide excellent customer service.  I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote.  I am now replacing with a five star review.

Called them for an issue I was having with a leaky toilet.  John came and looked at it and informed me it would be quite expensive to fix, and that due to the age of the toilet it would make more sense to just replace it.  He explained the entire process of replacing the toilet and assured me I could easily so it myself and to save my money on paying someone to do it.  It was very refreshing to see an honest man like John that did t just want to take my money! He also looked at something else I had a question about and offered his opinion on that, and also on what type of toilet to buy.  I was so very impressed with John and how helpful he was(and the fact that there was no charge for all this advice) that I will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I can always count on Precision Plumbing!  I just replaced my appliances and the dishwasher shutoff valve needed to be replaced Precision sent their next available tech. Francisco replaced the dishwasher valve and replaced a couple leaky shutoff valves in my guest bath for a very reasonable price.  Francisco was diligent in showing me what was worn out and what was replaced.  

When Francisco saw the water taps for my washer he let me know those 20+ yr old valves could fail when re-pressurized before I tested the washer so he came back next day to put modern lever valves on the pipes. This upgrade required a little drywall cutting and Francisco left the work area neat & clean.  

I highly recommend precision plumbing.

Updating my previous review, these guys have exhibited excellent customer service standards and turned a negative into a super positive!  After identifying my situation they sent out another tech named Robert, who turned out to be absolutely wonderful.  He identified my problem, diagnosed it, and had it repaired all in about 3 hours and was super friendly!  The price was fair and the job was well done, I will definitely use them again (specifically requesting Robert) in the future and tell others to do the same.

Mike from Precision Plumbing came out to fix a water line that was damaged by the previous tenants. Mike looked at the problem, left to get parts and had the problem fixed in about 1 hour. He was very courteous, professional and fast.

I sent a request in this morning for what I thought was going to require two faucet replacements. Not only did they arrive within a few hours, they cleaned up my plumbing and I didn't need to replace either one. Staff in the office was friendly, Jason the plumber called me from the field to report his findings (super courteous) and let me know the work was complete. Very Disappointment in their work and business etiquette.  I find them to be dishonest and manipulative, OVER PRICED and money hungry.  I have bought a water heater (Paid twice as much as one that I could have picked up at Lowe's ) only Because they were fixing a plumbing leak in the bathroom at the time and It was convenient to get it done the same day.  The Unit is a PIECE OF CRAP as the pilot kept going out since 6 months after purchase (every few months) and always noticed in in the middle of shower where the water did not warm up! I disapprove of their way of doing business. They are money hungry and wanted to charge me $99 to light up the pilot or replace the Thermos for $499 even without first knowing the cause or make an attempt to find a problem!!!!  
I called to verify there is no charge for the service call and kim says it's a free estimate (knowing that I need the Pilot turned on by the service call) so I wait for jose to show up and say It's $99 to press a button and turn on the pilot!!!  Well, why don't you just be honest and DISCLOSE the FEE over the phone when I call and ask you ?! You can say the minimum charge of $99 applies when I need a pilot lit!!!!  

$499 estimate on repairs without testing and checking what causes the pilot to go out?!  Really? That's a price of a new unit from Lowes. they start from the low price of $300 on up and I paid $1100 for a $600 unit which can be pick up as a descent unit.(Certainly not my brand  of bradford white which turned out to be a lemon).
I have hired them in the past to repair plumbing on  both of my properties.  The guy could not detect the leak, (I knew where the source was but I let the so-called professional detect it) In search of the leaking pipe inside the wall, he kept cutting squares through the wall over and over because of one failed guess work after another,  making a mess of my wall as he did not have a clue where to cut when the moisture was Apparent!!!!   I had to stop him from terrorizing my wall and I have pointed to where he needs to cut and BAM! I was On the spot!  Guess who had to pay a contractor to repair multiple big squares unnecessarily cut into my wall? Yes, ME!!!!
I did not receive any courtesy or attempt to locate the problem before the High bid started pouring out of the plumber's mouth!  Obviously I am not a valued customer and all it matters is my money and they are available and at my service so long as they can charge me not to provide genuine service and keep me as a happy customer!  I find them WAY TOO OVER PRICED, their way of doing business i find very unprofessional and I believe they did not care to provide service and Only Interested to make a quick profit. Will never hire again nor recommend them, ever. I am very dissatisfied by the overall experience.
PS.. I Called a handyman friend (2 hours later he came by and lite the pilot up for under 30 seconds! No Charge. Now that is sweet of him to do it as a favor but I Insisted on at least a $20 as a small token of appreciation and for stopping by and he was very pleased.
( It seams I did not repeatedly push the pilot button for several times, I just pressed it In and pushed the other button Several times)!!!!

