Best Pipe Repair in Las Vegas NV

Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

Water meter on the street was spinning too much (water company called us after a read) and we called Jump 2 It to work out the problem.  Turns out we had a water leak underground from the street to our property, which the water company doesn't fix - we do, ugh. Jump 2 It gave us an estimate (the actual bill was $400 less than the estimate) and the workers who came out were very friendly, told us everything that they would be doing, and got the job done.  Wore booties in the house to use the restroom.  Would recommend this company.

Steve is a rare contractor to find these days, highly recommended not to look elsewhere! We just finished our big kitchen remodeling including several additional projects throughout our house and we cannot write here enough great things about our overall experience. Steve was the 5th person we spoke to and we were very impressed with his personality and experience that caused us to ended our search for the perfect contractor. We know that we did the perfect decision by hiring him and his team. Steve is no less than a talented person with an amazing sharp eye that always listening to what we wanted to do and how we needed to use it and mainly - he made it a dream come true. Pete and Steve  was at our house each and every step of the work, responding immediately to any concern that raised up and finished the whole work right on time. We took all of his suggestions. His workers were excellent as well and very respectful of our house. Steve is meticulous and pays close attention to detail and goes above and beyond leaving no stone unturned to make sure the results reach perfection. And, he is a really nice guy with an awesome sense of humor and kept us sane (and often smiling) through the whole process. Nothing but great!! He was personable, knowledgeable and showed me all the things that I needed to know after he replaced a broken water heater. His prices we anywhere from $100 to $500 cheaper than others since I got bids from like 10 other plumbing companies including Home Depot and Lowes. He also included free some new parts that were not up to his standard and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this company and I know you will be happy with the price and results.

These guys arrived on time and completed the work with no hiccups. Saved me money and time. Zhuliyan communicated well with us and  stopped the water leak from the meter. Great service and fast efficient work !!

After looking at a paint peeling, wood splitting  eyesore of a fence that could be seen by everyone passing my front yard I knew it was time to replace it.

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. I have used WEB on many projects/repairs over the past 10 + years, and 5 stars isn't praise enough for the company and their integrity based way of doing business!

Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know's what he's doing, he's friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.

My experience was not that great due to: not fixing the problem the first time, and overcharging.

Had a shower leak with water coming out of the roof at rental property, bad enough that it had damaged the paper and caused a water spot. He came over, within 1 hour which was great, and did the job in about 2 hours (including time to run to home depot) for $160 by replacing some cheap part in the shower knob - but it wasn't fixed. Apparently neither my tenant nor Gary bothered to actually test if the shower was still leaking - tenant took a shower a few hours later and water started coming out of the roof again. All he did was make the shower knob turn better lol.

So he came back a week later (it was difficult to setup another time due to my tenants schedule). This time, he was there 1 hour and replaced the shower arm ($10 part) and the leak was finally fixed. Only problem is he asked for an additional $90, and my tenant paid it. I was not aware there would be an extra charge to fix what should have been fixed the first time.

Total of $250 to fix a simple shower leak.. give me a break.
