Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

Great service and pricing. Danube's team not only planted the trees in our backyard but also fixed our irrigation system and lights. Our shower needed repairs and Danube was able to do it all on the same day. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to those who are looking to have any kind of housework done.  It's hard to find trustworthy contractors in this town but you don't have to worry about it with Danube.

I called A Better Plumbing yesterday at noon. They said they would have to have an estimator call me back, and that I would get that call at around 4:30 or 5:00. It is now 24 hours later and I have not received a call back, and no one is answering their phone. They had me at free estimates, but now it has been a day without water and I will have to pay someone more to do the work on a Saturday. I should have just paid the other companies the $49 to get an estimate. I now have three companies coming and I will gladly pay for their estimates and get the work done!

Very honest guy. I was desperate and stress out on my cracked whirlpool  bath tub. Another plumbing company quoted me with more than $2000 plus the price of the whirlpool bath tub not including the  repair of the wall and floor. I called this company  to get another opinion and price and  told him my problem and  he referred me to a specialist  who can  restore my bath tub for a cheaper and less work. I am so thankful I did the call. He told me that if the specialist cannot do the repair he will be glad to replace my bath tub. Highly recommended. I will definitely use this company if I will have plumbing  problem.

I had a main line backup causing the water to seep out from under my downstairs toilet. I woke up to a quarter inch of water in the bathroom and foyer. I called Dan and he was at my place within an hour. He tried the standard rooter first, and only when that didn't work, did he offer the more expensive hydro option. The hydro did the trick and got the water flowing again. His camera and locator let me know where the roots were causing the problem. He then called some folks for me to help me with the process of repairing the line. Very reasonable prices and goes the extra mile to get you the help that you need.

I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct. I Spoke to sweet young lady Nikki about my main pipe leak from water meter and Darrick was over in less than an hour. He was very kind, patient, honest, funny, and understood exactly what was needed. Not only did his partner replaced the pipe Darrick stayed longer to make sure the water was working properly. They also replace valve for house. No leaks but he discovered Our softener caused pressure to be extremely low. He fixed that too and my sink concern at no extra cost. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company again to anyone having any issues with leaks but don't have time for gimmicks or being over charged. U guys rock! Thank you Darrick for going above and beyond to make sure we had running water and fixing my sink.

These guys were fast, dedicated and professional. Had a difficult leak to find and Mitt came out to fix it. I was very pleased and their prices were reasonable. I will use them again.

The warranty for my clogged toilet ran out the day before.  Go figure!  But James came back and fixed the same problem no charge.  I hope to never have to see him again.  But if I need to call a plumber, I will surely call Precision.