Great company. Called for an estimate for a job, they quoted us a time range on Sat when their tech would be by. He was running a bit late so they called and informed us, which was no big deal. Eddie showed up, super friendly guy, explained everything that would need to be done then gave us an invoice with the price breakdown if we decided to go through them. I called back later that day and they scheduled him to return on Sunday. Eddie arrived, replaced our water lines to our washer, done. The whole process was simple and painless. I definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Just wanted to update this review. Precision Plumbing responded to my review and gave me some information regarding the cost of their services. They were very specific and detailed in explaining why the services cost the way they did. I'll be the first to admit that I did appreciate them reaching out to me and responding to my review. Furthermore, I came away with a better understanding of why things were charged the way they were and that's all I really wanted to know. Although I had a slight hiccup with this company, I can see that Precision Plumbing places a high priority on customer service and satisfaction, and as such my parents will continue to them for their plumbing needs. In the end, I give this company 4 stars for resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

After having an issue with plumbing starting I'm my kitchen and then backing up in my bathrooms also I called this company because of all the great reviews on yelp. I had a baby shower coming up the following day and needed this issue resolved as soon as possible.  The lady who answered the phone was very nice and seemed like she was gonna be helpful. Even tho it was a call that took place in the middle of the night she said she would have someone out to my house as soon as possible. Well that never happened. I have called back twice with no answer and no one has bothered to return my call. At 8 A.M I am now looking for another company as I have giving this company all night to get back to me. Feeling very disappointed as the lady her self said I was only down the street from the company and with all the great great reviews on here.

I was very nervous calling a plumber, because I tend to not know a lot about what REALLY needs to be fixed.  While my husband was out of town, we had a leak, and I was sure I was going to get taken to the cleaners with the bill to fix it.  Blaine helped me with the leak, for a VERY reasonable price (I take it, it was an easy fix) and he helped me get the water and the water heater back on that I had turned off.  He even gave me some tips for the future.  He was so knowledgeable, but didn't try to upsell me on anything, just gave me information that would be helpful to me if I needed to fix things or prevent damage in the future.  I will always be calling Blaine.

I found this company to be very flexible with scheduling and they showed up a day earlier because the personal parts that I ordered arrived early... They service and are knowledgeable about the air pressure flush mate toilet bowl tanks. They fixed the two toilet tanks perfectly. However they charged 340.00 for one hour of total service time. Be careful out there people because that was the bill with me providing the parts!!! Hash tag yikes Everything is fixed but I should have gone with a hourly charging company and should have paid 120-140 for labor!!! I am a MD anesthesiologist  and dont get paid anywhere near  that to manage and take care of the most critically ill patient in the hospital. Next time I will go with a company thats 50 percent cheaper!!!!

They don't give estimates over the phone for you been straightforward jobs so I decided to call somebody else. I imagine everybody else on here has a busy life as well and it's really inconvenient from a time perspective to have to wait for an estimate when you don't even know if they're in the ballpark of what you want to pay. Plus who wants people coming in and out of their house wasting their time when they don't even have a clue about the pricing.

Tech came to give an estimate on fixing front yard irrigation valve.  Estimate was $149 service call plus $389 parts and labor.  No thank you as we thought that was outrageous for what the amount of work involved.  The next day, we had the work done for a total of $60.

James, the technician, came in response to what we believed was a cracked shower pan in a second floor shower. Another plumber had looked at it and said he could fix the problem for only 800.00. James, after examining it, stated that it was not a crack, but a surface mark near the drain, and therefore was fine to use. After we looked closer, he was right, and we really appreciated his honesty. If we have another problem, we will have the number and name on file.

