5 Star Home Services is a company I would definitely use again! I was able to obtain a 2nd opinion through American Home Shield after the 1st plumbing company wanted to charge me an extra $250 out of pocket to modify a simple kitchen faucet replacement.  Arco , was the technician who installed our kitchen sink and did a marvelous job!  He was courteous and attentive to his work and made sure he wore a mask and even put on paper slippers to prevent tracking in dirt.   The 5 Star Home Services staff were also timely in their response to our plumbing needs.  One more thing---Arco noticed that our bathroom faucet was a Moen faucet and informed me Moen has a lifetime warranty on their faucets.  This was certainly great news to know for the future!  Thank you Arco and 5 Star Home Services and to American Home Shield for providing me with a 2nd opinion!

After finding out our water heater went out AGAIN after only 5 years I called Nationwide to come check it and it was still under warranty. When they placed this water heater it was because the previous company was wanting short of $500 to install a warranty replacement.  NOW they wanted to do the same thing to the tune of $600+ and well over $700 with a permit.  The plumber I had do the work GAVE me a copy of the invoice for warranty water heater replacement and it was $55.  So $600 for labor was what they wanted?  I have changed my mind about this company.

Great staff (Sean), friendly, professional (Jim)  & fast service!  I called & they we're at my home within the hour.  I understand that always can't be the case but I would highly recommend them! They fixed my problem in the time quoted & didn't try to up-sell or over bill me.  I am really impressed.  I will use them again!

I have Old Republic Home Protection warranty for a home my wife and I just moved into. She came home last night to find water in the garage...toasted water heater.

Call the warranty numbrer and get dispatched to this company for service in the am at my request.

After several calls to the dispatch center and ORHP call center I get in touch with the on call tech Keno. He gives me his cell number and tells me top call him when I can get out of work to come check it out.

I get off early and he is at the house in 30mins...does the right up and gives me the usual breakdown about code upgrades and such. Out of pocket 360 including my deductible for ORHP. Called and fixed in less than 24HRS.

Good deal...and strong work.

Air Pro Master performed my annual PM Service on my AC. Brian was very thorough and did a great job. He showed me what repairs were recommended; 1. Quick Disconnect 2. Capacitor. And while, yes, these parts were in need of replacement, I was sticker shocked at the quote of $450.

I researched the parts which were $30 including tax for both and estimated 1 hour of labor for a professional.  Businesses are in business to make money and I fully understand there will be a mark up on parts and labor on average is $75/hr. I expected to receive a quote of $200, which I would have likely agreed to, but because the price was not negotiable, I opted to do the work myself.

I would still use Air Pro Master again in the future.
