Rogelio is the absolute best! He and his partner came in to fix a leak under my sink. When the replacement started leaking too (no fault of his) he immediately ran to Home Depot to get us another. Made things super easy and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Tom P. did our scope.  Nice guy and works efficiently.  He showed up on time and was done within an hour.  Emailed us a copy of the report and the video.  This was a brand new construction so not much to look at.  Everything was connected and no sagging lines.  Tom P. did explain things to watch out for in new builds and that super paranoid customers may want to redo the scope a year or so after the build.

My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

These guys are absolutely the best plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had them re-pipe my entire large vintage house and they did an amazing and professional job. I then hired them to replace several drains and rough-in a new bathroom and once again they did a great job with everything. Top notch quality work and customer service. I will definitely use Bill and his crew again.

Nothing like your AC giving out during the hottest time of the year. I turned to Yelp to find someone that could come out and help quickly. Tyler was so fast at responding to my request and making it out to our home.

He arrived on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He thankfully had the part we needed with him so was able to get everything up and running very fast. He answered all of my questions and provided some other helpful HVAC-related tips to keep our family cool.

He charged a fee for a service call but said that it's good for the next year whether we need more AC or furnace help. While I hope we don't run into any more troubles, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give him a call and recommend him to others in the area.

Buyer beware - C4 Plumbing is HIGHLY overpriced and I'd say they borderline on gouging customers.  They will do a decent job and they have professional workers who will do decent work, but they will charge 3-4 times the price of a normal plumber who will do work equally as well.  Shop around!

I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a  drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

Urban Plumbing Solutions was fabulous!  They were my second assessment and I knew I didn't have to look any further.  Sean was very quick to assess my situation with a far easier fix than the first assessment (tearing up my driveway).  He easily fixed a leak in the cellar that the other guy was too afraid to fix for fear of more damage.  Once that was done (without more damage, I might add), snaking and scoping revealed a blockage that was NOT under my driveway.  Sean installed clean-outs by my driveway and took care of the blockage which involved 4 other properties.  A $14K initial assessment that would NOT have solved my problem and dug up my driveway ended up being a $3700 solution that solved everything.  Sean did everything he possibly could to solve my problems in a very quick, professional, and ETHICAL way.  Urban Plumbing Solutions is most definitely a company you can trust and who will do you right!

I've had boiler issues for the past several years.  Two of the major companies, both big advertisers, the guys they sent up couldn't fix it.  The first charged hundreds of dollars, the second I sent away when it was obvious they didn't know jack.  Then I called Brad Company.  Dave's wife scheduled him to come up the same day, and two hours later, the problem was solved.  An existing part was installed incorrectly.  He spotted it, fixed it and now no issues.  It's a true pleasure to deal with an honest company and a very knowledgeable professional plumber.   They charged a fair price for a good job.

They took a while to complete the work because they're booked/busy, but they were fair and honest. First plumber quoted us $750 for the same job Day did for $100 trip fee and 2 hours at $150/h. So, that's for $400, for the non math people. Savings of $350, nearly half.
Tweed the plumber was polite, knowledgeable and fair. Will use again should the beed arise

William arrived within the 2 hour window I was given and then took the time to go over everything he was doing. I will be using them again in the spring to service my air conditioner.

Done always has an appointment with in a day or two. The technician is always on time. We've had them out to replace our water heater and garbage disposal and fix our swamp cooler and I've been very pleased every time. The techs are polite as friendly.

Igor (the owner) came to my house within two hours of my call for a broken pipe in my basement. NO other company could come for two days, and he came late in the evening to fix the pipe so we could turn back on the water. His rates were incredibly reasonable and he completed the job quickly. I will call Igor for all my plumbing issues and refer him to ANYONE i know that needs plumber. I even gave him a hug because he helped us when no other plumbing company would.

RUN, don't walk away from this business. Our tank was potentially damaged by the person that came out to pump it, and we were not able to get a hold of the owner for 3 days. When we finally got a call back, the lender was incredibly rude and tried to defend charging without prior knowledge or notice. The fees are absolutely insane and we're added after the work was done. Also was not given a bill at the time of service and was told the owner would be in touch. The receptionist didn't have an initial record of the work when I reached out directly wondering why there had not been a bill and if additional work needed to be done. This would have zero stars if it was an option. Will be reporting to the regulatory board.