Quality work, professional service staff, timely response.  Work was done in 90 minutes or less.  BUT, a 300% markup on parts was a bit much.  My shower valve repair, which should have cost $250, was billed at $500.  That's without repairing the 2-foot by 2-foot hole in my wall.  The replacement they installed was a downgrade from what I had, and they insisted that Delta no longer sold my original and I needed to buy a complete replacement kit.  After the fact, I saw that Lowes had the valve in stock.  When I tried to discuss this with office staff, I got the I'll check with the owners B.S., with a callback two days later to inform me that they would not make any adjustments to their bill.

I used Precision because I had an emergency need and my two preferred plumbers were unavailable.  I will not be calling this company for any future plumbing needs.

Paul N. was my plumber. Amazing, friendly. They got here earlier than quoted time, which was amazing. We had two broken toilets ( continuous running which cause a huge water bill). One thing after another broke while attempting to repair and Paul was quick to get parts, come back and finish the job. I highly recommend Paul and Precision Plumbing

Problem was with a drain line pipe for the A/C and an A/C company that was just there said they couldn't fix it because it was a plumbing issue.  There was water leaking by the air handler in my condo rental that was on the bottom floor.

Called Precision Plumbing on a Sunday, spoke with a really nice & pleasant lady, and James was at my place within the hour.  The worst thing that he said to me was that it was NOT a plumbing issue.  He appeared to be dumbfounded that the A/C repair guy from the other company didn't resolve the problem.  James could have walked away and had a better day.  Instead he called the owner of the company and because they also have an A/C repair side of their business, they told him what he could try to do.  He blew out the drain line, gunk came out, and water started dripping out of the proper area.  That's it!  Problem solved and now I'm a life-long customer.

I will be using Precision if we need any other repairs done in our house.

I had my water shutoff valve break and needed my main pressure valve replaced, because it was leaking.  I called a couple plumbing companies.  One came out quickly and gave me a quote I thought was insanely high.  

Then I called Precision Plumbing.  They scheduled James S. to come out in about 4 hours, but he showed up in a about 2 hours and the company called me with a 15 minute courtesy call that he was on his way early.  He gave me a relatively fair quote (plumbing is expensive) coming in $250 under the previous quote.  He didn't know about the other quote before he gave me his quote either, so its not like he was tipped off that he would need to give me a good price.   He was extremely friendly to my wife and answered ALL my questions as I followed him around and asked him about everything he was doing (I like to learn - and yes I was THAT annoying customer.).

Called Precision Plumbing about toilets and drains backing up slightly. The tech Dan R. was here within 20 mins. Nice friendly guy... did a quick assessment and discovered a plastic water bottle in my main drain out!
He was able to fish it out... and now all drains go down smooth!

After Yes Plumbing stopped by and couldn't resolve my problem, I went with Precision Plumbing. Jason was within his two hour window, and unlike Yes Plumbing, bypassed all the hoopla and told me what my problem was - an ill fitting gasket the was connected to my supply line in my laundry area that has been causing an ongoing leak.  He explained to me the reasons for the occurrence, ran to pick up a part, and replaced it. He called quick response and Robert arrived within 30 mins. After going over some paperwork he started quickly tearing down the affected areas (laundry area and secondary bedroom) to get me on my way to restoration. These two were a godsend after my experience with Yes Plumbing. Thank you again.

Horrible company!! Ripoff artists!! Go anywhere but here!! I was told they don't charge per hour but did the math 160.00 in parts 500.00 in labor for under an hour of work!! No welding, no digging, just some glue and tape plus one of my toilets faulty already!! Stay away from these guys!!

Excellent service! Francisco came out to  our home to give us an estimate for the installation of a fridge/ice maker filtered line. We have a working Reverse Osmosis system that we thought was not hooked up to the fridge. Come to find out the system was already connected to the fridge, it was just a matter of opening the bypass valve. Francisco and his colleague were very pleasant and knowledgeable and did not charge us for this service. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing, they are honest. Other plumbers were trying to charge us more for work that was not necessary. We will be calling precision plumbing and Francisco for any future plumbing needs.

