Purchased a new home and he came by, looked over everything, and gave us recommendations about what needed attention and what didn't. Many things recommended by home inspection were deemed by Randy to be just fine. In short, he spent about 1.5 hrs looking things over and we didn't need to fix anything. And he didn't charge us for coming out. Later we had new toilet and faucets installed by him and he did excellent work and didn't overcharge us. I would call him again in a heartbeat. A great guy!

Very nice counter help in the parts department, found the part for my faucet and put it together for me so that installation at home was much easier for me...excellent customer service.

Everyone is always looking for a good plumber. Look no further. Caleb & Lee of Superior Plumbing & Gas were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very knowledgeable about how to fix a leak that was coming from a broken pipe underneath our garage. Their professionalism & communication made me feel comfortable with a fix that seemed so daunting. I found them to be trustworthy, dependable and extremely fairly priced. I will definitely be calling on them for my future plumbing needs.

Our under counter lights had malfunction in transformer, our front yard light needed straightening, and new concrete steps needed a handrail installed. They completed these tasks timely and for the quoted price. We are pleased!

Called and got an appt.  He arrived and explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly.  Very pleasant and courteous.  Will use again and will reccomend

i normally dont believe 5 star ratings b/c they seem too good to be true - also, most plumbers charge just to come out - but superior comes for a free estimate, no obligation... i was skeptical, but honestly - these guys were really great. they were courteous, clean and the estimate was higher than what they charged. The valves to our washing machine was rusted to the point we couldnt reconnect the hose. We had to shut off the water to the house to keep it from leaking. it was inevitable we needed to replace the whole box unit (cut it out of the wall, pipes, etc - bad news). Superior came when they told us they would, the work was done well, quickly and they even filled the hole in the wall and cleaned the area. all we have to do is spackle and paint. very professional, well done job. no catch - totally straight-forward. i highly recommend them.

I needed my two outdoor hose bibs (spigots) replaced. Assumed they burst at the bibs because I had no leaks inside or outside, only a lack of pressure when I connected the hoses. Caleb ask me several questions and then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. A total professional!!  He also gave me a price range based on if everything was as I stated. If the job became more detailed (I.e., a leak or leaks) then it may be on the higher end of the quote. I throughly enjoyed this discussion because while I needed an professional, I also appreciate being informed and treated as an equal.
  Elijah came two days later to perform the work...total professional again. He talked me through what he was going to do and proceeded quickly and efficiently. Thankfully the problem was as suspected without additional issues and voila!  The price was the bottom end of the estimate!  Elijah also cleaned up what little mess he had to make, which also made my spouse happy. I will use them pretty exclusively for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend that you do too.

Earl is an absolute professional.  He replaced our water heater efficiently and under budget.

Charged just about $130 and several others quoted higher. I called them on today's date and they came out the same day. They were fast and respectful!! Had the issue fixed in about 15 minutes. They also cleaned up any mess they made. I'm extremely happy with Razor Rooter. I hope I never need them again, but I'd give them business again if I did.

$250.00 for faucet install.  Appropriate for our area is about $125.00 - my wife was home and accepted invoice.  Feel like they took advantage of her.

Our ceiling started leaking in several places out of the blue. We called this company because they were the ones the builder used when building the house. Kevin was our technician. He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.

Bill runs such a genuine business. He truly cares about his work, is incredibly reliable and does such a great job at any task you give him. I will continue to utilize his services and would recommend him a hundred times over. I know I can always count on him to fix whatever I need around the house!

Horrible, if I could give zero stars I would.  I called after hours with an emergency & spoke to someone who dispatched a technician but no one ever showed or called me back.  So much for EMERGENCY 24 hour service...

I've used Vielhauer for several significant plumbing issues at rentals. They have plumbers who know what they are doing and I found prices to be fair. Not cheap but they provide value in line with cost. Would recommend them for any plumbing project that requires some real skill to do.

Chris Gonzales is nothing but a con man. Do not  contact this person. He screwed our job up and ripped us off. We've had to hire someone to repair his work and are reporting to state.
