Best System Maintenance in Kansas City MO

Jess Harding came out and repaired my furnace, the same day I called, at a very fair price. He showed me the problem, had the necessary part on his truck and installed quickly. He was professional and very friendly at the same time. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend and now I must do the same.

Aaron's Services team is top notch!! We were recently left with frozen pipes & a busted water heater during the extremely cold temperatures. They came out and diagnosed the problems in a matter of minutes. We're unfortunately renting a property that has the worst MANAGEMENT company behind it (not associated w/ Aaron's whatsoever). Aaron's even went to bat for us when our mgmt company would not. Ashley and the guys will take care of you rain or shine, frozen or thawed lol

Purchased a new home and he came by, looked over everything, and gave us recommendations about what needed attention and what didn't. Many things recommended by home inspection were deemed by Randy to be just fine. In short, he spent about 1.5 hrs looking things over and we didn't need to fix anything. And he didn't charge us for coming out. Later we had new toilet and faucets installed by him and he did excellent work and didn't overcharge us. I would call him again in a heartbeat. A great guy!

Matt has come to save our house a couple of times after some basement sewage issues. He has always been extremely friendly and thorough, giving us a great rate on some pretty extensive work. We look forward to using him at the next house as well! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

It was a very hot weekend and my air conditioner decided to break down. Mechanically Inclined came out on Monday, even though it is a very busy time for them.  They knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it that day. Joe is great and knowledgeable  and the office makes you feel welcome.  I will definitely use again and will recommend.  Thanks.....

We have used Pat the Plumber on several occasions and have been more than pleased. They are very profession and left the house cleaner than they entered. I would recommend them to all Yelp'ers....

Was impressed with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling's service. Our water heater went out after the holiday weekend and needed a company that could provide a new one and install it. They responded within 12hrs of our request and had a team come out with a new water heater. Installation took about 2-3hrs and they hauled away the old water heater (included with their installation services).

What sets Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling above other contractors that I have had come to my house is their respect for your home. They made sure to wear booties (gloves for their shoes) without us having to tell them. In addition, they laid out blankets over our carpet/flooring so they did not mess up our flooring. After they installed the water heater and hauled away the old one, I didn't see a mess in the maintenance room; their team did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

One reason why they did not receive a perfect star from me was because of their relatively high cost. Compared to another company that provided us with a quote, they were nearly double the cost.  However, I will say that the great service made up for the high cost a bit. They also installed a Bradford White branded water heater, which you can only buy through retailers.

I will definitely keep Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in mind the next time something in my house decides to crap out on me :)

We had a plumbing inspection done yesterday by their technician, Brian Grace. He SAID he found a leak in a bathroom and showed me where the valve was missing and showed me the leak. He offered to fix it for $179 and I said no until my husband checked it out. I went to the house today (a rental) and the leak is now ruined the floor and is leaking through basement ceiling. The inspector DID THIs because there was no leakage until Brian Grace came over and inspected. I called Anthony plumbing and they sent a field agent out and now he wants to charge &250+ to fix the problem that Brian caused. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

I had a stopped up sewer.line zoom came out within one hour and technician gave me options and was very professional took care of problem cleaned up after work completed I will definitely use for all plumbing needs they even called next day to make sure I was happy thanks Zoom drains

Five stars well earned!  I needed to connect my old KC house to city water and got quotes from about six different plumbing companies for running a new line.  Full Nelson Plumbing was the only one to point out a random pipe that was cut flush with the basement wall and was a bit hidden.  They identified it as 3/4 copper and told me I likely already have an updated line to the curb which someone had previously installed.  Then they rolled up their sleeves, cut some new material and spent forty minutes or so trying to turn on the curb valve so we could test and make sure.  Also not something any other plumber did.  They gave me a fair bid for an inside water hookup... not the highest and not lowest, but reasonable.  When the technician showed up he ran through the project specs with me, and listened to and answered whatever questions I had, before beginning work.  When he finished he even showed me some pointers with the DIY plumbing I was doing in a bathroom remodel while my payment processed.  Full Nelson went the extra mile.  They strike me as a high quality and good value local firm.  They don't seem gleamingly corporate and over-expensive where you're buying beach houses for five different levels of managers in the back office from a simple plumbing call.  Also nothing questionable about them, not late or bad hygiene or unresponsive--nothing that reminds me of plumbers crack contractors where you always wonder if they're gonna show.  They showed up and did good work, and like I said went above and beyond to earn my business--I'd highly recommend them for your project and they will be my first call.

I've had to have AB May out to my house 3 times in the last month!
I think we've finally found the problem and fixed it!
Eric was incredibly helpful and did anything he could to make the best of the situation.