We called Focus Plumbing, a company we had done business with in the past,  three times, and since they never returned our call, we called Precision.  A real person answered the phone and sent a technician the same day.  Paul Messingschlager arrived on time, unclogged our drain using a vacuuming machine, (and showed me how to do it myself if it ever happened again).  He actually left our kitchen cleaner than when he started, carefully mopping the floor where some water had leaked during the process.   He looked at our water softener, giving expert diagnosis and advising we contact the retailer who sold it to us.  The plumber who previously looked at our water softener told us it was just fine...  Paul took it apart and showed me where and why it was malfunctioning.  It took more effort to do so, but it confirmed the fact that Precision Plumbing trains its technicians to do a thorough job.  Paul was very professional, competent and has earned not only any future business when we are in need of a plumber, but also our confidence in recommending them to our friends and family.
So the moral to this story is that it pays to answer the phone, if you run a business.  By not doing so, Focus lost us to a company that communicates exceptionally well with its customers, trains its technicians to be competent professionals, and values its customers.  We will be loyal customers of Precision Plumbing in the future.

One wonderful Sunday the toilets and tubs in the house started backing up with human feces and sewage.  Not a pleasant time by any means.  We called Precision Plumbing and they responded immediately.  Ricardo worked for a couple hours non-stop attempting to resolve the problem through snaking the pipe.  Supervisor Jim returned early the next morning and expertly diagnosed the issue.  They blasted the pipe and quickly resolved our plumbing nightmare.  Big thanks to Jim and Ricardo for the excellent customer service and doing a great job.  Pricing was reasonable for plumbing.

I thought I could change out my shower faucet myself, it didn't look too hard. and of course youtube guides made it look so easy. so I took it apart and could not get it back together..the darn little clip would not line up! It frustrated me so much ! I called a few other plumbers and was told it would be weeks before someone would be available

so I called around to some plumbers, the first one said no plumbers are available for 2 weeks

the lady answered the phone, Fawn, took my name, address, email, gate code, every piece of information I could provide, and said someone would be here in a couple of hours.. 3 hours later I got thirsty because I had already turned off the water to my house so I called back to let them know I would be gone for a bit.

She said she must have had a blonde moment and tried to blow it off by flirting with me as if that would excuse the fact that she never wrote down my information. she was probably busy polishing her nails when she took my call.
Took the guy a whole 5 minutes to snap the ring in and get my faucet working again.and charged me $250.00

Thank you, Precision Plumbing, for cleaning up a mess I made without any hassle, without any judgement, and with professionalism, good customer service, and quick response!

So I have a lot of hair (lots and lots of hair) and my bathtub drain often is the repository for the hair lost in the shower (any one with any amount of hair has dealt with this), and I'm generally really good at cleaning it out regularly.  But alas, this time, my attempts at cleaning the drain myself, with a liquid plum-r liquid and a snake, failed.  You see, I lost the hand snake down the drain and then when I tried to bring it back up, it broke.

Well (insert expletives here).

I call around a few other places and none of them were able to make it same day and they all stated that they'd have to take a look at the issue before making any sort of quote because, you know, they might need to break through the wall (insert more expletives here).

So I call Precision Plumbing in the morning at 10am or so, I speak with a dispatcher and briefly explain the situation, and then ask if I can have someone come see it the same day around 6p or so as that's when I would be at the house to meet the plumber.  Precision Plumbing's response, Sure, we can do same day service calls, and the plumber will be there between 6p and 7p. And from what you're saying, it doesn't sound like it'll be a big deal to take care of it.  Nice, only an hour window as opposed to the three-hour window I was given by other places.

Around 630p that same day, the plumber they sent out, Ricardo, shows up.  Very polite and very professional guy!  He puts on the plastic booties over his shoes before entering the house, heads to the bathroom and figures out how to address the clogged drain.  Solution: removing some hardware and a snake to bring out the gunk.  I receive a quote from a pre-established price sheet (no hemming and hawing and well, you see, the moon is in Saturn now and that'll affect the water flow, so yeah, it'll be this ridiculously-high-price to address your fairly simple issue), and then he gets to work.  Approximately 15 minutes later, the issue is resolved, and in those 15 minutes, I received an education on how to address and prevent this issue in the future which to mean says I'm here to fix your problem, not make it worse so you keep calling us and we make more money off of your ignorance.

