Its been a while since I last wrote a review but these guys deserve a compliment.

My brother's septic tank filled up during the May (2015) floods, making his house uninhabitable. Everyone else was booked up for days and days but Rooter-Man was available for next day service. They came out on time and got the job done. They also made a recommendation to prevent future flooding issues before leaving and were told the family had to think about it. Well, it was supposed to rain the next day so after an hour or so of discussion we called and asked if they could fit it into the schedule. They had to get back to us but were able to make it out late in the day and made the recommended changes (which also brought the tank up to code).

Everything was done well and for a reasonable price. The fact that they were able to make it out for the return trip at a time when they were already busy was much appreciated.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

We had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.

We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn't even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).

A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.

All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Half the price for more and better work than Immediate Response.  I broke my neighbor's water line from the main to the sprinkler box.  It was after 6 pm and very few places available.  I chose Immediate Response who charged $200 just to dig I foot around the line.  The next day I broke my own line the same way during the day with a  UHaul.  People's Choice did it for no charge at all.  In addition he found a second problem and fixed it too.  He was half as much for more work.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Pete was a true professional: excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all honest.  I've used his business for a number of plumbing needs and he's always responsive and fair.  His employees have always gone the extra mile to do a great job even when being called on to do an emergency job last minute.  I highly recommend Elite Plumbing . The owner of this business is giving himself five star reviews, competitors one star reviews, and threatening lawsuits when he receives reviews he does not like. He's also attempting to circumvent Yelp's block feature by sending me argumentative compliments because I told him I would not be a party to a conversation online with someone threatening frivolous lawsuits. He seems to be a paranoid delusional, or, at the very least, has the constitution and maturity of a seven year-old-boy given his reaction (threatening me with a lawsuit) over a 3-star review. My opinion, of course, but he may be dangerous to others.

All this because I gave him a 3-star review with several concerns about the quality of their customer service and the level of professionalism (or lack of professionalism) one must have to leave one star reviews on all of his competitors pages (search Yelp for A&V Plumbing Bell Plumbing Rubio Septic, etc. Search Google for others.

Kelly Williams Plumbing, installed a cast iron bathtub in San Marcos, and did a great job. Great customer service and office dispatch! They live up to their word.

Main drain clogged and all water used backed up through the master bathroom toilet - on a Sunday. Called Reliant and Jay was on site within 1.5 hours. He knew exactly where to look and problem fixed in about 45 minutes. Reliant's Sunday rate was reasonable and I would use them again.

i would recommend Salt for any electrical issues. the van was fully stocked so no waiting on my parts to come in or be ordered.  Ezequiel was very nice and informative of what needed to be done. Most repairpersons who are male don't take time to explain things to women when repairing.  he cleaned up after his job and was done pretty quickly.  Salt's service really relieved a lot of anxiety for me with their service.

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.
