Best Gas Furnace Installation in Aurora CO
We had a pipe burst during the cold snap and all the plumbers were backed up several days. We were able to get TCF out the same afternoon. He was running ragged with all the pipe bursts happening all over town but he got our pipe replaced quickly and we got our water back on by that evening. Sure, the price was higher with the emergency situation, but it beat going without running water or having to find a hotel. What a lifesaver!

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.
On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.
I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.
I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.
Thanks to Ryan, and extra thanks to Courtesy for acknowledging my husband's service as a USMC veteran and offering us a discount.

From the 1st phone call to Laura all the way to the completion of repairs/install by Ronnie I had an above average experience. Professional, friendly people who pay attention to the details and care about their customers. I got more than one quote and they were competitive but the service was so much better. Would definitely call them again for plumbing needs!

Elias was excellent! He immediately resolved my AC issue and I'm now cool! I highly recommend them.

Summit Heating and Cooling is the real deal. I received an email back in 6 minutes on Christmas Day. I was scheduled for 9 a.m. the next morning and Josh had my furnace repaired in 20 minutes. Excellent first impression and I have a new HVAC company!

Have used SHH for service several times, and they were runner up when shopping for a new furnace. Good experiences overall, with friendly, thorough, honest, and knowledgeable people. We have found that their prices are inline with other places that do good work in the area.

We just moved into a house that needed a sump pump replacement, so called jim Needham because they're local. Jimmy (Jim's son) was great. He answered all my questions, didn't mind me watching him work, and really went above and beyond after he finished the sump pump by helping me fix a leaky gas line in our kitchen and getting the pilot lit on our gas fireplace. He also helped clear a slow drain in our upstairs bathroom. I'd recommend Jim Needham to anyone who asks if I know a good plumber. Thanks again Jimmy!!

Five stars to Nicholas Moore. He will calculate your loads and give you a Manual JSD. He is super on top of your project and responsive to all of your questions that you may have on your project. Will call you and email you right away! Amazing
Lloyd Ladd, well that's a whole new story. He will drop you like a bad habit if you ruffle his little feathers. Don't ask him questions because he will only answer half of them and will keep you hanging when you are trying to order. Even if you're about to spend a upwards of $80,000 plus on new equipment and installation for your new dream house.

This company does not have its act together. They are not proactive, do not follow up or communicate well with customers, appear to have poor to non-existent relationships with suppliers and are full of excuses. After over 4 weeks going back and forth regarding replacing a part for my HVAC unit, which apparently has a 6 week lead-time, I couldn't even get them to provide a simple quote. At this point, they've stopped responding entirely, so I contacted another company that secured the part right away, provided a fair, detailed quote within a day and will be repairing my unit in the next 2 weeks. Do not waste your time with this place, and I'd also caution other companies to think twice when referring this business to their customers.
Update: I appreciate the apology, but I was made aware of the lead-time for the part early on in the process and was fine with it. In fact, I changed my travel plans home twice, at my expense, to accommodate the lead-time and have this company handle the repair. My issue was with the total breakdown in communication that followed. I could not get responses to questions or my repeated requests for detailed quotes, so finally gave up after 4 weeks going back and forth.

Conifer plumbing & heating was unethical in its practice and unprofessional. They charged me over $200 to do no work what so ever. They did spend 20 minutes trying to sell me on a service they could not perform at that time.
They did not respect my time or treat me with basic common courtesy. I waited 2 days for them to perform a job, they did not communicate with me that they were unwilling to complete the job.
Not only did the technician fail to communicate with me, he hung up on me. I am appalled by the treatment I received by this company.
I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Please disregard the poor reviews! Those were from a past owner/manager no longer with the company. The current owners are awesome! The customer service I received was so polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Go check out their reviews on google if you need! They speak for themselves. Awesome local company.

They did it again! Scheduled them to come out and look at the air duct going to our 4 month old son's bedroom. We realized there's no air flow going to his room and with temps wells below freezing they were the only company that had availability to come out. At 8:00 the morning of our appointment they called to see if they could come earlier. I wasn't available at that time. Then 15 minutes before our originally scheduled time they CANCELLED because their tech was tied up for the rest of the day!!! But offered to come out sometime next week. No thanks. You obviously have an issue keeping your appointment times thus wasting my valuable time.

It's been a long time since I experienced service this poor. I hired these guys to come turn on my swamp cooler and fix a known issue with the water line. Knowing the water line was compromised, and knowing it ran through the inside of my house, these guys missed countless opportunities to make suggestions and/or avoid what ultimately happened. When they turned on the water line, water came pouring through the ceiling of my home office. They immediately accused me of a set up (!!!!!!!!), and completely mis-diagnosed the problem, insisting there were roof issues. In the end my handyman very easily figured out there was another problem with the water line over my office. Because the water line wasn't in their plain view, they contend they couldn't possibly have checked it (all they would have had to do is go into the attic). The truth is they lacked the knowledge, experience, and professionalism to deal with a very basic swamp cooler problem.
When I emailed the owner to make him aware of what had happened, he responded quite belligerently, refusing to own up to any mistakes that were made - not even apologizing for his employees outrageous accusation that I had set them up. Even went as far as to chastise me for getting unpleasant with his employees while water poured into my home office, as they had just accused me of a set up, all the while completely wrong about what the root cause of the problem was.
If there's any chance your job would require more than just the press of a button, please hire someone else for your job. Larry, the owner, needs to take responsibility for his staff and provide some basic training to them on the basics of HVAC systems and best practices. And he himself needs to take a course on basic customer service...

Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.

During this incredibly hot summer, our A/C has not been working. We called Plumbline and had to wait 12 days before someone could come out. When he did, he said the compressor was bad, the situation was dangerous, we needed coolant and that we needed an entirely new unit for $2000.
Before agreeing to the work, we had another contractor come in. After reviewing the Plumbline report, he went to the unit, flipped a few switches and it started working. He said any expert should know that it takes a unit some time to kick on. All we needed was to clean the exterior of the unit off, reset it and to install a new filter in the attic. So after a combined three weeks of no A/C, we simply needed a hose and a new filter for $5 and have been happily cool ever since.
I strongly feel that Plumbline was either incompetent or trying to rip us off. Either way, we won't be calling again.

0 Stars- Do not use...they are a big rip off!! Charged 1K for a part that took 5 mins to install and literally cost $95. Right after so called $1k service they said a new 10K furnace is needed What a scam this company is. We asked them to remove the part and get out. We installed the part in 5 mins for $95 dollars. Check out the Better business bureau reports.