With the bathroom fixed, I then get an invoice for the pre-established price plus a $15 fuel & service charge.  I know some people would get indignant about this, but seriously, this is a small charge considering the fleets of vehicles these companies have and the fact that their jobs often involve fecal matter, so hey, I'm cool with the $15 charge.  BUT they have coupons on their website which I downloaded and which Ricardo honored, so my final cost was $25 less than initially anticipated.  I paid over the phone with the main office as they ran my card, which was a painless process.  This plumbing lesson cost me less than $150, which again some may scream indignation but hey, these people sometimes work where people poop.  

All in all, I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues that need to be addressed.  They're quick to respond, they're reasonably priced, and they're pleasant people.

These guys quoted my neighbor $600 to replace her pressure valve, a $75 dollar part(less for them) and a 15 minute job.  On top of the extreme overprice said the job couldn't be done now because he didn't have a 2 inch valve, odd since the existing part is 1 inch. Bad business to prey on old women.

If you live in Las Vegas DO NOT use Precision Plumbing! We had to replace all the plumbing in our house, plus the main sewer line and the water line (it's an old house and it needed to be done so that's not the issue). But Precision has made this a 6 week long NIGHTMARE. They are not true to their word and backtrack/double talk everything all the time. Save yourself the headache go with another company.

I thought I had done enough research; and most of the reviews I read were ok. I had a problem with my washing machine water valves leaking. I did some research; and even looked at some DIY videos because I like to try to fix things myself. I know the valves run about $10 each at Lowes. But thinking I have no real plumbing experience I gave this company a call. The tech came out on time as promised; he was very professional as well. Problem is he first quoted me $695 to replace the valves. After I declined he gave me a written estimate; then assuming he calls his office he came back and said they could go as low as $560. I know I should've called for other estimates but let him go ahead since he already started the job by cutting a hole in my walls. They also don't tell you but it does state on their invoice that once a job has started your basically stuck paying the whole fee. I just don't think their labor prices are fair where does anybody make $500 for an hours work unless your a top notch lawyer or surgeon?? Lesson learned will not use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They also try to give you a home inspection afterwards to try to make even more $$$$; and also offer you a $175 yearly fee maintenance agreement to sign up for. NO Thanks! I also contacted Catania Plumbing the lady there told me they would've charged me $265 for this job so I know who I'll use if ever need a plumber again.

I'm sure they are a fine company but their estimates and charges are very expensive. I called about an Manabloc in my house. It was leaking. The  co sent a rep out free of charge, which is really great. He told me I have to replace the WHOLE piece. Gave me an estimate for $3800. I did some research and a whole new Manabloc is about $450-$500. I then called the company and they sent me just the piece that needs to be replaced for free and gave me instructions on how to do it myself. hmmmm. Seems they gave me a high estimate for work that didn't need to be done. They either need to be more educated about what they are servicing or they just give large estimates to make money, don't know which is true. i'm just glad I didn't say yes.

I had a pretty serious leak in the main water line to my home and gave Precision Plumbing a call.  Louis came out and did my initial estimate.  Let me tell you plumbing is expensive!! I checked ratings and gave them the go ahead.  James and Shawn came out and attempted a spot repair, but a large tree prevented that effort.  They stayed with it and did an entire line replacement.  Like others I question the price, but James and Shawn did a good job with the project.  They paid attention to detail, made sure everything was done right, and left the yard like they found it.

These guys are predators, I had a slab leak and my hot water line needed re-routing. I had a gentleman by the name of Scott De La Cruz and I use the term loosely, stop by my rental and after a quick review he agreed  it was a broken hot water line. I explained to him that I had a brother who happens to live out of state who was a plumber, he also agreed it most likely a hot water line. My Bro explain to me, a lot of plumbers will try to sell you on re-plumbering the entire home. I explain this to Scott, and he stated he need time to write up the quote and he would get back to me the next day. Well the next day came and went, it wasn't until mid day the following day that I heard from him, by then I had two other quote's both for re-routing the line. After explaining to him I knew how the game was played he texted me a bid that would range form 20-25,000 dollars. Unbelievable! I then text him and told him he was Nuts!! and he was the type of guy who gives his industry a bad name. If you run into these guys run and count your fingers as well. Bottom line I had the job done for 900.00 dollars, the State Contractors board should really take a look at this company. Please don't let there high ratings fool you.

Precision Plumbing is one of the worst companies ever.  We had a plumbing problem about 2 years ago.  The technician that came out didn't finish the job.  Said he would be back.  Set up one appointment, and he didn't show (said he got into an accident) set up a second appointment which he blew off completely.  Canceled the charges on my card and called out another company that did the work.

At the time I called the Manager of Precision Plumbing and explained, he apologized and said he would take the charges off.  

Now here is the best part.  2 years later we get a demand letter saying Precision Plumbing is going to put a lien on the house.  I have to get the company who fixed the problem to look through the back invoices...  

Talked to the supervisor who said this whole problem was my fault because when the original technician was out and gave me his cell number I should have called the corporate offices when he failed to show up (as his employees and technicians are not representatives of the company).  

Precision Plumbing is a really bad business.  Do not have them do any work for you.

They came the same morning I called which was great.  They were able to diagnose and fix everything that same day which was great.  I felt some of the prices were a little on the high side which was not so great.  I wasn't at home when the work was being done but my wife was.  They charged $150 to flush the water heater which felt excessive.  On the other hand I could have been a better consumer and shopped the prices.  However, everything was fixed that same day and is working wonderfully.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I will start out with the good for the job I had done on 10/13/14. The company is very professional from the moment you call them to the moment the plumbing technician leaves. Paul M. was friendly and finished the job quickly to change a leaking kitchen faucet.

Why did I remove three stars if the service was good? $296.65 to replace a customer supplied kitchen faucet that was leaking. I accepted their pricing because I needed the faucet fixed immediately and it was leaking bad, but they are way too high. I had already gone out and bought a new kitchen faucet. The invoice comes with two charges already printed on the bill/invoice: $15 Fuel Charge and $7.50 Miscellaneous Supplies. First you are paying for 5 gallons of gas at the current $3 average per gallon. Second, is the misc. supplies fee, what supplies are included for this $7.50? Then we get to the price of $274.15 to replace a faucet. The job took Paul M. just 30 minutes to complete. That means I paid an hourly rate of $593.30. Changing a leaking faucet is not worth a total of $296.65. Paul did give me two flexible water hoses and replaced the old ones (there was nothing wrong with the old hoses) for free, but when you are paying $296.65 this is not a freebie. This was a nice gesture, but does not make up for such overcharging. I would recommend calling around or use a handyman for simple plumbing jobs to save some money.

I am a California Police Officer who's 81 year old father moved to Henderson Nevada when he retired ... i got a call from my dad who told me i may have to postpone my trip because his sewer line was backing up in his near new DR Horton home  & a major Plumming job was needed which required breaking concrete & re piping the main sewage line from the house to the street ... Some conniving plummer wanted to charge my dad $4800 for work that did not need to be done.  One call to precision plumbing remedied that with a simple fix and a charge of $125.  Some people say police officers are heroes ... Today a police officer is calling percussion Plumming my hero ... Thank you from the bottom of my heart...

I was very impressed with Precision Plumbing. I came home from work and found my water heater was leaking. I called Precision Plumbing based on there reviews. Frank arrived just over an hour later. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace the entire thing including labor and bringing the water heater up to code. I expected to have to wait a few days to make an appointment to have the water heater replaced; however, Frank said all he needed to do was run back to the office and grab the correct water heater (as I did not know the correct size when calling) and he could have it fixed the very same evening. From the time I noticed the leak to the time it was replaced was 3 hrs. and 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the timely response time and professionalism of Frank. Because of this we did not even have to spend one night without hot water. I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing for any water heater related needs.

Paul did an excelent job working on my plumbing in my upstairs bathroom. It ws a tricky situation trying to find out what was the poblem and he was determined to figure out what was wrong. He finally got the water to comeout a little more from the pipes tthan it did before, but he saw on my face that i was a little bit disappointed that it wasn't  more. So he went back and worked on it some more and he was able to fix it where the water presure was coming out in full force. I wsa so happy and very much appreciated that he made that extra effort to see what he could do. I would deffinetly recomend him to anyone that needs help with there plumbing.

I had a kitchen sink leaking and I called precision plumbing. Dustin Rush came and did an amazing and thorough job. He was very personable, friendly, and helpful. In addition he installed a new reverse osmosis system for me. Everything is running great and I'm happy!  Thanks Dustin!

My water heater decided to crap out and leak.  I called around 1 in the afternoon.  Was told that a technician could be out between 4 & 6.  Kurt arrived around 4:30.  He was done around 5:30.  One hour to drain, changed out, and reinstall the new one.  He was very professional and answered all of my questions regarding the water heater, and even suggested a water conditioner to minimize future damage.

I could not recommend Precision Plumbing more highly. I recently contacted their company with a plumbing problem after calling 20 other companies. Everyone else I contacted was clueless. Precision Plumbing was one of the few companies that were actually knowledgeable. I was very impressed with multiple aspects of their company. Firstly they advertise they are open 24 hours and when I called at midnight I was greeted by the friendly and professional receptionist named Kim. Secondly they provide free estimates. Most companies will try to gouge you just to do an inspection to determine the problem. Not the case with Precision. They went to great time and effort to correctly diagnose my plumbing problem at no charge. I had Jason looking after me and I couldn't be more grateful for everything he did. Jason is honest, reliable and a nice guy.

Stellar.   Fast callback and great communications and scheduling an urgent weekend repair,  Same-day Saturday service was not at any increase in fee that i was aware of. John the plumber showed up when promised, he was a terrific guy, he gave me a very acceptable quote, he then realized he was missing a necessary part.  He had to drive to home depot to get the missing part.   It took him about 45 minutes to go and shop and get back.  He then performed the repair.  When he finished he showed me the work he had done.  Rather than just soldering a new water valve on as we agreed, he had installed an extra threaded connection.  He said he did it because it was just the right way to do it, and it might save me from having to call a plumber in the future.  He finished up the job and gave me an invoice -- for our original, agreed-upon amount.    No extra charges.  Everything is working great.  I loved doing business with this outfit.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! Special thanks goes to JAMES FOR BEING INCREDIBLE!! This guy helped me out on a SUNDAY, when everyone else was closed and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. I had a running toilet that was 20 years old, James, came over fixed everything within 20 minutes, quoted me a reasonable price and then got out! They did  a very good job guys I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and definitely will use them again in the future. THEY ARE THE BEST!

5 stars for honesty.  Came out on Sunday morning with hour's notice after my tenant called me reporting water spurting from pipe under the kitchen sink.  Precision checked it out and only had to tighten the connection.  They did not charge me.  Very good customer service.

We scheduled an appointment for a kitchen sink clog with a window of service from 10:00 -1200 noon. As you can imagine not all jobs go as planned as the plumber was late, however the office called and advised of the delay and informed us of the delay, very professional and much appreciated. When Tony Anthony arrived on site he was very friendly and went directly to attack the problem sink and provided estimates, we were presently surprised to find out there were two options no up sales talk or pressure, he recommended the lower price option and said only option two if required. Unfortunately we had to implement option two as the first attempt failed to correct the clogged condition, even after several attempts Anthony never gave up and was very creative and used a secondary clean out access the drain line to correct the condition. Spectacular service and competitive pricing, will absolutely recommend for all plumbing needs, we will.

They were the fist ones to call back. They said 10am and Andrew knocked on the door at 10am. The problem was the kitchen faucet. He ran into problems and it took twice as long as estimated but they stuck to the original estimate. Andrew and Precision are class acts!!!.

Just want to say that I had Precision Plumbing out today due to a stopped up shower drain. James came out and was professional from the time he came through my door (put on foot carpet protectors) to the way he explained what he was going to do to fix our problem. He made sure I understood the cost prior to doing the work and even gave me advice on some other future plumbing projects. I will give these guys a call again when I need plumbing services. David
